Ive been riding motorcycles since I was a a kid and have had a motorcycle license for almost 4 decades. I have had many motorcycle dealer/mechanic experiences in my life. I took my Indian Chieftan Elite to Happy and Kenny for some performance upgrades and Im at a loss for words to describe just what an awesome experience I had. This was my 1st cruiser bike Ive owned. Happy called me up after Id submitted my application and asked me if I was ready to do this?We set up a time for me to come out, being 2hrs away, it was going to mean being there after hours. I get it- wanting to make the sale.... but I felt like he was a pretty genuine dude.... not only did he put the deal together, he then offered to stay after hours even longer to put the aftermarket pipes and air cleaner on himself. Just moved to NC, live in Jacksonville and have owned my Polaris Slingshot since 2015. Never needed an inspection till moving here and could not find ANYONE near Jacksonville or anyone willing and able to perform the required annual vehicle safety inspection. Wow! What excellent service this dealership offers!! I could not ask or expect any better than they offer. I am an active duty Soldier stationed in Germany and bought a 2019 Chieftain New from them in 2019. I shipped the bike to Germany after buying it and every since then, this dealership has made sure my issues have been taken care of. On several different occasions Michael (Happy) and Joe have went out of their way to ensure my bike problems have been resolved. They have personally mailed me parts for my bike and I received them in the mail quicker than I could get them from a dealership in Germany. They have personally called Polaris on warranty issues and ensured my warranty covered me over here in Germany when the local dealerships said it would not! Recently purchased a 2021 Indian Challenger from here. Sales rep Chris was tremendously helpful and made my long distance transaction extremely easy. 90% of the transaction was handled over email and phone. I called and checked on line for used motorcycles . I found one i liked, fild out questioners and a finance application. They called and emailed that i had been approved for the loan and motorcycle. I went down today and was treated wit respect and they were very courtesy to me and went over the motorcycle in detail with me.got the loan taken care of. Helped fill ins papers and talked to my ins agent. They kelped load the motorcycle on my trailer. Then we notice my trailer tire was low. My salesman went in got an air pump and I had acan of fix a flat and they put that in the tire. We picked everything up and brought it inside. Then i lefi with thank yous. Its easy to buy a motorcycle from motorcyclists when they have passion for what they sell. Happy was excited to go on a test ride, which made it easy to purchase and didnt pressure sell any of the other services. Went there to pick up my bike thru a sale thru Fayetteville store. When I got there was treated with pure respect from all the salespeople. Was told to speak to Joe the Branch Manager. With in 2 minutes they took my bike to the back for appraisal. After a little bit had to wait on paperwork from the other store. They came out and I finally signed the paper work. Today I was out riding with a group of friends and all of a sudden my bike loses power. It wouldn’t rev up over about 1500 rpms, I made it to battleship Motorsport about an hour before they closed. They asked if I could leave the bike with them, I couldn’t I was over 80 miles from home. Them guys didn’t hesitate, they pulled my bike into the shop and got to working on it. The guys at Battleship Cycle and Marine did some regular maintenance on my 2017 Indian Chief and they replaced a tire that had a hole in it. Great communication with me throughout the process, the bike was done in a day, and because of my own holiday rush, they both picked up and dropped off the bike to my home. Everyone was very friendly and very professional. Easy group with which to do business. I will be using them for all my repairs and service for my Indian Chief.
