Party city is just an ok party supply store its a hit or a miss prices are a little high but it gets the job done. Just visited there for pokemon theme supplies they had a few things but I did still have to improvise from other sources. There staff is nice tho

Nice clean organized party store. Fast service. We’re out of stock on some of the balloons I wanted and was forced to buy a smaller piñata then I wanted because they didn’t have a big selection for princess ones. Wasn’t busy at all at the time I went.

A little disheveled, boxes and loose items scattered about. The cashier was friendly, others didnt seem to want to be there. They have just about every occasion covered with party decor or costumes. Inexpensive. They would have a nice selection if they werent so low on stock.

Got everything for her bday u c here bsides the cake of course but easy to find everything stuff are very helpful

They have just about everything you need and some things you dont even think of for any kind of party that you may be throwing. I even ordered online and when the shipment came it was damaged and an item was missing and they were nice enough to reship the order at no cost so I have nothing bad to say about them except for some of the items that I did order online without seeing them in the store could have been a little bit better quality

Everything you could want to throw a party in almost every color and theme. Choices are unlimited. Prices are average. Pretty good selection of Halloween costumes at Halloween. Not very many workers to help with questions or check you out.

They have a ton of party supplies. You can spend a lot before you even realize it, but they have most everything you need to host a birthday and the like. Its an older location, though, so it always feels a little tun down even though its clean and well stocked.

Years ago this was the only store I would go to for birthday Christmas any other kind of decorations. The store tonight was in complete disarray, looks dirty, and was not stocked at all. Would rather go to the Dollar general next and we all know how that looks.....

Definitely the worst party city Ive ever been to. Entire aisles are empty.. boxes and product all over the floor. Dont waste your time going to this location.

Came in asked for certain balloons they said almost everyone was out..I asked for numbers he said were out..I said bull! Their sitting in that aisle there and of course he was like and?No one wants to work or do anything but be moody and no wanna deal with customers.Won’t be back worst place ever.Get people in their who wanna work.

Great for all party needs. Any theme you need. Balloons, cards, decorations, and seasonal decor as well . One stop shop for party needs. Even sells great priced Halloween costumes around September.

Its really a shame its the only party city in the area, otherwise I wouldnt go. Employees are rude, short and unhelpful most of the time. Go to Fulton Paper and Party instead; it is worth the extra drive to have an easy and pleasant customer service experience.

Rude employees and understocked merchandise. I called ahead to ensure what I needed was in stock, since I was coming from Maryland. I was assured they had plenty in stock and would hold one for me at the front for the day. Got there within 2 hours and was told they were sold out and I could go to another Party City. This particular store was a huge dissapointment.

First time ever going in ever and found what i needed in a matter of second. I did however get distracted by the vast variety of party pitchers and table wear. Ill probably return when the weather is nice to buy stuff for an outdoor party.

Worst customer service ever!!! If I could give zero stars I would for the inconvenience of dragging a small child there. Called a week in advance to ask about small ballon order with helium shortage. I was told to come in on a Friday evening (helium truck delivers Friday) and place order for following Sunday. Got there and was unapologetically told I had to come back Sunday morning, the day of event to place the order and that they couldn’t guarantee they would have helium. Called back to speak with manager was on hold twice for extended period and then hung up on. I will make the extended drive to Fulton Paper from now on!

They had almost nothing in alot of the super hero costume isles and stuff like that. Lots of pics on the costume wall. Store kind of messy. Staff polite.

Pretty efficient with the number system for costume selection. Even with last minute Halloween shopping, the store was still fairly organized.

I placed an order on Wednesday for 48 balloons with the instructions to pick up at 11 on Sunday for a bridal shower. I arrived right on time and they had not even started yet ! When I pplaced the order I asked if that time would be OK and was told that was fine. I was then made late arriving to the bridal shower that I was throwing AFTER the bride . If they have a busy morning that should be have been disclosed so I could plan properlyproperly. Completely unprofessional

I called to ask if they had trolls party items and they said yes went to buy some and the only thing they had was a pack of napkins! I also asked if they had any fall or Halloween items the lady on the phone said no. when I went they had a whole aisle of fall items and another of Halloween costumes! They never have anything new. Always the same boring birthday themes year after year! The staff works in slow motion and theyre face pretty much says I dont even want to be here!

Great party essentials & various option, however needing help with our gender reveal there were no black balloons. The lady who was helping us told another employee to check in the back & yes he did but took forever & than as we still didnt have our problem resolved he hid along with all the other employees who went to lunch. After 30mins in the store the kind ginger manager helped us & sent us on our way with what we needed. Employees are young & act it js.

Very, very poor customer service. I was told that balloons can not be pre-ordered over the phone for pick up (which I am not even 100% sure is accurate) before being hung up on as I was saying thank you. So the balloons had to be ordered in store and we waited..... and waited.... and waited for them to blow up less than 10 balloons. There seems to be no sense of concern for the customers time here.

The Manager Steven took my call, was well informed, and had what we needed. We were well taken care of when we arrived and will return for SURE. Good job, sir.....

Very limited birthday sashes ! Had milestone birthdays ie...sweet sixteen, over the hill. No plain Happy Birthday ! Very surprised !!

Probably the most bare party city Ive ever been to, most of the aisles were empty. They got my balloon order correctly, but 2 hour into the event most of the helium was out of 2 of the dozen balloons.

I was buying supplies for a baby shower, had mostly all I needed. Biggest complaint is they can get expensive.

Crate for every occasion and you can get terrific ideas and themes for just about any party that you see fit.

For a party store, its pretty sad. Not stocked and not a great selection.

I called my local party city to ask if they had a specif scarecrow costume and the person on the phone said yes! I went to the store and when I got there I asked a teen back there for the costume. He did not even reply back just rolled his eyes and murmured something. Since he ignored me I went and asked the cashier for help which was useless since she just sent me back to the clueless and moody teenagers! I spoke to a different teen gave the costume number he went to look for it. 15 min later he said what was the number again? Ugh! Again I gave the number of the costume I needed 10 min later he says we dont have any costumes out of the boxes yet! WTH?! These kids were clueless, tired, moody and had attitude problems! Geesh!

The party city i went to was very organiced and a young lady named amy took the time out of her day to walk me to my item i needed while another worker just pointed in a direction i would like to take the time out of my day now to thank amy i had a wonderful experisence and i will return soon

This place is simply horrible, it has truly fell off. Staff is lazy and not interested, wont ask not one customer do the need help, just look stupid. shelves look a mess, too much gossiping and playing around. Manager yells at his staff fired one while I was in the store 1st thing in the morning, poor girl left crying. Shut the store down. I started ordering my party supplies from Shingdiz & Amazing Bridal Supplies web sites & refer many people family & friends two AWESOME SITES.

Really couldnt find much for a gender reveal parties the prices were to high considering the dollar stores sold similar things. It was a loss for me this day.
