They were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I had a dryer the very next day. No hidden charges . Delivery people were professional polite and respectful. I highly recommend them

Had a very hard time reaching the store. I called once and heard laughing then hung up on. Called again and same voice still laughing so hard he could breathe asked “what I want”.Gross, hung up and will never use again

First time in that location. I have done business with RAC for years in other states. It is still a pleasure to deal with professional people who are knowledgeable and respectful. It is a smaller store but they go the distance to get the client what they need. Thank you!

Chris and them are awesome in this place they were patient they came and got the recliner that I had and I mean it was brand new it was still in the pack I had to send it back just because of the fact that I couldnt use it anymore sat down too low

***** For Mike, is the only guy I will now deal with. My wife and I have been doing business at this location for almost 10 year but after June 9 2020 the conversation I had with the employee there was appalling, It all started by asking if we could pay the late fee on the next payment ( Didnt even have the money for the regular payment was going to go negative but want to keep a good payment history)he had an Attitude with my wife kept asking her you dont you have $5, did not want to answer our question just wanted to know how much money we had in the bank. Not once did heshow any type of good customer service. Had he just talked to us in a different manner and not trying to figure out what we had in the bank we could have work something out. The reason why I say that is because when I gave him an example of how our bank does the extra $10 if you go pass your available balance thats when he said thats all you had to tell me was how much you have in the bank. And thats when it went left. Because what someone has in their account is no ones concern business or personal

Outrageous fees for a dryer rental. We’re now about to rent from appliance warehouse in Wilmington for both a washer and dryer it’s under $45 a month. I agree these people are a big scam. So if you need an appliance rental check them out. If you’re worried about credit they have a no credit check like rent a center does just without scamming you outrageous fees. lol this dryer is not even worth the money looks very outdated.

Let me just say that they dont even deserve one star these people are the biggest con in the world they have down talk to their competition instead of proving them wrong and have provided the worst customer service I have ever seen they delivered my couch with holes in it that I was on aware of they delivered the couch nasty and couldnt even wipe the cupholders out absolutely the most ridiculous reasons behind My furniture not being cleaned upon delivery I will be calling within the guaranteed time to have it picked up and returned and getting my money back from this place I will not be paying a dime to these consNasty nasty attitudes and terrible customer service and terrible products to choose from
