After walking us through all of the home security options available to us, James came out to install detectors and door sensors. He was a pleasure to work with snd let us choose specific placement locations within the house. After a quick installation, he thoroughly tested the systems and then walked us through proper operation of the monitored system. We are quite pleased everything and would recommend to our friends

These guys were so awesome and friendly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The technicians James and the other guy (forgive me other guy I have forgotten your name) were absolutely on point and knowledgeable about every little detail. Installation was flawless and they did not stop till everything was 100%. The system they installed was surprisingly VERY user friendly and simple to understand once the whole system was explained to me. Good and trustworthy people all around. This house is locked up tighter than Fort Knox.

I had a camera that had gone off line and a lack of connectivity for remote security panel control. I called about 10:30 in the morning and two technicians were at the house to quickly and effectively resolve the issue before noon. The technicians were pleasant, professional, and immediately diagnosed the issue and corrected it. They also took the time to help me understand how I can troubleshoot the problem if it recurs. I have had Holmes service since 2013. The service quality, reliability, and personnel have been superb. We have done several upgrades that went flawlessly. Holmes offers a TC app for smart phones which is superb and includes geofencing options (a “hey, you forgot to set the alarm” feature). My area has had very rapid growth which makes Holmes service rather important. My subdivision, which never had crime issues, has recently had a spike in break ins. The existing cell device was lagging in remote arming and disarming (once armed the system was and is perfect). Holmes immediately found a solution within 24 hours and solved the problem (the equipment was fine, it was an AT&T problem). Holmes is always there when you need them. A++++

Our system had a repaired of a contact line and updated several months ago. On Monday 6/7/21 around 10:00am, while I was out, the system alarm went off by itself. MY wife was sitting in a chair two rooms away from the control panel and no windows or doors had been opened, plus the alarm system was not armed. We were called by Holmes Security immediately, but with the high noise of the alarm, my wife could not hear the phone ringing. My cell # was called but I was away from my phone so they called my 3rd contact to see if something was wrong. My wife called Holmes local Tel.# and told them she had no idea what tripped the alarm and it was going off for 10 minutes at a time, then off then back on again each cycle. She said it took about an hour to get some repair people to our home and they found the problem, fixed the defective wires, and put in a Manual Shut-off switch in our control panel in case this ever happens again. The service guys were very capable, courteous, and professional in fixing our problem. The only problem centered around the longs time it took to get someone here and my wife had to endure that time with the alarm going off. with no way for Holmes Control people or her to shut it off. That issue has been fixed now.We switched to Holmes Security when our former Security Company repeatedly would not even call us when our alarm tripped to check on our situation. With Holmes, we have always gotten a call from them in less than 1 minute and that has been a lot over the years with 4 young grandsons tripping the alarms. I highly recommend Holmes Security for home protection services.

Our experience with Holmes Security Systems was excellent. The Security Consultant we worked with was professional and proficient. Initially, she met with me, and while we walked through the house, I discussed our familys security concerns. Based on my input and the layout of our home, she designed a system that, not only addressed our needs, but also incorporated additional security measures we had not considered. Before installation, she presented the security plan to my husband which required her accommodating his busy work schedule and availability. On the day of installation, she arrived with two technicians. Together, they walked through the house and discussed the plan. Based on their suggestions, some alterations were made. The installation process took about 8 hours. Once completed the lead technician explained how the system worked. Since then, we have only triggered a false alarm once, which resulted in an immediate phone call from a surveillance rep. From that incident, we learned the system really works. Overall, our experience was great and we highly recommend Holmes Security Systems.
