My car has been in the shop since March. I made an appointment and the car was dropped off on the morning of the appointment date. I have not heard anything or received a phone call. I have been to service department desk and I have also called and left plenty of messages. The service manager had the nerve to tell me well it’s plenty more cars that has been there longer and that he only has two mechanics. Maybe he should get up stop playing games on his phone and help them then. The customer service is ridiculous and I would never recommend the Kia dealership to anyone. I will make another review with another update. As soon as I receive one.
