I was shopping for a mattress for my young son to grow into, but in this time of Covid was anxious about how hed cooperate with an in-person shopping experience. I initially used the chat feature to get answers to some preliminary questions but ended up completing my entire shopping experience using the chat feature, which was a pleasant surprise. It helped that I had a good idea of what I was looking for, but being able to connect with a knowledgeable salesperson in real time from my living room enabled me to conveniently get answers to my questions without needing to come into the store to browse.

Sale was well handled and to my satisfaction. Priced as expected. Only disappointment was delivery schedule. My delivery is due between 515 and 715 PM. Pretty late to get deliveries on a Friday night. If you can get an earlier time slot I’d appreciate it.

I came into this store looking for a bed and met Zach, he helped show me the differences in the types of bed and helped me find out that I really like a plush Hybrid mattress. After learning this Zach went out of his way to search for a bed for us in their warehouse nearby and was able to find us a deal on a mattress that was originally $7,999 bringing it down to $2,500! It would have been very easy for many people to have just sold me the $3000 mattresses in store at MSRP but the extra effort put in by the Zach helped us get a much better bed at a much lower cost and even helped us with financing which was much more quick and simple than I had planned! I will most definitely be recommending Zach and this store to my friends and colleagues

My partner and I had an absolutely fantastic purchasing experience with Zak Fundak. At the very beginning of the conversation we told him what our price range was and he never tried to outsell us of that range. I have moderate back problems, and Zak gave us a very detailed demo of the adjustable bed frames to specifically help alleviate my back pain when sleeping and it was revelatory. He was also very patient as we went over several different models and never made us feel like we were using too much of his time. If we ever need to make another mattress purchase he will be the first person we talk to.

We purchased a top-of-the-line Beauty Rest five years ago. The mattress began having issues four years into ownership. Six months ago we used the Mattress Firm website to file a warranty claim. The site is easy to use - we just followed the directions and submitted photos as requested. We received a reply very quickly. The decision was to replace the box springs. We took the letter and went to a nearby Mattress Firm Store. Our new box springs was delivered two days later (we had to pay the delivery fee). Six months later we were even more dissatisfied with the mattress. We filed another warranty claim but this time opted to pay $79 for a third party to come and assess the mattress in person. Mattress Firm guided us through the process of payment and scheduling. Three weeks later the assessment to place (a 10 minute process). We received an email two days later from Mattress Firm letting us know that our claim was successful and that we were given credit in the full amount of the purchase price. We took our letter to the nearby Mattress Firm Store last night and selected our new mattress which will be delivered tomorrow. Be sure to read carefully all the fine print on the award letter since there are some restrictions that do apply to replacements. All in all, an easy and seamless process. We were very pleased with the customer service.

Previously this year I bought a mattress and adjustable box spring at mattress firm same location everything. I was so happy with my bed and the service l got. So thats where I went back to when I needed another one. I have medical issues so I stay at different homes of my childrens at different times so having a good bed at each home is important to me. Im on oxygen 24 hours a day so the time I have when I do go out is limited to the air in my tank. When I went to purchase another bed for my sons house this week Terrence was the sales person that was there. I knew in 10 minutes what I wanted. I was there for an hour and 15 minutes and had to leave because my air was getting low. Terrence was unable to get me a bottom-line number before I had to leave. There was no one else in the store at this time. He told me he would call me back very quickly. I went home weighted an hour and 45 minutes. I called him he said he was really busy and I said all I need is the number and he said okay and hung up on me. I waited a while to see if he called me back he did not. I called him back again. We agreed on the number I had already given him the delivery address everything all I needed to do was come back in and pay him because I was using cash. So the next day I went back in. and he was trying to help someone else. I waited and waited and after 30 minutes I had to leave again. So it took me a third visit to go in I and pay for my bed and get my receipt. The third time I was sitting across the desk from him within two or three feet and he did not have a mask on the whole time I was in there the third time. I love the products, prices, and delivery and setup. The process was so stressful for me that I just would not be able to deal with him again. So when Im ready in a few few months I will go back to the store but if Terrance is there I would just have to turn around and leave and go to a different store. Excited for the bed to be delivered!

After sleeping on it for a month we decided we needed a plusher/softer mattress and they took care of it over the phone!I have been a Mattress Firm customer for many years because they make it so easy to get a comfortable mattress.

I purchased a mattress that I ended up not liking at all. I tried to get help online but always got no agents available online. Never was able to get anywhere on the website or phone number on the website. Frustrated I went into the Wilsonville Mattress Firm and was greeted by Zak. I asked all my questions and got all my answers. Ended up getting a different mattress that ended up being on sale and was half the price and he refunded me the difference. Because of how helpful and kind I was treated I also bought split king mattresses from mattress firm. Thanks for everything. If you need help go to the stores themselves and not online.

Nicholas and Zach were beyond helpful in making the returning experience with mattress firm a successful one that was filled with a positive buying process and learning. following the rapid response for delivery there i’ll definitely be more people hearing about this experience that i associate with.upon getting my mattress i love now it was disheartening that when asked multiple times if the entire layout of what i ordered would be what i got and instead i didn’t get that head board that was explicitly stated i would get being that nicholas stated i would be getting everything in the picture not just bed and frame. still love the mattress but had to redact the star and overall satisfaction .. i HATE when businesses lie to customers .. completely disheartening to have this be a reality.

In a word: shocking. I have never experienced such rude service at pickup. My mattress was literally thrown into my car by a gruff “sign here” drill sergeant. Clearly some basic customer service training needs to happen for the warehouse staff.
