Overall a great and seamless experience! The sales representative who helped me answered all my questions and walked me through the whole process. The horn arrived well packaged, in two boxes full of styrofoam and a layer of bubble wrap. It looks spotless and like new. I also asked to have the rollers on the Alto done in a teal/blue color, which really enhanced the looks. It plays really nicely, and the key work is super smooth. The key placement took some getting used to, since Im coming from a beginner horn. The low notes come out easily and over tones are easy to hit. Since I didnt have my own case, the sales rep recommended BAM cases to me. I simply picked the model I liked and they took care of ordering it and shipping it. The cost for the case was included. Overall, a great experience and customer service! No complaints so far!
