Awesome. My husband needed a new phone ASAP. We walked into Best Buy. Waited maybe 10 minutes for the associate to finish up w/his previous customer. He helped my husband choose the right phone, couldnt find the model in the back (after a timely, thorough search) he did, instead, help him my husband find another phone, 1 that was not only cheaper but better to his liking! He was very nice, very educated in his area, very helpful & he definitely cares about his customer. Not like most people who work off of commission! He actually acted as if each predicament a customer may have found themselves in: he was there to not only assist them, but to do so in a manner which obviously shows us customers hes actually trying to help me! He wasnt trying to push us to the more expensive phone, or anything like that! He is a great person! He made our Best Buy experience a truly great one!
This is just your average Best Buy....but this trip was exceptional. We bought a couple things, and both items required assistance from an associate. The associates were easy to find and very helpful! The items we needed/wanted were in stock.
Professional friendly staff more so than other best buys . Very professional, knowledgeable,highly recommended. Give them a raise or at least a gift card bonus. Thanks for all you do.
I bought my desktop here for my business. I have to say it was a great experience. The staff was nice and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and showed me the best screen and CPU I would need. They also didnt try to upsell me on unnecessary add ons. The store itself was also neat and tidy. It was also easy to find everything and the checkout went great. I would definitely recommend this place if youre in the market to buy a computer or any electronics.
Very nice staff, excellent experience. Their carpets need cleaning, but everything else is spotless. Whoever is the property manager needs to address the condition of the planted spaces in the parking lot.
Went in looking for washer/dryer, they have a large selection of all brands at decent prices. Was impressed with the houseware/ appliance selection. Salesman Zack very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Will be going back for more items.
Went to purchase a phone because I dont like having no ce things very long. After wandering around acting like I knew what I was doing I bought a phone after ensuring the employee helping me was too frustrated to give me the judging looks I get from ok everyone else and for that I am grateful. Predominantly my experience with best buy has been quite mediocre but this small act of humanity was surely appreciated. I would definitely consider telling someone to buy something here before I would say go somewhere else because they are rude and need some inclusion training.
Best Buy was great. The employees are always eager to assist and inform you of the latest trends and products available. However, you will definitely pay the price for your products. The sales associate did get the department manager to give me a slight discount on my Geek Squad protection warranty.
Nothing against Best Buy itself, I dont have much of any bad experiences with them. However, I highly dislike the towing company they are a part of. The towing company, Earls Wrecker Service, has been extremely dishonest. The fact that this Best Buy is working with such a company, makes me worried about parking in their lots. Many people have been towed by this company for invalid reasons. This company has even towed a store employees cars during business hours at Harris Teeter. If someone argues with Earls about valid/invalid parking, expect to get cussed even if they towed your car for invalid reasons and pay between 135-150$ depending on Earls mood (let me repeat, even if they had no right to tow your car, you will still have to pay the fee). Also, make sure to pick it up on the same day or its 25$ extra per day and they only take cash. If you dont have cash, they will tell you to use the ATM at their office that charges 3.55$.Heads up, if you ever do decide to park anywhere that is regulated by Earls Wrecker Service, make sure you park perfectly and dont park for too long. If any of your wheels touch outside of the parking lines and slightly into one that is not public parking, expected to be towed. Ive seen many reviews off of Earls google page that others have mentioned this being Earls excuse for towing someones car even though they were parked perfectly, just unfortunately NEXT to non-public parking space.They tow with a dolly and many people leave with their car damaged/having a flat tire and even upon confronting Earls, they will say the car was originally like that (still expect to pay the tow fee). After poking around for a little, I realized Earls has been targeting students for the past few years as well as nearby apartment complexes. Honestly, getting towed by Earls is a lot worse than getting a speeding ticket, because at least you can go to court and find justice, but with Earls, you arent being treated as a human nor will they treat your car with respect.I have not had my car towed by the company yet, but today, Ive seen a friends car being towed by the company and watched him go through the experience. I want to share my findings with everyone and hopefully, I can save someone a few bucks. I sincerely hope that Best Buy can start working with another towing company. I had an issue with a product from my local best buy that had closed. Called the Best Buy number on the website and was told the issue would have to be resolved in store so they could confirm the issue. Visited this Best Buy and talked with Sean and he refused to offer any assistance whatsoever. I had to explain my issue multiple times without him understanding before finally choosing to leave
We recently went to Best Buy to get my son a new chromebook. Robert was amazing! He was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He got us a great deal on a chromebook. Im not sure who our cashier was, but he was also amazingly kind. All employees were wearing masks. Great experience!!

Went for stereo deck install for my car had to wait two weeks to find out the kit they had was the wrong one, the stereo was missing pieces. Now waiting another three weeks for the correct kit and appointment that works with my schedule and not theirs (installer actually looked at me like I was weird or something when I said Im not taking off of work for this). Would of gone elsewhere if decent decks werent like toilet paper this time last year...
They Got me 52.99 back on my card from some trial period that ended and i was happy

The staff was very knowledgable, they assisted us in finding a new TV and wifi extender, very happy with our purchase! The TV we were searching for was not out on the floor and the associate couldnt locate it, rather than give up he got someone elses assistance in locating the TV.

Wish there was a no star option. Went to the car stereo department and only one person was working. Was initially unwilling to pause his install to help any other customers. Told me it would be a couple minutes... 1/2 hour later another waiting customer tired of waiting went a got a manager. After the manager gets involved the Tech then pauses and waited on 3 customers, us being one ... we set an appointment to come back. Today was the appt day and saw that I had an email confirming the time was still good ... arrived early and was told it would be 100.00 and 2 hour wait until he could investigate our request. I left and tried to call the store which is “not taking calls” their answering service advised they could take a message and have a manager get back to me in the next 48 hours. From this day forward I will never go back to that store... they don’t care about their customers.
Great selection of Sony camera lenses. The staff were very helpful in answering all of my questions. Customer service is their strong suit and they will continue to be a successful brick and mortar store as a result.

One of the better parking lots in WILMINGTON to buy and sell a used car.The lot is pretty big and fairly oversized for the amount of traffic they get, so meeting up to to trade an old beater is pretty easy. Not a bunch of shade in the lot though, so bring some water if the weather is warm and you have a lot of time to wait for the guy to show up. Located pretty centrally in NH county, near College and market streets.Plus you can conveniently over pay for an aux cable if your new used car needs one or maybe buy a lionel richie album on CD or whatever.

Just went to the Best Buy Wilmington to by a Stereo Receiver. Wanted to get some advice prior to my purchase. Two of the employees were more interested in talking to each other than to offer me help even when I asked them a question. Customer Service is definitely only a term they use. Needless to say, I made my purchase elsewhere.
New receiver since CDs are out now. Free installation with 100 dollar purchase. Installation was great and fast but he didnt set date or time on it.
The in-store shopping experience in this store is dreadful. In a Post-COVID world, stores should be making it easier for customers to do their shopping quickly, efficiently and, most importantly, SAFELY. But when you have 25-30% of the product on the floor WITHOUT A PRICE on it and a sign encouraging you to ask an associate for help, that misses the mark on all three of the above criteria. It’s not quick, certainly not efficient and definitely not safe. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Entire aisles of product with no prices on them and a sign that suggests shoppers to either ask someone for assistance or “download their app.” How inconvenient. I would assume most folks would do the same thing I did and move along without purchasing the product.Definitely better off doing your shopping online if there’s something you need from this store.And for the record, every associate I encountered was kind and helpful, this policy is more of what I take issue with.

I walked in ready to spend about $800 +. On a new computer the other day. I looked around at the computers... Stood by the computers, watching the employees, who looked at me numerous times.. 1 guy was helping a woman. Then he walked right past me to help someone who was not there as long as I was.... After 20 minutes, I went to Office Depot and was asked if I needed help, walking in the store. Bought a nice new HP Pavilion, Intel core 11th generation i7. Fast... For less then $800. It was on sale. I Will Not Go Back To Best Buy to Shop ever again!!Dont waist your time!!I definitely do NOT Recommend this store!!!
Good place for electronics if you need something that day. Also have good sales a certain times. Curbside pickup is a huge plus.

My wife and I went into Best Buy in Wilmington to purchase a computer and network printer. We first went to section with the printers. As we looked and walked around, one gentleman was helping another couple and two others workers(a man and a lady) were talking to each other. My wife asked if they were there to assist customer and were told they were busy. Once the one gentleman finished up with the couple, he came to assist. When we were done the other two workers came over to the gentleman and began talking to him. What a waste of customer service. We took our business to Office Depot.

They just need to work on getting some of the rare tech in that everybody wants. I havent seen a PS5 for sale at all and the GPU shortage is crazy- nothing in stock at all.
Last two purchases at or delivered by this store have been less than desirable. Lots of wasted time in making purchases at this location.Today, a new washer and dryer were delivered and BOTH were damaged. The drivers saw, and said Id get a call. I did. They offered 50 off each unit, on a 1550 combo. No thanks. Good luck selling them used and damaged off the floor for 1450. Makes zero sense.Prior, about 3 weeks ago, I ordered an New, unlocked Samsung Note 20 Ultra for curbside pickup. Dude comes strolling out with an open Box device, resealed with Scotch tape? Hello?I mention it to him as he try to meekly walk away and he tells me to just go inside.Edit: Post return of appliances, upped 2 to 4 stars. Local geek squad team was fast and efficient, return processed and credited back hassle free. Thanks for making this part of the process easy.

The PROBLEM I was seeking to fix didnt last for but a couple of days, and having no transportation made it difficult for me to return the charger cord that I bought for my phone! I would have been BETTER OFF going to a Cell Phone Store, warehouse products ARE THE PITS: I DO MISS Radio Shack, and I am NOT SORRY!

Cell phone department. The clerk there could not, through ignorance or lack of co-operation, fulfill a sale of phone for a 20 year Verizon customer. She suggested we go to the Verizon store, which is difficult with the COVID restrictions. The Verizon rep on the phone suggested BB. We are headed to Target or Costco.I dl not recommend Best Buy for cell phone purchase.

Visiting Geek Squad. The tech was fine and helpful with my elderly mother who had just gotten out of the hospital earlier this week. Two days ago she had written a check there with no problem at all. Her wallet had been stolen or lost at the hospital along with her license. She has been writing checks at other businesses with no problem as they are instantly made into electronic checks. Apparently, this time, Best Buy wanted the actual license that was stolen although we showed the old one scanned by the hospital and sent to us along with temporary license replacement from the DMV. Not good enough. You would think a technology store would be able to have the technology to do an electronic check like other merchants. The staff was unhelpful and at a loss. My mother was there in a wheelchair and obviously had been not well. Not ok Best Buy. You can be better. Customer Service not so great today.
I got a new phone & an external storage device. I ordered them online, so I want sure how to activate them & how to transfer my pictures & videos. Best Buy employee told me exactly what to do. Once I finally connected the new phone to our wifi, everything transferred really quickly.

This store no longer takes phone calls. If you need to talk to someone in the store, you have to go there in person. Very bad customer service.
