Best FA shop I’ve been into! Jimmy, Nick and used-to-be there Sterling are profound professionals that know how to conduct business and definitely LEO/Military Supporters. I don’t even bother looking or going to any other FA store! This place is the ONLY place I recommend my brothers in arms to go to! I even go in there just to hang out with these guys sometimes! They always offer beverages or snacks to their customers! These guys are the real deal!

Hands down the best Gun shop in Wilmington. Im always impressed with the knowledge of Sterling and Jimmy. The willingness to help with any weapons or ammo needed. Hey you want to trick out your guns they got all that to. If its not on the wall they can get it and a way better price than any other gun shops Ive called.Seriously if you have never visited the shop you owe to yourself to stop in. Say hi. I had the chance to go to Am Char Wilmington NC recently. This place is a hidden gem with the inventory and knowledgeable personnel willing to help you select the best firearm for you. I ended up with a nice used S&W pistol at a very reasonable price. Go where the local law enforcement professionals go! Call ahead and ask for Sterling.

FYI: Amchar is the best gunshop in town. Its also 1st Responder/Active-Retired Mil ONLY. Come here and enjoy some coffee as you shop for Blue Label and distributor direct pricing on items from Glocks to boots.

Amchars prices are only beat by the level of service they give. Outstanding gun shop built around the concept of putting the customer first. If you are in a position to be able to purchase from these guys, do it. They cant be beat in the Wilmington NC area.
