I was so impressed with the delivery person. I made a mistake with the house number and the delivery person called me and helped me sort it out. He then called back to confirm he reached the right home and was able to hand deliver it to one of the residents. What a relief! I am grateful that he went above and beyond to make this happen. And, the recipients were delighted with the arrangement.

I ordered a box of strawberries to be delivered to my mom in time for Mothers Day, but they were left on the ground outside her front door and were taken over by ants by the time she found them. I blame the crazy holiday weekend more than the rushed delivery person honestly, but the owner Keith was quick to act by making her a fresh box of strawberries. He even hand delivered them to her in under 24 hours. I truly appreciate the extra effort and customer service from the Moreland Road shop especially during such a crazy weekend. Thank you!

Purchased a bereavement gift basket, it arrived timely, but some of the fruit was damaged. I called to inform them and was told the manager was not in the store, but should arrive that afternoon and would be given the message I left. I havent heard from the manager or anyone else from this location. How embarrassing it was to send someone a basket with damaged fruit. I will not order from this location again, very poor customer service.

I have used Keith and Edible Arrangements of Willow Grove for several years. It makes for a perfect thank you for clients or a gift for friends and family. The fruit is always fresh and delicious, and Keith provides exceptional service. Deliveries are always on time and friendly. On top of all of this his prices are reasonable! I highly recommend.

Ordered my wife some fruits and Flowers. After I gave them to her, she called me saying the flowers were dead. How do you give someone dead flowers? Do you not check the flowers before giving them to a paying customer? Won’t order from this location again.

I live in Florida and was searching online for a store near Holy Redeemer Hospital. This store came up as the closest. I had the privilege of speaking with Dana who provided exceptional customer service. She was friendly, polite and most of all, very knowledgeable of available products & guided me correctly to obtain the perfect gift for my dear friend who is hospitalized. Not only did she help with choosing, she also helped me with the message to write on the card. As if that wasnt enough, the icing on the cake was that she managed to get the delivery guy to come back to the store, get my order and made it possible to have it delivered on the same day, PRICELESS! I highly recommend this location❤

Served a fruit arrangement on a plate that clearly wasnt washed because it had a sticker on it stating not food safe. Disturbed and disgusted that for $100 I was served fruit directly on a plate that wasnt washed because it had the barcode sticker still on it. And on a plate that states it isnt food safe. This is a huge safety concern and quite negligent of them.

Through no fault of their own, our order was delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted the store via email, Keith contacted me immediately!! He could not have been nicer! So happy with the prompt service! Even though I selected next day delivery, my order was delivered within two hours. My neighbors (recipients) were thrilled and said all the fruit was delicious.

Ordered my bf six balloons and cookies for his birthday. They forgot all the balloons and had to redeliver them after I called in. How do you forget half the order? For the price I paid, I expect quality service. Also, they did not offer any sort of refund. Will not be ordering from here again.

Last week 6/11/20 I orderedon then aarrangement of fruit for my granddaughter graduation. Did not open to Friday. They were in Frigerator open friday and the Strawberries were bad n some of the other fruits were bad .I called three times to talk with manager

Keith and his team deliver packages that are ALMOST too beautiful to eat. But if you dont indulge, you will never appreciate how fresh and delicious they are.

Poor customer service... poor communication, upon further review from corporate customer service it was an error at the store level, while a refund was made it doesn’t change the fact that there was no “backup plan” for a mother’s day arrangement and shouldn’t have taken 4 weeks for refund.
