New Store Now Open. Very bright and clean. Was greeted at the door with a friendly Welcome to Five Below. Lots of cool stuff. Friendly Staff.

The new store is much nicer than their old space. Much better organization and shelf appeal.. But no cashiers. It is all self checkout. Im sure it wont be long before they realize losing staff is not cost effective. Their target market is going to rob them blind.

Love the bigger brighter store. Miss actual real cashiers. Some items no longer sold at Willow Grove store but theres still a lot of cool stuff there.

Expected it to have a much better selection than it did. Our stores in the city are A LOT better than this one Id say.

I loved the old one but the new one is awful. Only self checkout and its geared toward ONLY kids. But parents are the ones spending money. Give us cashiers back!Also, they only sell iPhone accessories...?? Ill shop elsewhere.

So do they even sell Samsung phone cases anymore? Better yet do they sell 1× T-shirts? All those cheap clever shirts I could be wearing if only they had one size up...

Went to get my old school candy fix💝They have a wealth of coloring books and fun things for children.

I found so much stuff that I didnt realize I needed it until I saw it. LOL I always enjoy going to Five Below, people are very friendly there, and I find a sorts of things.

I went for these ankle socks that are going for 12-14 dollars at other stores I got them for 5 that was great ! Along with some t shirts it was go day .there were two people there who was very kind in helping helping to fine what ever I needed, thats always good when you are older and fine it differcult to find things.

Historically be a little bit more organized

Customer service was exceptional the one black petite young lady went above and beyond and shows exemplary service and help with me to try to find a product that was out of stock and then she asked if she could contact another store to research and find the product for me very good above and beyond

Nice clean store, lots of variety, friendly staff

Havent been in this store well over a year or more. Went in to get a yoga mat and seen that they have weights and other products to assist with exercise. They have everything you would need to workout at home.

I love this Five Below rhey are always so many things to choose from. Make sure you make a list of what you came for because you are certain to find and purchase much more than you came for.. Enjoy

I live five below! Got cool shirts here. Nice flavor incense sticks, cheap yet quality gel pens. Nice handy plug ins for my computer, might even buy gag gifts here for friends. Not top shelf merchandise, however great place for fun house items cheap! Recommend

Got some good stuff and candy

Buy stuff you will use for a little, then trash or put it in a pile for a while. Good kids stuff and great little store for extra goodies. I tell my daughter that she can pick out a present from here (if she is upset or if she was a good girl in the week) she is almost 3 now, she absolutely loves this place and goes crazy trying to carry like 10 toys, Haha great place for extra goodies!

I just love 5 below! I didn’t interact with the staff much, but my cashier was nice. The store was organized.

Good place to pick up party stuff cheap. love the old time candy selection. I was there to get little pillows for my classroom. Couldnt find them but glad I asked. They had them just not where I was looking. Happy teacher !

Another dollar store but they offer anything for $5 or below. Go figure. Never had a problem here. I guess you get what you pay for.

Lost my mind they had so much stuff

Not really five below anymore since they made prices 5.55 USD instead of 5.00 USD

It was clean and organized. There were fun things taped to the floor that could use some refreshing, but its purpose, to give areas of play for kids that dont interfere with shoppers, was a nice idea.

If you have been to one five below, you have been to them all. Good for little knick knacks, and toys, charger cables etc, but nothing you really need to count on.

Recently found this is a good place for electronic accessories. They are adding workout/yoga gear also. Not just a place for toys anymore.

I like this 5 Below, the staff is great and the shelves are always stocked with the things Im looking for as opposed to other 5 Below stores that Ive visited.

Clean & well stocked

The store is a mess. The employees that work there scream across the store at one another about everything, plus personal stuff. The store is not upkept and, like I said, its just a mess. If its slow no one is at the register, understandably, but then it takes them for ever to come and check you out. I left my stuff the one day, and walked out. There isnt even an exit sign in the exit sign. Its broken and just the red lights are glowing down in the bottom of the window?

Crowded and not enough people register.

Always a good place to take the kids and also for myself. Plenty of gadgets for the adults and great seasonal toys for the kids. My go to place for glow sticks and party props as well.

Cant go wrong, so if youre in the area and are browsing or looking for maybe something inexpensive to pick up drop by here!
