For me when I went to the website and saw the 1st time buyers get 7% off plus free shipping it was too good a deal to pass up so I ordered my wheels. I didnt put which car I had in the order so customer service reached out to me to clarify which car I had and then ship the wheels to me. For me this was a big deal and Im glad they made sure I was purchasing the correct tires. They even reached out to the wheel manufacturer to make certain that I was getting the correct lug nuts. The response time is really fast and I look forward to doing more business with Automotive Stuff. A+++

Ordered weathertech floor mats on a Sunday. I got tracking on Monday afternoon and received it on Wednesday. Installation was easy and it looks like it will provide great protection all year long.

TWO MONTHS TO GET A $80 PART RETURNED WHERE I PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING! AND STILL HAVEN’T GOT MY MONEY BACK! Don’t use this place unless you’re really in a bind and you are positive that the manufacturer and site has not falsely advertised what you need. Bought a set of 22” rims that the website showed were in stock, after they took the $550 out of my account, I got an email saying that the rims were discontinued. Which is fine, but it’s been a week and I haven’t received my refund. They told me it would take 2-3 banking days. Then a followed up and was told it would be up to 7 banking days. So quick to take my money but can’t provide me with a refund in a timely manor. Told me there were delays with the banks, after calling my bank they confirmed that was a lie. Poor way to run a business.

Sent numerous emails and finally received a response that it would be another 2 weeks until I received the item. It has now been about a month and it still does not show that it has shipped. Worst customer service and experience I have ever had. Phone line does not work and does not return emails in a timely matter... Good luck surviving with these business practices....

Ordered (2) K&N HVAC filters, a great new product that I recently become aware of (Ive used 3-4 of their automotive filters for about 20 years). Although there were some COVID-19 and supplier (K&N) related delays, the team at Automotive Stuff worked hard to communicate well and make it right in the end. Their pricing is excellent (often beats Amazon) so that was a huge plus!

I wish I could give this company 0 stars! This whole company is a scam, do not order from this website. At first they will tell you they have everything is in stock and about 4 hours after ordering they will send you an email saying those parts you have just ordered are actually out of stock! After contacting this company over and over again I never received any reply. I tried calling their customer service phone number and nobody ever answered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! I am currently going through the process of disputing this charge with my credit card company and planning on following on filing a complaint with the BBB.

I placed an order a week ago some kayak carriers to go on a trip soon. Isaw that they charged my card but I have not received any update or tracking even though they say that it takes 1-2 business days to provide and here I am still waiting. I tried calling their customer service, but they suspended that and the only way to communicate is through email. Their customer service sent an automated reply saying that it can take up to 1 week to get a response back in regards to any inquiries. Still nothing. I know were going through COVID-19 crisis, but this is too long of a wait when other online retailers can still ship your stuff efficiently and on time and theres an established line of communication. I dont think Ill do business with this online store anymore. Im now trying to cancel my order, but no luck-I have to wait a week for that. Best you could do Automotive Stuff, is not take customers money if you cant guarantee you have products in stock or if its gonna take you a long time to process and deliver an order. I know of some retailers that wont charge the card on file until they can guarantee stock and reasonable time of delivery. I wish I could give this half a star because 1 start is too much of a compliment. Im not happy with the level of service.

I placed an order with Automotive Stuff for a Yakima rack accessory. I chose Automotive Stuff because their website indicated the item was in stock and would ship right away.After several days I got an email indicating they item was not in stock and they were in contract negotiation with Yakima and the email also inquired if would I like a different item. I replied that I did not want a different item, only a refund. I also advised I ordered from them based on the fact they showed the item in stock which was a deceptive practice. I received no reply or acknowledgment to my email and request for refund.After a week I had not received a reply or refund and I tried to call and got the phone line closed message. I understand that Covid has made a mess ...so I emailed. Another week goes by and still no response.I email again and still no reply.It’s now been almost a month since my order and I have heard nothing. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB. This company is a sham and customer service does not exist. I would advise people not do business with this company.

I ordered Spyder headlights for my car on JULY 16, 2020 with the understanding of a 55 day turn around. Its OCTOBER 5th..!!?? STILL NOTHING RECEIVED!!!Update: 10/06/20 - owner responded and I am giving them a chance to get this right.Update: 10/13/20 - the owner sent a full refund for the parts. COVID caused delays at the manufacturer. Happy for the quick response from the owner and fast resolution.

I ordered a few parts from this company, they were outstanding and got them on time.

Ordered 2 swagman aero kayak racks because the price was good. Never received an order confirmation so i became concerned that this website was bogus. Tried calling and got a message that their phone service was currently not available and to contact them via their support email address. Tried that several times and received no response. About a week and a half later I received only 1 of the 2 items from what appears to be a third party fulfillment business...not really sure. The box was damaged and open. I have no idea if it has everything it needs. Attempted to return it through a return link on their website but still have not received a reply! As of today I still have not received the second carrier ordered. Buyer BEWARE!!!!

Update to my last review, my item finally arrived but it took over a month. It was difficult to communicate with seller (phone number does not work & email communication only but very slow in response).

Waited 3 weeks for them to tell me I wasnt gonna get my cab lights I ordered!! So I decided to get some fog lights and when they arrived they were broke! Cant get a return email...the most hideous customer service ever. I wouldnt recommend this place for anything! Ordered the exact same cab lights from another place and had them in 2 days!

Extremely long wait times over the phone. Return request reps arent helpful. Ive sent in 2 requests to exchange the incorrect part and I havent received a RMA yet. UPDATE: Finally got someone to get back to me over the phone and through email. Hopeful the exchange process goes smoothly.

Shipped a core back to the address that shipped it to me. Followed up with automotive stuff to see when I would get my core charge back onto my account. They informed me that my core couldnt be found even with the proof of delivery from UPS. Now they will not answer the phone and will not call me back. I will never do business with them again!!

AutomotiveStuff is a small business that tries really hard to be competitive with the larger companies. They have a large selection of goods and prices. Overall, while shipping and customer service was a slow, most of that was due to the COVID-19 situation and other things out of their control. My order took a really long time to ship and for my inconvenience they even refunded me for the product I ordered. I would recommend AutomotiveStuff to other buyers, just keep in mind the situation going on in the world right now and that it might take a little longer than usual.

Ordered EBC brakes and got them fast. The box had everything and EBC put anti-seize with the pads which was a nice surprise.

I ordered bilstein shocks for my 1983 VW and they were special order. I waited and waited but that was expected as no one stocks them and they usually come from Germany. Overall very happy with the time it took to get the suspension. I will use and recommend Automotive Stuff to all my VW heads.

After some debate due to bad reviews online I decided to give them an order. They emailed me to confirm the YMM of my truck. I responded and two days later I got my parts (EBC Brakes). Usually I dont care to write reviews but I dont believe the current ones reflect how the company is operating now. I will definitely use them again as they double check everything and that saves time.

Ordered a suspension lift kit by Skyjacker and it came very quickly. I will buy from them again in the future.
