Knowledgeable helpful staff. Good selection. Very accessible location, but most importantly; best prices in the tri-state area, and tax free. They will also scour for all and any available rebates, which brings prices even lower. No reason to buy at a big box store if you can get what you need from this guys.

At a time when people are experiencing months of delays, we ordered our refrigerator from Big Centric Appliance and in two days two expert servicemen delivered our brand new side-by-side, installed it, and took away our old unit. We are more than pleased with the service we received and want to share our experience with all who are interested. We have purchased from them before and were also given the same service.

This was my second time buying from BigCentric Appliances. This time everything was done online and by phone. I purchased a gas range and was able to arrange delivery to my daughter’s house when they were ready for it. That allowed them to coordinate the electrical and gas line installation as they converted to gas from a 1960’s electric range.We got what we wanted, and were able to arrange delivery to meet their needs.I always recommend BigCentric to everyone looking for new appliances.

This place has the best customer service I’ve ever encountered from any store! The price of the refrigerator I bought was cheaper than elsewhere, especially considering the free delivery and free haul away. The associates were very knowledgeable and helpful, the delivery and installation went exactly as scheduled, and we didn’t have a single issue throughout the whole process. I will go here first for any future home purchases!

We have purchased one brand new Whirlpool Stove on May 2021 from Big Centric appliances. This is for one of our rehab property. In 4 months the appliance has stopped working partially. One of the eye of the stove is not working at all. As a result our settlement gets pushed back and we’re suffering loss. This appliance is a brand new one and we haven’t used it only except for checking purpose. Very disappointed.

The prices are great, but the deliverer/installer had to shut off the water main to the house during installation and then turned it back on improperly. It has leaked literally ever since and BigCentric refuses to fix it.In response to below, Im glad to hear that you parted ways with the contractor who did the shoddy installation. And yes, we did agree to pay him above and beyond the installation fee for other plumbing issues as we assumed he was a plumber since that is what he said he was and because you had him doing plumbing installations. When I spoke to the sales manager about the issues after the fact, he mentioned that there was insurance that could be invoked if we could prove that the water main functioned properly beforehand. The last correspondence I had with anyone over there was to state that it passed inspection a couple of months before the job, and to ask the manager if that sufficed. After that, no one responded or tried to make things right. This contractor himself ghosted us after doing the shoddy work, which is why I reached out to you directly in the first place (i.e., as I tried to reach him first).

Whether on the phone or in-person, Big Centric has been terrific in understanding our needs and balancing them with covid inventory constraints.

I just found this company a month ago, and I cant say enough good things about them! Ive been looking at a new washer & dryer set for about 6 months, my washer of over 12 yrs is on the fritz; and I just wanted my next machines to be a matching set. I found BigCentric from Google, and I was blown away by their prices, and ordered immediately! A nice gentlemen named Anthony called me the same day to go over my options with the machines and install, and was a huge help when discussing the warranty options. The machines I ordered are on backorder by the manufacturer, but should get here in a few weeks. (I had already priced the set and delivery options with 3 big box stores, and am still in shock by how much more they charge, and also how delivery would have been multiple months later because of the backorder.) I am super excited with my purchase, and cant wait to continue my business with BigCentric! I am so thrilled I found them, and have told all of my friends about them already! This is the best place to go for all appliances. Everyone in store and on phone is extremely nice and helpful. Not only are their prices decently better than the competitors but they deliver quickly and even setup the appliances in your home if you like. So far I have bought a washer, dryer, and refrigerator from BigCentric. This is my only place for home appliances. Also delivery was free and my wife was extremely complimentary of the delivery people. A+ business.

To those informed that masks DO NOT protect others from viral infections and are lethal and/or have compromised breathing conditions, DO NOT go there. Even if you tell the staff that you have a medical condition, they will still kick you out. If they truly care about others’ well-being and do their own research, then they wouldn’t need to kick non-maskers out. There are plenty of stores out there that offer good deals and not discriminate against you for your views/conditions.

I love my new GE washer and dryer! And working with Anthony made for such an easy purchase. He filled me in on all the perks of this washer, particularly the venting mode, which eliminates the need to leave the door opened; all the perks of the dryer that compliments the washer! We bought the drawers for underneath both appliances which has been a God-send; so glad Anthony recommended them. We were referred to BigCentric Appliances by the company we contracted with to design our kitchen and purchased our cabinets from. They staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they truly seek out the best deal possible for you. I shopped online at first, then went to the store, and finally ordered over the phone the next day. They held my order for 30 days, which is the max time they can hold it, so we could get our cabinets in and ready. The delivery guys were great as well. Right on time, friendly and professional. I have bragged and recommended this company to everyone in my life. I will purchase any other appliances I need through them in the future. Bought our kitchen appliances from them in 2012. They gave me all the model numbers so I should price shop. No one could beat their prices. All equipment was BRAND NEW too (no scratch and dent). Only downside is they have a limited delivery range, but if you have a truck to haul it away yourself from their site, youll save a ton of money. Most models were last years, but no one knows the year the GE blah blah blah fridge was made. All appliances are still going strong too here in 2018, so these arent reject appliances either. Cant say enough good things about them. Super friendly and easy to communicate with over email or in person. They dont have a large showroom, but once they give you the model numbers, you can find the device in other retail stores or online reviews at amazon/etc.

I initially was going to purchase through Costco but my mom told me to speak to Stephen at BigCentric and he got me a great deal - saved over $500 compared to Costco price. Best appliance buying expierence ever! They blew away the prices of other stores which was awesome by itself. But they also blew away the competition’s customer service. Jae and his team were awesome. From giving us options to chose from to ordering to delivery, everything was top notch.
