Extraordinary Customer Service Experience!!! Service, Sales, Delivery and Installation were all completed in one day. You dont get that from a Big Box Store...

Cant beat their prices and speed of delivery. Purchased a stove right before Christmas. It was a surprise, so they were kind enough to coordinate the timing of the delivery at the last minute.They also were able to get the stove 3 weeks faster and $80 less than Hawkins & Sons. No flashy salesmanship just great service. Thank you ABC.

Bought a range, the sales person was really knowledgeable and friendly. Absolutely no pressure. Got delivery the next day. The delivery people were great. Very careful and respectful. I will always return if I need another appliance.

My delivery was prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional. Dev and his partner Neal were so excellent. They didnt complain that i lived on the third floor or that they had to do extra labor to get the job done in delivering my refrigerator. I bought most of the appliances for my new home when it was built about 3.5 yrs ago from ABC. My sales person, Kevin, was very patient with me as I insisted in taking apart and reassembling every range hood in stock so I could check for ease of cleaning. He was honest about appliance performance and gave me great pricing. The service department is great also. Sheila or Brian return calls promptly and follow up on the service call. They even service the appliances that I already owned, previously to dealing with them. And the service technicians are always honest and friendly. I recommend them to all my clients!

Just bought a new refrigerator from ABC and were impressed by their integrity! We were looking at model that may be difficult to get repaired if necessary and our sales rep steered us towards a model that has a better servicing record. ABC has their own trucks, delivery people and installers. Nothing is outsourced. They have skin in the game beyond the sale and thats what makes them special!! I highly recommend them!

I was recommended to shop for appliances at ABC. I could not believe the poor customer service we received, not busy at all in the store. It seems to be too much trouble to get us a price on a washer. Of course there are No Signs, No Information to read, so we had to inquire for price and details. The Salesman couldnt even come from behind his desk to give us the information, just eyed me until I was ready to come over to him. Never going to this place again. I cant quite believe these high rating reviews are for real.

Excellent service department.

We just completed building a custom home. All the appliances were furnished through ABC Appliances. Their selection is vast and modern. Sales staff were aware of current rebates, offering great prices. Jimmy Steele is a great, committed sales person who even visited our home to recommend certain appliances. They stand behind their products, listen to customers, carry superior appliances, and can be trusted. My wife and I would recommend them to others.

Nightmare experience with ABC service: I have not seen the company that is unqualified in the business they are conducting to the extend ABC service is unqualified.We invited this company to do a minor repair of a door lock of our dishwasher, and ABC servicemen completely broke our expensive KittchenAid dishwasher. It took ABC service two weeks and several visits to break our dishwasher. After each visit a service manager, Sheila Sutton, would give me a different version of what was wrong with our dishwasher, including the version that the motherboard was shorted, even though the dishwasher was running fine. At the end they simply walked away leaving us with the appliance they destroyed. The owner, Mathew Skomorucha, never returned any of my calls: I hope just this one thing tells you something about this company. We are contacting Better Business Bureau to make sure other people are protected.

Matt is outstanding, he and his team bent over backwards from picking out the correct appliances for my home, to extremely fast delivery, and the guys installing them made sure everything was perfect. When there was a manufacturer defect, ABC took care of everything. You will not get this level of service and professionalism anywhere else! These guys are the best around. You wont find service like this at Lowes or Home Depot.

These guys went above and beyond to make sure our fridge delivery went as smoothly as possible. After having a bad experience with a big-box store, ABC was a breath of fresh air! I would definitely recommend choosing these guys for your appliance purchases.

From beginning to end I felt like the sales people were working hard to get me the best dishwasher for the money. I ended up with a Bosch and I couldnt be happier with my purchase or the service. Ill be sure to buy from here again! The phone receptionist was very nice too!

My dryer stopped working, and I called ABC to come fix it. The first tech that came out found that my 240v line was bad. He said Id have to get an electrician to come out and diagnose and repair that. He said he tested my dryer, and that everything checked out and that the dryer was fine.I had an electrician come out and fix my 240v line, but the dryer still wouldnt work.I called ABC back and told them I had my 240v repaired, but the dryer still wouldnt work. They scheduled me in their next available slot and had a new tech out who fixed the problem. I wasnt charged the service fee for the second visit.I docked a star because the first tech claimed the dryer was fine, but thankfully I wasnt billed the service charge twice.

Great company on all fronts. I have been sending my customers there for years as a contractor. Jimmy always takes care of my clientele and makes sure they are getting the right appliance for their needs. Quick delivery, terrific delivery guys. Always a pleasure working with them. I had a very pleasant experience dealing with ABC Sales and Service, in particular working with Judy to purchase a small A/C window unit. She was very knowledgable and I was able to get a great unit at a fair price very quickly.

Should just be called ABC Sales. My issue was a door handle that broke off of my new fridge twice within a few months of delivery. If it continues to break, I have to fight Whirlpool directly. All ABC will do is continue to replace the handle until the warranty expires. I called the owner to let him know my experience and concerns about the future of the handle. He said he would look into it and call me right back, but he never did. They also have an incredibly rude service tech who, on ABCs 6th morning in my house, took pictures of scratches caused by the broken handles in order to document and blame me for scratching the door. Sheila is very nice though. Not her fault.

FYI it is not tax free if you live in PA. The PA Department of Revenue will contact you through the Bureau of Enforcement Planning and Analysis and Discovery - Discovery Division if you did not pay sales tax and did not report it on your income tax. I spoke with ABC SAles & Service today. This is new to ABC. They have no choice. In the past they did not charge sales tax to anyone. I think I still would have saved $50-$100 by shopping there even with paying the sales tax.
