Absolutely top notch service. I was referred by two friends Missy and Ryland of RW Mason Roofing out of Carolina Beach. It was about 30 mins from where I live-but worth the drive. Customer service was outstanding. Pat who did my estimate was very well versed, soft spoken (and in layman’s terms!!) and walked me through the whole process with reassurance and honesty, from insurance, to estimates to bodywork. Jeff you run an awesome auto body shop. I will recommend you and your staff again and again. Five stars because I can’t give six! Seriously so happy with the results of my car and overall experience!

The best and most honest bodyshop in Wilmington and around it.Pat and the owner are great, very friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help.This is the third time we used them and happy with them.I had a small scratch on 2 doors that probably somebody keyed my car or somebody scratched with a supermarket cart.They wet sanded it and buffered and made the scratch disappear.They made time to fix it right away and didnt charge me.They moved a few months ago to a really big and nice building with waiting room.I will recommend them to family and friends.

Weve taken 2 cars to Jeffs Ultra color and have been extremely pleased both times. More recently my sons Mercedes was rear ended. Jeffs was able to fix it with genuine OEM parts, understand that some of the electronics were in the trunk, including some audio, lane senor monitors etc, and put it all back together and working perfectly. Color match was perfect, panel seams were perfect. I cant tell it was ever in an accident. I dealt with Pat mostly and he was as professional and courteous as they come. The payment through insurance was so easy. I hope I dont need their services in the future but if I do, I wont call anyone else. THIS is the place to get work done if you need it.

Body shop, ultra color is hands down one of the best places Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business withthis guy went over and beyond you everything he could for me help me get my car back dealing with insurance people and let me tell you mine were a pain national general sucks so they did a great job the best way you can tell that you got a good body man or shop I should say is not in what you can see but what you cant you cant even tell my car even had a fender bender it looks brand newso like I said if you need a real good body shop call Jeff Sheppard and his team the great to talk to you on the phone theyre wonderful people in person I just dont know what else to say you want quality work call these guys!!!!!!

I highly recommend this place. I have a 2017 Jeep Wrangler that came with full doors. I wanted to add factory half doors for the summer. The new doors needed to be painted to match the silver paint on my Jeep. Every body shop that I spoke with wanted to blend the paint down the side of the Jeep to make it match, which I did not want to do. Jeff and his team did an outstanding job of matching the silver paint on my Jeep, with a fast turnaround and great price. When others said it couldnt be done, Jeff was confident that they would get it as close as possible and they did a great job in doing so!

On 2018 had to repair the bumper in my car.I was new in the area and didnt know a decent and honest body shop to fix it.I searched the internet and asked friends, family and car dealers and they all recommended me Ultra color.They handled all paperwork with insurance and fixed my car really good and happy with the time they took to fix it and quality of work.They are the best in town and are here to stay for long time unlike many horrible low quality shops.I have been recommending them to family and friends.I wish we had more shops like it in Wilmington.
