I called them first thing at 8am on a Friday morning to see if they could help me get two new tires on that day.We were taking a trip and supposed to leave that morning so calling around to see who could help. The guy that answered said he could get the tires delivered and put on that morning. I explained the situation and he said he didnt know exactly what time that morning but hed get it done. So he said hed call me when the tires arrived he was having delivered. So Im waiting for a call...nothing. I call back at 9:30am and told that there was a delay with the tires but that he should have them soon and would call me to let me know so I could bring my car in. No phone call. So I call him at almost 11:30, says he may be able to get it done before his guys go to lunch at noon but hed call and let me know.I never got a call back from him AT ALL. I waited until 1pm and had to leave to get to our destination on time so ended up driving the car there with the two bad tires. Came back and College rd Tire and Auto had them on for me that morning.Horrible communication and service...wont be calling them again for anything.

Great experience, here on vacation from Louisville Ky,truck had an aggravating tire shake on the way down.They worked me in even though they were busy balanced and rotated tires in a very timely fashion and were very reasonably priced.Great service and would highly recommend them

Friendly with fast & honest service. Wasnt sure what was wrong but the car was hesitating to start, could have been the battery, could have been the starter, it was fixed in 48 hours along with an oil change and complementary tire rotation. New to the area and finding a good mechanic is always tricky. Will definitely be bringing my car back here for its service.

I had a CV Axle break on my Volkswagen. These are not easy to change in these vehicles, seeing how it is the snap-in axles. I took my car in there and they got me in the bay and on a lift as soon as they could. It gave them trouble...for almost 2 days. But they did not stop trying. And they did not tell me to take it somewhere else. Finally they got the old CV axle out and the new one in. They notice a couple of other small, (but necessary) parts I needed. And they got me back on the road that day. I can not thank you guys enough! Such a huge help. And very nice, hard working staff. Highly Recommended!!!!

Good shop with fair prices.

The family and i was in town just for a week visit to the beach, found I was having a 10lb per day loss out of a tire, so I took it to austins place.... very nice folks, they were a little busy, but was able to work me in, I appreciated that as I was a walk in. Approximately 30 min for the intake and fix, good conversation with several local people while I waited....I would recommend calling ahead if possible, just to see how busy they are. 25 $ and out...include pics of bill, the chuck of steel in tire and his business. Definitely will go back if we need service again while at the beach.

I had an issue with a previous repair done by a shop that was a member of a national warranty network. They tried to sell me some nonsense about bogus warranty conditions when I requested warranty repair. Another shop claimed they couldnt diagnose the problem. Although Id never been there before Ronnie Austin got me scheduled for a diagnostic test, identified the problem quickly, and put me on the schedule for a repair that was accomplished as promised.Thanks to him and his crew! Im pleased and I will be back.

My husbands car was fixed then the new motor blew up. It has been there all summer. Next time(hopefully not the motor blown again)we will take is somewhere else. Im sure theyre great with tires, but this has been a nightmare. Stalling for parts. Its not that hard to find them on Ebay. Take your tires there. Not whole car. DONT DO IT.

These guys are the best! Our a/c went out. 95°, black car, black leather interior, an oven on wheels. Had to get it fixed, had it looked at by several shops. They all wanted at least $1000 to do the work. Austins did the work for FAR less and even deducted the cost of the original visit to find the problem. Brought it in at 8am and picked it up the same day. So happy with their work, and highly recommend them to anyone with car issues. You can count on honest and quality. Can say enough good things about the guys.

The business was more about money than customer service. Went to get a tyre fixed thinking that there was a nail in it. They charged me $30 and said the leak was fixed. Come to find out the next day there was no nail in the tyre but it was a leak in the seams of the tyre where the bead had ruptured. Took it to another tyre place where they sealed the bead temporarily and made a recommendation for a new tyre. Austins tyre lied about the work they did and charged me for something they did not do.piss poor integrity. Would not recommend anybody to go there.

Picked up 3 nails in one of my rear tires. Austins was able to patch the tire and get me back on the road within an hour. Excellent service and very customer oriented!

Went to go have a master brake cylinder put on got charged way too much and didnt even correctly put it on. Howd the mobile mechanic come down and fix it for half the price. And then when I called them to let them know they just act dumb like they dont know what they did to you... Dont trust them
