The owner John is a excellent mechanic, fixed my BMW X3 when the dealer couldnt find out whats wrong. Take your car to M-Tech if you want it fix right.

Not sure if John is no longer working here (they changed the voicemail audio, John was GREAT) but they used to do great work. I wouldnt know if they do great work still because Ive tried calling them for weeks to book an appointment and no one answers the phones. Literally have called probably 20+ times. I had been going to M Tech for literally 5 years and now all of a sudden they dont answer the phone. Dont waste your time.

My Jaguar’s temperature gauge was spiking and dropping and my air conditioner was running hot. I initially took it to the Jaguar dealership and ask them to diagnose the problem. They told me I needed a new cooling fan and a thermostat, total cost about $3000 dollars.A friend told me about MTECH, I scheduled a service with them, and after they diagnosed and trouble shot the issues, it turned out to be a dirty and clogged radiator that just needed to be cleaned, saving me $2800 dollars.The honesty that they showed was amazing! I know a lot of shops would have done the unnecessary work and charged the customer for it, but not MTECH.I’m so glad I found an honest mechanic who performs quality work, in a timely manner! If you have a European make vehicle you definitely need to have your vehicle serviced at MTECH.Scott

They were horrible man. I took my car to them about 5 times but the last 3 times which have been all in one year costing me close to 8k, it felt like my car was worse off after every time I got it back. It ran the same if not worse and the problems I really needed handled weren’t. 3/4 months I was right back with the same issues.

Outstanding customer service and repair costs!

While I have had a good experience in the past. About 3 months ago I had 2 of my cars fixed and spent a large sum of money. Unfortunately the same problem that was apparently fixed has re-occurred.I have called their contact several times but finding it difficult to reach anyone. This is hard for me to say but I deeply feel RIPPED OFF. I hope that no one else has experienced this or would want anyone else to experience this.

Had a bad experience at Union park so I took it here. And that was the best decision I made. From the time I met John I know he is someone I can definitely trust and knows a lot about BMWs. In late May 2020 I had new rotors and pads installed by mtech on my Audi S4. Today, my car went to the Wilmington Audi dealer for scheduled 65 k maintenance. The technician noticed that the right driver side caliper was installed incorrectly and was kinking the brake hose. This would have resulted in eventual break in the hose. Good price for the brake install but Sloppy work! Cost me $80.00 to fix the Mtech mistake. Will not go back.

I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a good shop to take my old bmw Z3 to for service. It has a lot of miles and i like to keep it up. The M-tech team was very professional, and quick with the service. The prices are reasonable for the quality work. They took the time to look over the car and tell me about a few minor issues they noticed as well, so i will be returning to get done soon.

Found this shop after having a bad experience with another mechanic in the Wilmington area. John was professional and communicated well. Did a turbo replacement in my BMW 328i. Car is running great now. Thanks for all the help guys...Ill be back.

I havent been there but just want to rate the business based on the reviews. Im planning on buying a mercedes benz and its great to know where to go w/o worrying what dealership would charge me.

Terrible experience. They did 2 separate repairs on my dodge Ram, both left my truck in worse shape than it was when I took it in. They replaced my fuel pump which leaked from the very beginning and also the linkage to my 4 wheel drive which left my car immobile. I had 3 mechanics look at my truck after I had to leave it in the city, all 3 thought I needed a transmission so I went and got a transmission and got it put in only to discover that the issue was in the 4 wheel drive transfer case that they supposedly repaired. Once I found out the fuel line to the pump was leaking I took it back in for them to tell me I had to pay to get it fixed. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!
