I wanted to share my experience with Elani Jewelry because they helped me so much. I purchased a new wedding band from another location that completely destroyed my rings including my engagement ring. Elani Jewelry transformed them so beautifully more than I could have ever imagined. The owners are very kind and knowledgeable and care about your happiness and outcome. I just had several rings made into one. My first ring was damaged and not repairable. I wanted to save the main stone, though. We designed something new. I absolutely love it! They are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this local business. Even though she wouldnt give it to me for free. But it made her laugh.😁

Had a lobster clasp added to my chain in June of 2020. They did a great job on adding the clasp to my chain and answered all of my many questions I had. Will be returning in the future.

Sized my ring perfectly! I had no idea what size I even needed, but they were incredibly helpful, patient, and efficient! Lovely service and lovely people!

I recently had a diamond reset into a gold band. While I took in a picture of what I wanted, they were able to help me choose the right prong setting and band for the diamond due to the nuances of the diamond itself. Also to choose the right size of the band due to the weight of the diamond and the setting itself. Words cannot express how pleased I am with the final result. Not only is it perfect, but the diamond looks almost twice as large. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I will absolutely be returning for any jewelry needs/wants/repairs. They know what they are doing and will not steer you in the wrong direction

I had never been to this place before, and I needed a gold rope chain fixed because I broke it. I was going to go to another store but they were randomly closed that day, and after reading some reviews I was happy that I ended up going to Elani. The folks in there are super sweet and cheerful, you can tell that they love what they do! Through casual conversation they told me I could bring my late mothers rings in to get cleaned up, and one resized so I can wear it. They are enthusiastic and wonderfully pleasant people. I would 100% go here for now on for repairs or to purchase jewelry!

I came in to get a silver chain of mine fixed that I am quite fond of. The owners and their family were so nice and hospitable as well as professional. The owner offered me some coffee whilst they worked on my necklace and it was delicious :) these are some real good, kindhearted people and even better jewelers. (Also the chain is good as new now)

Not only did they sauter but also recommended a platinum finish on them. I cant say enough good things about this place, I took my ring to Kays Jewlers September 5th to get the prongs redone since they were wearing down and I just got it back today and it was destroyed. I read the reviews on this place so I took my ring straight there and I couldnt be more happier, they fixed my ring and its PERFECT. Not only is the customer service fantastic they are awesome, sweet people and I wont go anywhere else, I was in tears when I dropped it off because the work Kays did was terrible. Im so excited and very happy I trusted them with my ring because this ring means a lot to me and they definitely went above and beyond to help me. Great place, fair prices, great customer service

I read the reviews before visiting and yes they are very polite but, I feel like I was either being misled or the person helping me is not qualified to be quoting prices for diamonds. I was offered $50 for a 0.47Kt diamond and the gold that held three other diamonds that I was told weren’t real. The three diamonds that she spoke of came from Kay’s and I have a receipt for the purchase price of $3,457.00After leaving with my diamonds I went to a jewel right down the road and was offered $300 straight away just for the one 0.47Kt. I told the person of my experience with this outfit and he took the time to explain a lot about diamonds and showed me how he came up with the quote. The lady at this store would only tell me she’s experienced and that’s all.Shop around and get more than one opinion guys. It could save or make a bunch of money!

Recently, our family bought my little brother an traditional ID bracelet which we all love & it was put at such a great place. And a few years ago, we bought my dad’s wedding ring from here & the owner provided the best customer service ever, to this day, my parents love his ring and how well it fits his personality. I went to Elani to see if they could do some jewelry repair before I went on a business trip in a few days. Elani said the jewelry would be done the next day! (It was). I came late as the hours had changed (dumb me) due to The COVID and I had not double checked. They opened for me and were so gracious and friendly. I need to get an engagement ring made. You guessed this is the only place we will go. For such an important step in ones life I trust this family to do right by me with the engagement and wedding rings. You should too!

Would not take any jewelry here if it requires work. Brought in a ring to be resized and they told me it would be okay. When I go to pick it up they told me the ring I had is hard to resize and they knew that it would be messed up but they worked on the ring anyways...causing it to be so misshapen and messed up that I had to return the ring and beg the manufacture to try and fix it as best as they could

Great family ran business, Elani and Karem were a joy to deal with. They helped me with a watch that I did not purchase from them, but I was treated as if I was a lifelong customer. The owners of the shop are great people and they offer really great and reasonable prices. They know whats best for their customers and they ensure that everythings done right.I have a gold necklace with an animal pendant on it. The pendant has rubies on it and some rubies fell out from it. They fixed it within a week IN HOUSE and they showed me exactly whatd they do before repair and showed me exactly which stones they were going to put in my necklace. You cant even tell that some of the stones have been replaced. Id give 10 stars if I could

I inheritated a diamond from my mom so I gave it to my fiance . He took it there and found the perfect setting. We both couldnt be happier. My fiance said the service was great. We have been to several jewelry stores and the was the best one in town.

The owner Eleni is very rude. She also is unprofessional in more ways than just one way. I went to this place looking to buy some silver 1 ounce bars. She is selling them for more than five dollars over spot. When I questioned the price she very quickly and loudly told me that she would rather keep it than to negotiate her price.Before I can even respond she quickly blurted out I didn’t have to buy anything if I didn’t want to. After looking over what she sold me I discovered that she sold me a 1 ounce bar from northwest territorial mint,Which is a company where the CEO has been sued and indicted for selling fake silver products. People don’t waste your time this is a foreigner treating Americans in their own country very disrespectful.

Owners are rude! Their jewelry is junk. My mother had three different pieces of jewelry made for my children. The pearl fell out of my daughters ring less than four months after she received it. The pearl was picked out and bought 16 years ago so theres no way to replace that same pearl. The word that best describes Elanis is GAWDY. Dont waste your time with this so called jewelry store. Its a joke.

I brought them several pieces to be repaired, had a few pieces appraised and purchased two items. One was a special order. The piece came out beautifully.
