They dont answer the phone and refuse to answer simple questions. The pharmacist in the afternoon on Sunday was very rude and wouldnt simply show me the bottle for my Covid shot or answer any questions. I didnt want to get the shot in the first place but had to for work. She did not make me feel any better about it!

Called two times to make sure my prescription would be ready for pickup (i’m very sick rn) when my friend gets there to pick it up, they say it is not ready and need my ID even though I specifically called to make sure someone else could pick it up for me. I specifically called two times to make sure this would not happen or else i would’ve gone to pick it up myself.

The pharmacist Nick was absolutely wonderful! He is always kind, compassionate and his team always seems unified and happy. Every time we go the pharmacy it is a pleasant and thorough experience. Nick does not treat me like a number he asks how my family is and actually remembers my name! It’s a personal healthcare experience instead of being treated like a number or a copay. I think pharmacist Nick is going to succeed and surpass what he is doing here in the pharmacy. It would be crazy for CVS to not notice this guy!

Pharmacists Nick and Ester are nice and helpful. The techs are helpful, too. Theyve got loads of prescriptions, so if they seem hectic or not smiling, that really doesnt bother me. If youve worked with the public before, you know how that is. I think they all handle it the best they can.

First of all, it took them almost 25 minutes to answer the phone call because I was put on hold, then someone picked up and she put me on hold again for another 10 minutes. She was very rude and gave me an attitude over the phone for no reason. I get working in customer service is frustrating at times but don’t give an attitude to your customers.

Ive been going to this Pharmacy for nearly 10 years. Yes, the wait is sometimes a bit long, especially when theyve got dozens of people picking up at the drive through and dozens more picking up at the inside register while also receiving dozens of new prescriptions on the phone/fax. Yes, you will sometimes wait several minutes when you call before someone will pick up, especially during peak times when all of the aforementioned people are picking up and sending in new prescriptions or in the middle of the night when theyre busy as hell because theyre one of only 2 pharmacies nearby open 24 hours. What I have noticed over the nearly 10 years of filling my 9+ prescriptions per month there is, as long as I have reasonable expectations, they have yet to fail to meet them. As long as I greet them with the same concern I would give to any other human being, I am treated with respect and professionalism. I have never seen them sitting around doing nothing while a line of customers wait.In the (literally) hundreds of times I have been inside this locations (seriously, often enough that most employees know my name), I have seen people who treat the staff with the same demeanor one would expect from a prison guard (demanding their service be when and how they expect). I have seen people who, after waiting 15 or so minutes to get their script, become borderline abusive and overtly rude. I have seen people who walk in with a chip already on their shoulder for one reason or another and exude rudeness from the beginning. I have even seen people yelling and screaming at the staff as if they believe its ever appropriate to do so. Throughout this, I have yet to see them be rude to someone who wasnt already directly, and insultingly, rude to them. I have yet to see a single person in the staff treat a customer poorly. I have seen rushed transactions during peak times by an obviously stressed employee that, admittedly, could have been more friendly, but nothing overtly rude. For my personal experience, I have been treated rudely only one single time by a person who didnt last long (they were new when it happened and gone the next month). Most of them know me by name and treat me exactly as I treat my own customers (as if they were a valuable component of my business). These guys even call me regularly if they notice one of my more important scripts have no more refills to see if I want them to go ahead and send in a refill request! So, my review is basically this. If you expect them to be pleasant and treat them pleasantly, you will not be let down. If you expect them to treat you like royalty while treating them like a peasant, you need to prepare for disappointment. If you have reasonable expectations and are understanding about the occasional human (imperfect) moment, this is a wonderful pharmacy that treats its customers well and performs admirably in a tough business.

The workers here are so rude. I am not one to do reviews but this is worthy of one because every single time I go the workers are rude, short and just try to get you out the line. My last encounter was with KIMBERLY. They have my name under two different files and I always have to give them my second insurance card. Any questions you ask they act like your bothering them. When they tell you to have a good day sarcastically they hang up before you can reluctantly tell them to do the same. Why is it so hard to consolidate someones account, add both insurance cards, and spell your name right after giving it 100 times😏 The one star is for at least getting my prescription after having to call to see if its ready after signing up for text alerts every other time I pick up a prescription.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have been patient with them never having my medication filled and waiting in line while they do so over the years, especially recently with the pandemic. This time I called in a refill for seizure medication 5 days in advance through the automated line and got the response “already in process” although I hadn’t called it in recently. Did not hear anything so I used the automated line again to check the status which said “currently processing”. They do not EVER answer their phone after waiting for over an hour multiple times on hold. I went there to be told they do not have the milligram of my medication in stock and can’t order it. Seems to me I would be informed of this considering it’s a medication needed to prevent seizures. I told the technician that I can never get through on the phone and he laughed and said yeah, sorry. Still I was patient and was told to have the doctor call in a higher milligram with smaller portions to get the medication I needed. I was able to do so and asked them to fill ASAP as I had already spent considerable time trying to get this medication. I went to pick up the new prescription and they told me they don’t have that either. So after they specifically instructed me to get this medication ordered and did not have it either, they didn’t bother to call me OR my doctor and let us know that before normal business hours ended and my doctor was no longer at work. I was given the option to go to another local CVS that did have the milligram I needed but they were unable to transfer the prescription because it was a controlled substance and I would need to contact my doctor AGAIN to have the prescription reordered to another pharmacy. This is a life sustaining medication and without it there is a high risk of seizures. I should be able to contact my pharmacy via phone, be informed if a medication I ordered is not in stock (especially days in advance), and not be given false information by medical professionals CONTINUOUSLY who should be aware of the need for seizure patients to have this drug. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST THIS PHARMACY AND THEIR MEDICAL COMPETENCE.

The personnel in the pharmacy do not answer the phone, for the customer or for the doctors office. Even though the automated message system said my prescription would be refilled and I could pick it up after 2 on Friday, when I went to pick it up Monday they said they couldnt fill it without prior authorization. I was told to give them 2 or 3 days to get it. I didnt get the text saying it was ready, so on Thursday, I try calling. Cant get through, Im on hold for more than 15 minutes. Still no text by Monday, so call my doctors office and asked the nurse about it. She said she would call. She called back a while later and said she was on hold so long she had to call back and leave a message. Tuesday I get a text that the order was ready, so I go to the store to pick it up. Get it home and find out it was only a partial refill, enough for 7 days. Was never informed of this. Called them twice today, and waited on hold for 15 min the first time and 20 the second, without getting through. Extremely poor service.

Zero stars. The worst. They never answer the phone. I called 3 days in a row and waited on hold for over 10 minutes each time before hanging up. I was on hold for 35 minutes today as I drove to the pharmacy and stood on line. There were no cars in the drive thru and one person in front of me in the store. Why not answer the phone? Part of the prescription was ready. Why wouldnt you call and let me know? The other items they did not have and had not ordered. Again, why wouldnt you let me know? I switched all my prescriptions today. The worst.

I am never able to get the pharmacy on the phone. Ive sat on hold for at least 30 minutes before finally giving up multiple times. Ive also sat on hold only to be hung up on after 10-15 minutes. I can understand being busy but this is every time I call, no matter the time of day. While the pharmacy staff is generally pretty ok in person, it can be maddening to listen to that hold music on speaker phone when you really need to talk to someone. Im giving 1 star because the front store staff is pretty rude and the pharmacy staff is fine when youre at the store and just impossible to get on the phone.

I would normally give this pharmacy 5 stars because they are so wonderful!! I had an issue with a prescription so I called this evening to fix the problem. A pharmacist by the name of Gemini (not sure if thats correct) but shes British if that helps. I have used CVS for almost 10 years with my insurance being Champ VA. This woman first argued with me about where I got the prescription and then she continued to argue that CVS does not and never has accepted Champ VA and I have always paid out of pocket. I told her she was incorrect about all of it but she still insisted she was right and I needed to bring my card in. In the end she said she would fill it but I needed to pay out of pocket.I will be there first thing in the morning to complain about this pharmacist, she must have been having a bad day but no excuse to argue a point that I know she is completely incorrect!! She is definitely not the norm at this pharmacy!

Overall Ive had really ok experiences with this pharmacy, however, they have the worst phone etiquette Ive ever encountered. Ive worked at a pharmacy before, so I get that it gets busy sometimes, but leaving people on hold for over 30 minutes or hanging up on them when they have been waiting is unacceptable. The gentleman pharmacist is fantastic! Hes attentive, pleasant and incredibly competent no matter how busy they are in the store. He gets a 5, no question about it. Unfortunately, Ive had some bad experiences which you talked to take when you paying that money Im not crazy about the idea of picking up pharmaceuticals. As long as hes there, this is my Pharmacy. Im just going to have to figure out what it is best to go.Below is a review from 2 weeks ago.Another nightmare at CVS. Last month, pharmacist provided 15 puff inhaler for 2x/day for 30 days. Did not notice until got home and opened it. Had to go better part of month without inhaler. Today, explained to clerk and specifically requested 60 puff. . Returned home and opened ... you got it ... 30 puff inhaler. Drove back to store and explained the need for 60 again. The female pharmacist was still on phone - 15 minutes my first trip and remained on phone during second trip leaving me with clerk for 20 minutes. I implored clerk to interrupt her ... and the verdict = It says 30 but its actually 60.. Never broke stride with the phone conversation. (Funny because I can never get anyone to answer when I call.) Now, I will have to go half the month without inhaler (30 still equals 30). That lady needs to give up her old job providing technical support and concentrate on assisting live customers in the pharmacy. Absolute nightmare service.Below is my review from January:Brutal experience at the pharmacy this past week. My Insurance changed and as a result some of the prescriptions had to be changed. That happens and Im okay dealing with it. The problem is that Ive been going back and forth for a week and a half now. They say this ones not covered so they sent a request to my doctor. My doctor says okay. Then CVS says that replacement prescription is not covered and they send something else to my doctor. My doctor says okay but CVS insists they didnt receive anything. This has happened now three different times on two different medications. Another item, they simply neglected to give me when I picked up a partial order. Yet another item, they said was ready and when I got home it wasnt with the other items in the partial order. I went back yet again and they said theyre out of stock on that item and I have to wait on it.They have now admitted they have received approval for one of the changed items and they are filling that one while waiting for the out of stock item that was previously ready. Yet, I was instructed to contact my doctor yet again for the other changed prescription. The same doctors office I just spoke with an hour prior to calling CVS and that assured they had called in the approval several times. If this sounds convoluted and confusing, it is meant to be. I have gone to this Pharmacy six times in the past 8 days and called my doctor five times, a doctor I trust after 12 years, and things are still up in the air. When I try to call in to this Pharmacy, Im left on the phone for extended periods of time prior to a response, and often receive no response at all. Yet, when I go into the pharmacy, I find that Im often waiting for service while they tend to customers on the phone.Ive had not had these problems with my prior CVS. I dont know if Im going to stay with this one, but I sure would not start with them knowing what I know now. Having said all that, the gentleman pharmacist has always been extremely helpful and has solved whatever issue I have had with a great deal of immediacy. He is very clear and detailed. Im counting on him once again. If he pulls through like he has in the past, he deserves five stars!...Update: It has been better, ff FF, but more consistent. Unfortunately, the good guy is no longer there. Fortunately, neither is annoying chick who ignores everybody. The people there now are just generally unpersonable but adequate.
