Had a very frustrating experience. I worked with Jessica who came well recommended. I set an appointment with her and it felt as though she wouldve rather been anywhere else. She left and returned to us several times. Turned her nose up at our budget conscious goal for our new home. I did not expect to be able to afford everything I wanted but was willing to invest in particular pieces. It was a very unfortunate experience. Ferguson lost my business.

I buy plumbing parts from the great staff at the retail counter adjacent to the gallery. Important! Counter sales is open 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Mon-Fri and 7:30 am to noon Saturday.

We went to Ferguson to see some sinks and gas cook tops. We were helped by Chris who did an excellent job of assessing our needs and then showing us what they had to offer. The biggest problem we have run into with our search was just a lack of products we could actually put our hands on. Catalogs and online viewing have been the only real option. Chris was able to show us a few options, unfortunately none were what we are seeking. I give this place 4 stars because Chris and all the other employees were attentive, helpful, and very nice. If there had been a greater selection I would have rated it 5 stars.

Nice selection but no help available. I drove there on a Saturday to find the specialist I needed was off. I called that person Monday to make an appointment. They never bothered to call back. Went to Butlers instead and had an excellent experience.

Large selection of higher quality appliances, lighting, and ceiling fans. Employees are extremely nice and know the products well. Once you tell them what your looking for the will give excellent options. Many options to choose from.

Business does not answer the phone nor reply to phone messages. If you are not going to answer the phone, at least minimize the number of rings so it takes less time to leave a message that you ignore anyway.

I loved the selection and planned to return to finalize my choices...I am replacing all my kitchen appliances. However after calling 2 days in a row and leaving messages with my salesperson that I wanted to make an appointment I RECEIVED NO CALL BACK. Talk about rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing.

When my home was built 2 years ago, the appliances and electrical items were all furnished through Ferguson in Wilmington. My contact there is Jessica Golebiowski Ray. I recently had a problem with two of my ceiling fans. I was working through the manufacturer for months with no resolution. I stopped in to see Jessica and in one visit the problem was solved and new fans were delivered within two days. Jessica did an outstanding job for us and I highly recommend Jessica and Ferguson. She understands what customer service is about.
