Love this craft store! They have a little bit of everything and for all ages. If youre a home schoolteacher, there is a nice section on discovery learning. They have a rewards program that is worth signing up for.

Very sad to see this store closing. I would find some of the most interesting gifts for my niece or my mom here. They had pretty nice coupons as well. Good bye AC Moore!

Pretty decent selection of arts & craft supplies, with comparable prices to other major arts & crafts stores. Selection isn’t as good as Joann Fabrics, but better than Michael’s. If you’re looking for sewing & sewing machine supplies, you won’t find much here, but they have just about anything else you might need for a variety of projects. The store is well organized and easy to navigate, and the staff are generally helpful & polite. Trying to check out can be painfully slow, but other than that, it’s a good place to shop for art supplies.

Love the Wilmington Delaware store. (Kirkwood Highway) Always has what I need for my kids.The customer service is awesome.When I was in the store last week I had a great customer service lady help me(Jen) she was so helpful and took her time to explain everything to me and my daughter..Thank You Jen.

I love this place. If you like making crafts this is the place to go. You get coupons in their weekly ads. They have seasonal products, kids crafts, candles, and a big variety of other stuff. Sometimes the checkout lanes can be pretty long. They need to have more cashiers on the register.

Good store. I just wish it didnt smell so strongly of whatever the seasonal scent is. It always forces me to shop faster than I would like. Octobers pumpkin spice was so strong it gave me a headache in just a few minutes. The pine and cinnamon of November and December arent much better.

Definitely sign up for coupons in your email. Use mine all the time for my creativity. And I love their prices compared to competitors.

Its a craft store. Michaels, AC Moore and Hobby Lobby are all the same. Everything is double the price of Amazon or even WalMart.When I come to places like this, I have to keep in mind What can I get here that I cant get somewhere else that I need right now? And then use the 50% coupon. Other then that, just get it on Amazon.

This AC Moore isnt in a convenient area for us but sometimes we go because they have good specials. Like Michaels and Jo-Ann, this crafts store is clean and reasonably well-organized so we can often find what we need quickly. The cashier was very helpful, even going so far as to add a discount that wasnt even in my set of coupons.

Every staff member weve ever worked with has been genuinely happy to help and knowledgeable. Great discounts for members of their rewards program and teachers and military vets. This store completely stole me away from any other craft type store, even if I move further away I will still exclusively come here.

I shop here a lot but it doesnt have a lot of things i need for my crafting and art. They seem to have trouble keeping up with stocking items. But they have great sales and the app is what really makes it worth it. Use the 55% thats always in the app everyday! But beware and look close. Make sure the item is NOT on sale or has a blue-green sticker underneath with the price because that is a reduced price item which also doesnt count. If its expensive wait for it to not be on sale or the coupon wont work. The rewards program is great for shopping there a lot and for big orders. Every $1 spent is 10 points to your rewards. When you hit 2,000 points you get a $10 coupon which is like cash. It has its good features and could improve a lot but its work it.

Ive always enjoyed coming to this store. All the art supplies you could ever need under one roof. You also never know about the seasonal deals that are always changing. So a visit once every couple of months is well worth it.

Great craft store! Its a jack of all trades for crafts. They have merchandise for just about every hobby you can think of.If you are a seasoned veteran at a certain art or craft, dont expect professional level stuff, mostly just entry level materials, but all at decent prices.Speaking of prices, they give out coupons like candy here, and they are really good, 55% of single items, 20% off your entire order, etc. Be sure to sign up for their spam mail if you shop there a lot, and you will be rewarded.The staff is friendly and usually the checkout lines arent too long.

I really enjoy shopping here. They have everything I need for projects and personal art pieces. Their art section has many varieties of each material and provides me with a great range of mediums.

Great selection of crafting items. My daughter loves all of the $1 seasonal crafts and I can almost find everything I need for various projects. Staff is friendly and helpful, too.

Love shopping here. Has a larger selection than other places like Michaels. I purchase as lot of acrylic paint and when they have sales, and I have coupons, I can rack up for minimal the cost of shopping elsewhere.

I’ve been into the place plenty of times, the service is pretty good but the way management treats their associates is very offensive. I’ve seen them get yelled at by a tall male that’s helped me a couple of times. Starr stays on her phone most of the times, I’ve found myself stopping her and asking for assistance and even at that point she just would not drop the phone. I think it’s very un professional that every time I come in she’s behind the register on the phone speaking and having a long convo...I love the store but as for managers they seem to not care about the customers and they certainly treat their employees like garbage.

This store has everything you need when it comes to Arts, crafts, sewing supplies, picture framing, Etc. I love this store because its spacious, very clean and the staff are very friendly. My kids really enjoy the store because theres a whole section just for them with arts and crafts and toys that they actually have to think about in order to create them.

My go to craft store. Busy place and check out lines long, but moves quickly. Cashiers are pleasant people. Love this store!

For the parents of a budding toddler artist, A.C.Moore has everything we need to keep her stimulated and creating! Right now she is working on painting a few ceramic ornaments for our Christmas tree! (Only a dollar a piece!)

Not sure how soon I will return. Cannot combine coupons anymore so I dont get one item at half price and my teacher discount on all the other stuff I bought. They need to follow Kohls lead cause regular prices areinflated

Its gotten a lot better stocked for crafts but could use more sewing inventory. Id like to see fabric there one day. Their prices are much better than Joann Fabrics and Michaels but Joann has all my sewing needs.

I am giving this store 4 stars ONLY because of the Cashiers, they work so fast always very pleasant and efficient. They really work with you on finding the best ways to use your coupons and save the most money. The store is USUALY pretty organized & clean. And when things are misplaced or not marked correctly the Cashiers are always willing to fix the issue.The reason why I cannot give this store 5 stars is due to the unprofessionalism in management. Amanda (I think her name is) is very rude to the cashiers which is unacceptable period, but in front of the customers makes it extremely unacceptable. They are taking donations for Toys for Tots and I over hear heard Amanda tell one of the cashiers (rudely) to stop taking $1 donations and make them pick from the $5 wall. I am thinking “a donation is a donation, and not everyone has an extra $5 to spend especially during the holidays” (and this is not the first time she has gotten snippy with a cashier in front of customers) I witnessed Jeff make one of the sales associates cry (I already reported that to corporate)I shop in this store often, and observe a lot. The cashiers work so hard to make every customers shopping experience very pleasant and they do not deserve to be treated badly. I think management training is a MUST. I have honestly thought about going to Michaels and or Joann’s because It really bothers me to see them being treated so badly.

I like their variety of single player educational board games especially with 50% off. Coby (or was it Cody) was a very prompt and friendly cashier.

Would not take coupon on phone unless you sign into their guest network. Was told it is a new system. Was never notified of this in advance even though they send me emails daily.

The only reason that this didnt get 5 stars is because they dont sell a lot of traditional embroidery supplies anymore. Otherwise it is an excellent craft store.

Racists people work here. I was in line to pay and a african american there refused to serve me and told me to go to another register. He just pointed at the cashier behind him and said go there. When I asked why he just pointed again to the other cashier. But he did attend the lady behind me just fine! Contacted AC Moore customer service and was told someone will get back to me. Been waiting for 2 weeks, not surprised at all since the manager is black as well.. Im sure if I was black and had an issue management would call me quick.
