I was frazzled about changing phone plans. Stephanie and Aaron were fantastic about getting me squared away with a new number, voice mail, phone plan, etc. They were so enthusiastic, knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. What great employees ! I am so grateful to them for helping me through this change. I would highly recommend Cricket phone plans and especially doing business at this establishment.

Aaron is a wizard. He recovered pictures I thought I have lost forever and linked up all of my old accounts. He was very friendly and professional. I hope cricket is taking good care of him because he is a huge asset to their company.

I recently started to use the Ogden store over the last month. I have received only the best customer service from this location, beyond helpful and courteous as well. Ricardo has been my contact person, he has done a superb job of answering my question, helping transfer my existing phone onto my new Cricket plan. Going the extra mile to insure I was comfortable with the Cricket service too. I am very happy with this store over all.

I left Verizon because of poor customer service a couple of years ago and swapped to Cricket through this store.The staff here is always friendly, knowledgable, helpful and professional.Riccardo just helped me again today and I was so impressed again that I had to mention it in review.

Been a Cricket customer for several years. The service has been great and the customer service we receive in the store is perfect. I especially want to commend the two young men in the store on Market St for their great service and patience when we came into the store for help with our phone. I am a big fan of Cricket wireless, in fact I have 5 phones to take advantage of the $100 deal. I was having a problem figuring out a software issue and called this store and spoke the manager Bobby and he asked me to come by the next day. I was very impressed with his knowledge and he was able to solve my issue within a few minutes! If I could give him a 6 star review I would!!

Absolutely love cricket. You dont have to worry about all that nonsense with charging you hidden fees. Its same price every month and I have everything I had with AT&T. Love CRICKET!
