AMAZING customer service! Moving and transition is stressful enough but the manager at this location took the storage unit stress right off of my plate! It was a fast, simple process and he was genuinely great. The unit was clean and easily accessible. Highly recommend!

Overall great experience! Jay was an immense help throughout the process and made it all so easy. Im a college student and their 1/2 off first 3 months promo was the perfect deal to have my stuff in storage while I went home for the summer months. My climate controlled 5x5 unit is in a great location and I know its safe thanks to their 24h surveillance combined with secured door codes.

I felt very safe as a young woman entering the facility and I knew my items would be kept securely. There are multiple safety and covid measures in place throughout the property.I would recommend Go Store It especially to UNCW students who are looking for a place to store their things over the summer. They had the highest rating in Wilmington matched with the cheapest prices, and their customer service was absolutely fantastic. I don’t know why you would want to go anywhere else!I was looking at a 7x10 climate controlled unit and ended up getting a 10x15 for a cheaper price than other places around. Plus I got the first month for free! Jeff in person and Jay over the phone made sure all of my questions were answered, and I feel good knowing my belongings are safe.

Genuinely friendly staff and very easy to deal with. Called several different Wilmington storage places and Go Store It in Ogden was hands down the best priced, cleanest and had the most helpful staff. (A different storage place up the road from them called/harassed me non-stop for two weeks after I simply checked with them to inquire about their rates and details...very unnecessary and ultimately cost them a customer). Ended up only needing the unit a short period and the Go Store It staff cheerfully refunded the months I had prepaid but no longer needed. Highly recommend them. They do business the old fashioned way...friendly and honest.

We rented a storage unit here for a few months while we sold our old house, stayed at an apartment, and then moved into our new house. This was definitely the nicest storage facility we have ever used. It was very clean and climate controlled. They even provided little wagons to transport your items from outside the building to your unit. The office staff was always very nice and helpful when we visited. We will definitely use this facility if we ever need storage again.

Absolutely a great experience! I had been to 3 other storage places in Wilmington, and none of them seemed clean or secure. This brand new storage facility was exceptionally clean, and required a pin# to get access to the building. This location was on the other side of town for me, but the drive was worth the piece of mind. Getting a unit was easy, the price was fair, and the employees were always very helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

Storing household items from my college apartment was so easy with this facility. I originally made my reservation online at a great deal and got a phone call from Elena in the ground office within a few hours going over the details. This was a great experience from the start! I was getting quotes 2 months prior to the moving date, not knowing you cant reserve a unit until 2 weeks prior. Jay was so helpful on the phone, he offered to call and follow up 2 weeks prior and he did! He explained everything, so there were no surprises, super friendly and efficient. We had a last minute storage need while moving on a Sunday. Go Store It was one of the only places with an open office on Sunday and had great reviews so we decided to take our stuff here. I was in quite the time crunch to rent a storage unit here in Wilmington from my move. When I searched for one, Go Store It was one of the first that I investigated. The facilities looked clean online and everything seemed very straight forward. The good thing is - everything in person was the EXACT same! Go Store It made everything very easy and convenient. The staff are all wonderful - especially Elena and Jay (I am sure everyone else is wonderful, I just didnt have the pleasure of meeting them!). The facility was very clean and the check in process was SUPER easy! I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for storage in the Wilmington area!

He was very thorough and took all the time needed to make sure we were taken care of and we never felt rushed that he wanted to get his lunch. The staff was very friendly. I was very pleased that The representative covered all costs, policies and procedures associated with the rental agreement. The facility was very clean, and it smelled nice. The unit I rented is easy for me to access and they even made my door code something that I will remember. I actually had rented at CubeSmart a few days earlier and when I finally got around to putting the lock on the door and seeing the unit, I was so dissatisfied with how difficult it would be for me to access it, so I forfeited the administrative fees associated with the rental in hopes that I would find a better suited storage unit for my needs. This facility is great, so far I have no complaints. Oh.... I even overheard another representative calling a customer to alert them that they had left their key in the lock, and then went and got the key and made it ready for them to pick up, the whole while with a smile on her face. This was an amazing storage experience! it is very clean, easy access, and even though I had a second level unit, there was always a cart available right inside the door and I was always able to pull up right to the door and easily move stuff back and forth. The unit was temperature controlled and the overall quality of the experience was well worth the price of the unit each month. The staff are amazing and very friendly, and deliver an exceptional level of customer service! I’ll miss them!! I would definitely use them in the future if available. I was disappointed to find they didn’t have a location where I was relocating! Best bang for your buck for sure!!

Fantastic experience. Im in the midst of a sudden big move, and it was so nice for something to go so smoothly. Everyone in the office was wonderful and the units are very nice and a great price. I honestly wish I had gotten a unit here much sooner!

Making a reservation online was super easy and a great say to be sure the storage size you need is available. The gentleman in the office, I believe his name was Jeff, was very friendly and made the registration quick and painless. Another plus, the premises was clean and it was great that there was a cart to help with moving stuff, especially because my unit was on the 2nd floor. Only downside was the price was a little more than Id like compared to another location I was looking at, but overall I saved a few bucks compared to some other places.

Sense this covid 19 junk my storage has went up nearly 30 dollars extra a month.... definitely do not recommend this place, low when you first start paying then within a year it goes up almost 30 extra dollars....

They only care about money, not customers. Rent went up $40 in a few months! They said emails were sent to let us know but they probably went to spam. Didnt care and offered no help. Plus the automatic doors and elevator doors close every .5 second so its impossible to load stuff without getting hit by doors. Makes no sense.

I originally made a reservation at another storage unit in town but wasnt impressed with their customer service. I made a reservation with Go Store It online (which is really easy) and received a call from Jeff a few days later to confirm. Jeff was friendly, answered my questions, and made me feel welcome before I had ever been to the facility. I met with Jeff and Elena the day we got the unit and both have top notch customer service skills. Elena gave me a tour of the facility (which is incredibly clean by the way - even my hard to please father in law mentioned its cleanliness) and made sure I understood the process and answered any other questions I had. I just randomly chose a storage facility and I guess I lucked out! Go Store It is a great facility with helpful staff. They always have a cart inside the door for easy moving, the climate controlled units (and hallways) were great for my more sensitive electronic items. Everything was clean and they’re very careful about keeping out riff-raff. It was my first time getting a storage unit and Elaina (not sure if that’s how she spells it) walked me through the process step by step. I’m a college student so I will definitely be back next summer, and will highly recommend this place to any of my college friends who need a place to store their dorm stuff.

Good afternoon,I have had the worst experience from your employees in Wilmington NC at 1113 South 17th Street. This is from the beginning to now! An employee purposely fraudulently put someone else’s name on my storage unit. I tried to let it go when she obviously put the wrong number to my file. I’m a disabled woman and had to stand up trying to get a unit I already reserved! Three people came in and out the entire time I was there. The manager had assisted and assigned units while the female helping me took for ever. I know this because they didn’t like me making them aware of no one in the building to assist in service because they were outside worried about a SIGN! The police even pulled and asked what was going on! By the time I left your storage place I was shaking and almost passed out. This is unacceptable! Now I can’t even pay my bill nor pull my account up to pay today. This was set up in AUGUST!!!UPDATE: I phoned them and let them know their well known mistakes several hours ago and it is 8:35 pm and they still have not fixed it! I am a disabled woman who does not have time to back n forth with slow brained people! I don’t care about the other reviews, they could be fake! I know my experience and it’s probably because I’m brown skinned!

Due to Hurricane Florence I have had to rent not only 1 but 2 climate controlled storage units to house all of my belongings as my home is repaired. I did not know I was in need of the 2nd unit until I filled the 1st one and as I was in route to the Go Store It location on Market St in Wilmington, NC I was stuck in major traffic causing me to run late and chance not making it prior to the closing of the office on the Monday before Thanksgiving. I made a phone call and Jeff and Jay stayed to make sure that I had my unit so that I could complete the moving and still be able to be to be at my families for Thanksgiving. In my opinion the staff at Go Store It goes the extra mile for its customers. Not only do they have a great facility which is very well maintained and clean, their customer service is above all and they have flatbed carts for use o help assist you with the moving of your personal items.
