Customer service is non-existent. I was interested in buying an office chair so I stopped by this Office Depot on my lunch break. When I walked in I made eye contact with one of the associates, but she looked away and scurried off instead of saying hello. I then wandered around the store looking for the chairs, nobody asked if I needed help (I did). When I finally found the chairs I spent 10 minutes trying out different ones while three sales associates were standing up at the cash register talking and laughing loudly. There was a forth associate actually working, an older gentleman helping a customer with printers. The store was almost empty so not like those three up front were busy helping other customers. I didnt find anything I liked so gave up and left. I made eye contact with another associate on the way out and that person completely ignored me as well. Unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

Shelby Goldsmith, was so amazing. I called in half hour before close with a print job and even though she had a large job infront of mine she got my order in and completed with perfection, and was very curtious and friendly and I will get all my printing needs done here from now on.

They usually have what I need even if last minute. Big selection, reasonable prices. Join the rewards program for the best deals.

Good service. Good place to make copies and get posters and signs and stuff printed. Most things are more expensive than at other stores,but watch for sales!

Do yourself a favor and call ahead to see if they have the printer cartridge you need, In Stock, as I have had repeated instances of them not having some of the most popular Epson Models on the shelf, which is really agravating to find out after driving 10 miles expecting them to be there! In deference to this store, I had the same issue with their Tigard location, not sure what their issue is but THEY NEED TO DO BETTER!
