I bought a pair of Basketball Shoes from Eastbay. I have worn basketball shoes all my life and have never experienced a pair this uncomfortable. My feet would bleed every-time I wore them. Eastbay refused to make any returns on this product. I will not shop at Eastbay again.

I tried to return some Eastbay merchandise here and they do not take it here. 1 1/2 he drive to get here wasted. The website says the take returns at any location! NOT!!!

Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Ordered 2 matching blue Adidas sweatshirts for my wife and I. They sent me 1 pair of black pants. Thats it nothing else. Hoping the refund process is easy. But given how unorganized this experience was Im guessing this will not be fun getting a refund.

Wow, I had nothing but greatness with this business, so not sure why others made such negative reviews. They have great prices and my orders were shipped very quickly and arrive quickly. I bought 2 pair of fabulous Adidas I couldnt be happier with !

I ordered 6pk pair of Nike socks for my daughter for Christmas on 12/12 received package on 12/19. However, the package contained a T Shirt NOT my socks! As I am typing this I have been on hold for 12:57 seconds for their Customer Service! Online chat doesnt work either. Last time I order my Soccer team buy anything from Noway I mean Eastbay!

Wow...all the negativity almost prevented me from ordering from Eastbay. I placed an order for a pair of NIkes on Thanksgiving and the order arrived on Friday the next day. Eastbay was the only retailer that had the size I needed. For me it was a five star experience. Thanks Eastbay!!

This is the base of Eastbay, and its the worst online retailer I ever encountered.I ordered 5 pairs of shoes, and only got 1 pair for my order, and when I tried to get a refund, the phone waiting time is more than 1 hour, and they transfer again and again among their departments, and no refund easily. And they spent 1 hour checking their records because the store lost the record 2 weeks before? Thats unimaginable.Never use this online retailer!!!!!!!

Ordered two pair of sneakers from here, one order was canceled and I received the other. They have yet to give me a refund and told me my bank was holding my money. It’s been almost a month and nothing yet, I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money that they said they relaesed. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM

God awful. I order a pair of shoes, tried them on inside, took them right off because they were too small. Returned them. They sent them back to me telling me there is a large amount of hair inside them. What? What does that even mean? I took pictures of the inside to show them nothing is there. Never heard back, they have my money but lost a customer.

I ordered a size 6.5 in mens indoor soccer shoes for my daughter who wears a size 8 in womens. The shoes came and the box reads - Mens 6.5, Womens 8 but the shoes inside the box are obviously a Womens size 6 or a childs size. They arent even close to the right size. She can not even get her foot into the shoe. I also wear a size 8 and I tried them as well even though I could look at them and clearly see that they were the wrong size. It just blows my mind that they would take a different size shoe (most likely a childs because they are cheaper) and stuff them into a box and send them to a customer as if the customer is going to just keep them! I guess they are hoping their customers are lazy and/or clueless.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD horrible customer serviceI placed a order over 3 weeks ago never received the sneakers and my surveillance shows they never arrived via upsI called and they said they would do a investigation until then I couldnt get a refund or replacement, everyday other day I called they sent me to a voicemail NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK!UPS CALLED ON THE 7TH AND said the investigation was done and I would receive a refund.....its now the 11th no refund no call back and ups is saying eastbay just sent them the information on the 7th !wth I opened this on the 31st I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO AND IF I DONT HAVE A REFUND BY THURSDAY IM CALLING MY BANK FOR A DISPUTE!

My first order, i received knock off nikes. Called customer service where some boy wanted nothing to do with the issue and told me to go online and talk to someone over their messaging service, which was down so i had to call back twice to finally be given authentic nike shoes. Took another 5 days to get. Then i noticed that instead of pulling the knock offs, eastbay just changed the pictures of the shoes on their site to the knock off! What a joke! I got a coupon formy issues so i tried another purchase. Waitied 4 days with no changes to my order status, so i called to cancel. Was told they were already chosen from a store to be shipped so they cant cancel it, i have to wait until i get my shoes, then reutrn them and wait another 7 days for my money back. So the very next day, i get an email saying YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELED BY EASTBAY BECAUSE THEY RAN OUT! HAHAHAHA do urself a favor and go somewhere else!
