Great people, Great prices. Well informed and well stocked. They go waaaay out of their way for their customers. I can say how nice it is to have customer service like this. Needs MORE than 5 stars.

I received excellent help and advice yesterday after I discovered that a computer table I had purchased needed its leg bolts replaced. With the new, correctly sized, bolts and washers and tool, I was easily able to accomplish this task. Great customer service.

The people who run Wagner know what theyre doing in the customer service department. They are beyond friendly and helpful to make sure youre taken care of any time you are in there.

Just a very well-rounded mom and pop like hardware store the way things used to be with a very polite and helpful staff that will tell you if they dont have it honestly how quick they can get it and they have a very large variety
