The best! The spent the time to make sure the fabric (from their vast amount of choices!) was the perfect choice. And it was good to know they offered a re- upholstery service so it was one stop shopping. Highly recommended

I was last in this store about 3 months ago. All I can say is Wow...what a difference.The store is so much more inviting, cleaner, better organized, easier to navigate. The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful.You can tell they are still working on improving things but they have made incredible progress.

I recently bought fabric and had 2 custom throw pillows made at this store. In designing the trim for the pillows, as nothing was in stock, the store employee convinced me to do a fabric border that would require me to purchase more fabric. She did not have a sample of what she was proposing and I was having trouble visualizing, but she convinced me it would look fine. I was sadly very disapointed when I picked up the pillows. I do not like the look at all and spent quite a lot of money for custom pillows. I have extra fabric which I believe could be used to modify the border plus I found some trim at another store that would work. While I certainly did not expect the store to rework the pillows for free, I would have expected that they would work with me to find a solution. I was shocked that they took no responsibility and had absolutely no interest in coming up with any ideas. I still need to have a sofa recovered and a bench cushion made but I will never use this company again. Totally unacceptable customer service.

Absolutely rude customer service. I walked in, the bells on the door made noise to alert the staff- not even a hello and no one was up front. One associate was on the phone and just stepped back in between the rugs when she noticed I was there.I heard staff members talking loudly behind the employees only curtain, I said excuse me, for help and no one even budged.Very rude. Poor customer service.

Ive tried to love this place. While it often takes a while to find help in the store, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my exchanges with the manager have been less than ideal.We purchased fabric to recover some very special items that belonged to my husbands grandmother. He was extremely close to her and wanted to get the best possible fabric to do her items justice. Artee was short a few yards of a white fabric we wanted, so we were instructed to order it. The store would not honor the in store pricing, and we were required to order 2 additional yards to meet a 10 yard requirement. We went from spending $160 to $300 on the exact same fabric. We chose to move forward, because it was my husbands favorite in the store and the most similar to his grandmothers home.We then purchased some additional fabric for two other chairs. During the recovering process, we got a call from the seamstress that the fabric had a defect. The manager would only refund us for the fabric that was not already cut. Despite the fact that she saw a defect in the fabric, she would not credit the full amount. I have a $14 credit at the store I will never use, because I will no longer be shopping at Artee. The manager was very short with me upon the return and rude in response to my very simple request.

Recently shopped there and was very please with the service. We needed to order 6 yards of 1 trim and found out the shipping cost was $18.00. We ordered it and when we went to pick it up we discovered that the store received the whole spool of trim. So I guess we paid for the whole spool being shipped and not just our 6 yards of trim that we ordered. We felt like we were ripped off.
