Mason was very polite and helpful. He installed 2 light bulbs. I was very happy with service.

Had what I needed. Super helpful staff put my windshield wipers on for me. Also let me replace a brake light bulb without paying for it first to make sure it was a bulb problem and not a wiring problem.

It all worked out. Good staff member followed through on every issue untill we were done.

Could use more motorcycle knowledge

Employees are knowledgeable & helpful if u ask. However they did track down the waterpump w/gasket I needed. They had it at the store the day they told me. Price was cheaper than quoted. Also suggested a coolant flush before installing waterpump. But I was already going to do that.

If its not in the computer they have no idea. I miss the Ole school parts stores and employees.

Called to order a part on Saturday. The KID on the phone assured me it would be there on Sunday by 6pm. When I got there he never ordered the part now I have to uber to work tomorrow. More money down the drain. From now on im going to spend my money elsewhere! On a side note the staff that was there was really nice to me maybe that kid shouldnt be working there as the staff knew exactly who I talked to on the phone! Sounds like hes been a problem before.

Extremely helpful employees went in needing a battery for my truck and they helped me choose the right one for me and even carried the new one out and put it in the car for me. This was so awesome and I really appreciate it

I called to check on a price, the gentleman that answered the phone was really polite and very helpful. Unfortunately he gave me the wrong price (large difference) and apparently he was gone for the day because the two employees that i came into contact with were just rude.

Somewhat dismissive to me as a customer, but this could possibly be due to shift changes and the large order being placed in front of me.

Great store for automotive repair/maintenance needs! They also offer a small selection of custom car products such as lights or aftermarket stereo products. I highly recommend this store to anyone with automotive needs!!!

I was not happy that I had to wait a long time for a simple car part. There were employees in the back that could have helped. Front cash register didn’t work at all and manager was not being professional. I would not recommend to come to this location.

Good guys at this location. I have been using this location for a number of years and always walk away with what I need. These guys get you sorted out and will work to get you what you need for all your auto projects.

This is the place to go. The employee Richard was very helpful and polite.

Fast enough service and good prices but the two counter system is extremely inefficient. I have to wait in one line for parts and another line to pay. They are understaffed but they are really helpful.

Every time I go, I notice the workers might be busy but they dont forget about me and they do their best. Sam will brighten your day.

Had wiper break off on hwy 316 late last night. Rolled in three minutes before closing on a Sunday night feeling bad about keeping them after a long weekend. Two young men were very understanding and helpful and said no problem to my multiple apologies. Even put them on the car for me. I upgraded to two top of the line rainex blades and grabbed a back up quart of synthetic oil to show appreciation. MANAGER: Give those guys a raise!

Top notch. Went in with a problem with a battery problem. They diagnosed and resolved the issue at no charge. Went in to purchase some jumper cables and wiper blades and got solid advice without upselling pressure. Wont be going anywhere else.

Both the AutoZone website and google show that its open until 10pm. Imagine my surprise @ 9:05pm when I show up and theyre closed. According to the sign in the window theyre never open past 9
