We simply needed a TV mounted above the fireplace. You could tell the two people who arrived had done this many times before as well as more difficult work. They measured and leveled and recommended spacing and where to position the TV and sound bar very well. It was done quickly and efficiently.

We wanted to make sure we were well-connected in our new home, so we hired Carolina Smart Solutions to make sure we have a strong, secure wired and wireless network. Mike and Coleman did a great job and got us completely set up including connecting the cable network in just a few hours. Heat service, well worth the cost.

Kyle and his team did an amazing job with installation of a wired and wireless network and outdoor tv and speaker system. He is knowledgeable, conscientious and friendly. I was experiencing challenges (no fault of his own) with connectivity that took him some time to figure out, and he stuck with it until it was perfect. Their pricing was more than fair. They arrived on time, had everything needed to complete the job and extra add on’s I decided I wanted. In addition to the great job, after opening the box of my 50” Samsung I purchased from Best Buy, it was found to be damaged. They carried the same model, they quickly went to their store and returned with a replacement and matched the Best Buy price. Hired them to mount an existing TV on an articulating wall mount. Also purchased another TV from them and had them hang it on a fixed mount. They showed up on time and got right to work. I was very pleased with the quality of the work. Prices for the labor, parts and TV were reasonable too. I highly recommend this company.

My experience with Carolina Smart Solution was one of true professionalisms.I have used Best Buy’s Geek squad, to install my first TV.So I naturally called them to do this new TV.I thought call Best Buy right?I called, and called, andcalled, finally after holding for 45 minutes I got a real personto answer and was informed that I had reached sale andneed to be transferred.So I got another machine, held for another 30 minutes. They answer the phone I spoke they said can you hold please. Put me back on hold then the phone went dead I was 38 hot.I call CSS a real person answer the phone they schedule the job right thenThe day before I received a confirmation text.They arrived on time!They were courteous, most respectful of our home, and my dogs liked them, so they got a big pass.

I couldn’t be happier that I chose Kyle and Mike to make my house a smart home. We met for a consult and they gave me a quote that met my needs not what they wanted to sell! I’ve used others in the area but will only use these guys now. Technology upgrades aren’t cheap anywhere, but they make it affordable if you have a good base of equipment.

Kyle came to our home to give us a free estimate to repair our audio system. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Carolina Smart Solutions showed up when scheduled and did an excellent job updating my wi-fi antennae so that we now have better connection to all our streaming devices.
