This place is earning back my respect. The people here will actually try to save you money! So strange for a car parts store! Very friendly and helpful and prices are low. I like the Windsor NAPA again.

The only auto parts store that tells you that don’t have what you need and basically tell you good luck finding the part. Good thing it’s easy to order online. Would have ordered same day but no one wanted to help.

Having worked in an auto parts store as a kid, I can relate to the staff and get the feeling that they are always a friend to have there.

The guys & gals at NAPA Auto are very professional! They have mechanicallly inclined knowledge, and thats a plus! They will also go out of their way to assist you. For example, one of their technicians, Carter, actually crawled under my Ford to determine what transmission I have, after my failed attempt, because Im too big to do so. Awesome team they have!!!

Only auto parts store within 100 miles that can complete any task regarding heavy duty commercial parts.

If you want the best parts and even better knowledgeable people helping you. This should be your parts store.

Great auto parts store in Windsor. Staff is always friendly and helpful and there has never been a part I need not in stock or available quickly.

Not so busy part of town, awesome Prices are decent. Service is top notch. Great selection of car and truck stuff.

They will get you in and out fast like a kum and go also they have a huge inventory so its easy for you to choose and get what you want when you want and better than most stores that sell broken parts to you made in the usa

Employees didnt care if I walked in the door or not. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before a guy finally came and asked if I needed help. I asked about steering fluid on a truck that we just inherited. He showed me to the brake fluid reservoir in my truck. When I tolled him that i had asked about steering issues he told me I was wrong and that I asked about brakes, which Im positive that I did not. His attitude then got worse. When I asked about what type of fluid to use in a diesel truck he told me he didnt care what I used as he walked away. Ive unfortunately had similar issues at this location when I lived a block away. I was hoping things changed but they have not. Go to any other part store in town, guaranteed to be better service. I will never go back!

I am giving them two stars because they did have what I needed. Past that nothing was good about my experience. Poor customer service. Made me feel like I was bothering them even though I was the only customer in the store. Think I’ll go to O’Reilly’s next time.

Come here for business and personal stuff they may be busy at times but they are always helpful.

Dont bother brining in a hydraulic hose in to have a new fitting pressed on unless you plan on buying a whole new hose. Mike said we wont repair a used hose. Mind you the fitting broke off hose is fine. So instead of helping me out and saving me a good chunk of money. Tried to sell me a hose for $65-75 dollars. Go to Milliken if you need a new fitting pressed on.

Cody was the most helpful people. He helped me trouble shoot my truck starter problem and then fix it! Cant thank him enough

Hated it. Their service is unprofessional. And they make a big deal when comes to return their poor quality parts. I do not recommend this place at all. Do not waste your money.

Super slow service, every employee looked high and were standing around eating instead of working. Employees look disheveled and poprly dressed and the store is very messy and dirty. I would not recommend using this store to anyone.
