I waited for 2 weeks for parts to arrive and for 1 week for an actual repair, which I was made aware of. However, after 3 weeks of waiting, when I went back to pick up the car, the paint job was poorly done, a turn signal was not secured properly, one of body part was missing and wrong bumper clips were used. When discussing with the manager, she was nice about it and agreed to address the problems promptly. However, when I am paying $2500, I expect better job. They should have better quality control person at the shop.

After taking 8 days on their 1-3 day estimate I called and was told that my car bumper would be replaced and car ready to go by end of day. I arrived near end of day to find my entire bumper ripped off and stored on my back seats. After storming into their office I was told how sorry everyone was which quickly became a tired record and the newly appointed manager guaranteed a next day finish.I wonder how many people have waited and waited patiently with blind faith in this place...

I had an accident and decided to take my car here to get it fixed. Everyone I came in contact there was so nice. The process which I was dreading was so easy. They are efficient, take care of everything, communicate and respond immediately,, the rental cars are right next door, and they did a great job on my car. I recommend Malloy Collision Center.

My vehicle was a day late with repairs. However, they covered we of my rental and did a great job with the repairs.

They did a great job, truck looks great. They went beyond what was expected to satisfy me as a customer.

Took forever to get my car back

I always get my vehicle back in perfect condition in a short amount of time.I’m top of that they always do you kill my vehicle and it looks brand new. on top of that they only do you feel my vehicle and it looks brand new The manager Amanda is super, she took care of everything every time I’ve had something repaired. I really recommend them to all my friends!!

I wrecked my brand new car and never thought it would never be the same. They did a fantastic job and it looks like it never happened. They did miss some things the first time (which was understandable with all the damage) but, they brought it back in and made it right. I couldnt be more pleased with the results.

I would not recommend this collision center. I hit a deer with a car that I just bought with 34k miles. I wanted the parts to be oem and repairs be done by a ford center because they know best about fords (or so I thought). I got it to the shop and after filling out paperwork the next day or so they said they went out to take pictures of the vehicle to send to the insurance company. The photo quality was absolutely awful. They told my insurance company they seen no damage and was only mechanical. Luckily I had photos of the vehicle after the accident and sent them to my insurance for review. They clearly are not professionally trained and do not know what to look for.

They did a good job. It did take 2 days longer then they quoted me. They said 2 days, but it took 4.

The customer service at this place is second to none. They do fabulous work and stand behind it if anything ever goes wrong. Ive taken two cars there for work. And both have been remarkably made to look like they were never in an accident. They have a quick turn around but dont skip corners. My last vehicle was serviced there and I thought i was going to lose a sticker I had on my back window....... nope they made sure to was on there when I picked up the car even though they had to replace the whole back tailgate on my Jeep Compass.

Had some insurance work done through these guys a month or so ago due to a deer strike. I had to replace a headlamp bulb today and as im getting under the radiator shroud etc Im finding bolt after bolt that was never re-installed or in some case tightened down. Electrical connectors flopping all over ( most likely the cause of my head lamp issue ) and the front brush guard is loose. I will revise this review after they return my call. it will never be 5 stars, because shoddy work is shoddy work, but perhaps they will try and redeem themselves. ***update***. They did apologize and corrected the repairs. I updated to 4 stars as this work seems to be complete.

This shop has had my family car for over three weeks now. people from the shop have repeatedly called my partner letting him know that his car will be ready the next day, then the day comes and they call him and let him know his car is not going to be ready until the next day.... this has occurred many times causing my spouse to take off work again and again in a row so that he could be available to pick up the car. it cost an average of $400 a week to rent a car.I am making a full report to better business.

Estimate was done well. Insurance accepted no questions asked. Office was great with schedule and car done on time. Great place.

Amazing service, cars look brand new after the job is done. Took a Traverse and a Taurus for body repair, and they came out like nothing ever touched them. Perfect job, nothing loose, perfect paint. The staff its nice and caring.

Top notch work. mechanical and paint work flawlessly done. wasnt sure at first with all the damage if the vehicle could be fixed as it was before accident but they returned vehicle back to us just like day i drove it off the lot. thanks guys!

Terrible service. Quality inspection is a joke. They gave me my car back with the trunk in pieces. Took it back to get them to fix it and they broke it worse and got my father injured. They broke something doing an oil change! They do more harm than good.

I had a horrible experience at Malloy Collision Center and found that they were very unprofessional and rude my girlfriend and I felt as if we were getting ripped off and we left there mad and aggravated and unsatisfied with theirs services, we do not recommend anyone go there EVER after our experience .
