We have recently purchased the 60 Arbor Pro: happy with the machineNOT very pleased with service!The home function malfunctioned causing damage to the cradle. We spent an hour on the job with crew standing idle. No solution at that time. I was told by Vinnie (service tech) that I would get a call back to finish “fixing the issue”. I was also told by Alyssa that I would be receiving a call back from warranty coordinator about the damaged part. Gil in parts was aware of my need for replacement part as well.3 working days later I had heard from no one.I had to reach back out again. Alyssa made an appointment for my original Tech to call me back the next day. No phone call. Now in conversation with a second tech to troubleshoot. We have made adjustment for the original issue 5 working days later but are waiting on tech to talk to manager about the damaged part.Very frustrating how many different peopleI have been on hold with, sent pictures to and tried to learn the lingo for being able to communicate.The manual explosions are incomplete at best.I have used countless pieces of equipment over the last 25 years but this one seems to be somewhat difficult in it’s user-friendlyness.I Would like to share with the company that they may try to implement a few simple improvements within. My intent is the criticism is constructive and brings about awareness and change. Please feel free to contact me directly for any further conversation about my experience.

Company said there was an update for our lift and we were not to use it till it was done, they have left us sit here for a month already with no response to emails or calls

I’m very happy with my new Cmc. This is one of the best investments I’ve made. Our production is up. Safety is up. The machine works perfectly and the customer service great as well.

All access equipment’s customer service and techs are next to none. I have been dealing with them for two years and hands down it’s the best service I’ve ever received from an equipment company. They are always very helpful and go the extra mile to make sure everything stays safe and running.

Overall very satisfied with this company. Not only do I love my 72’ machine but if there’s any little glitches, which is rare, they’re on top of it! Elsa has non stop been there to help me with my machine and always keeps in contact with me with updates, you can tell she really takes pride in her work. The manager is also very understanding and has backed up this piece of equipment he sells. Overall great experience with the company and look forward to continuing business with them.

I bought the 2020 83 HD + Arbor Pro, It is a Tracted aerial lift.From A to Z it went great . I have no complaints at all with the purchase .. Everything went smooth ..Even with the COVID-19 pandemic, Everybody was all on board ..Their support team will answer any questions regarding the machine...If you want the best Aerial lift around and best support . Not care for customers. I ask for a quote on a HD 72 Arbor pro got a service dealer call me next day right away, I bought the lift and I start having issues I try to contact all access directly the same way I did for the quote and 3 days pass and not answer yet I have over $100K machine seat in my garage doing nothing. I contact them to see if they can help me out because my service dealer wasnt answering my call. I have to mention that I start having issues with the lift 2 day after been in use., now is one month old and so far I was able to use it only 2 weeks wit the issue of having to reset everything manually because the lift keeps locking on my every time I use it.

Very bad customer service I bought a machine a year ago it broke down over 8 times one of the times when it was not even a week old. a small part cost $1000 dollar not only that I took them 6 days to get back to me very bad customer service and disappointed with this company the lift is great when it’s working correctly and this is the very first time I write a bad review for a company that’s how bad there customer service
