My hubby did some research and wanted to give this place a try. The owner and associate were very nice and professional. They were very informative. After everything was said and done we were able to view how our kitchen would look after the renovation and we were in love. Service was impeccable.

We have been thinking of kitchen designs for a long time but could not come up with anything that we both liked. More cabinets and counter space was needed, but we also wanted our kitchen to look modern and stylish. Cabinets to Go in Willow Grove Pa. had better prices and quality then the major box hardware stores that we had shopped at. When we called the store, Shawn Ellis answered the phone and setup an appointment to help us design our kitchen. Shawn had many creative ideas and showed us that we could have a beautiful kitchen that was functional and offered many features that we would never have thought of. Avoid this place. If not expect to stand outside in the cold or in your your car while they chat with Max 10 people. This they say is due to Covid-19 rules? Inconsistent everywhere you go.It is a catalog store. (What I refer to very very minimal samples to SEE and then you flip through a catalog). To me I can do this at home. Traveling a long way to this store for bathroom cabinets SO DO NOT DO THAT. It is 5% of what they sell.If you need to be dazzled by a commonly acquired program or app, to only see your kitchen design in 3D on a Flat screen? Then Buy one or get a free one and stay home, do that yourself.!Minimum product line. I dont care what their prices are by the time it was my turn, they had lost my business. Consider this a Zero Star.

Quality cabinets. They look awesome and you get what you pay for. Some assembly required, but you should know that before you sit down. Big thanks to Dillon for working with us every step of the way!! He had all the answers to all the questions, was great the work with and made it all so easy that I dont know why I would go anywhere else when the time comes again. Will recommend to friends and family with confidence.

Cabinets to NOT go, unless you are willing to deal with delays, wrong order placement, unprofessionalism and the sales representative not dealing with the problem and trying to solve it! Oh not to mention the measurements were wrong for the cabinets with missing pieces. We had to make trips for 2 hours back and forth multiple times to get everything in order and they talk about other customers behind their back to us, so I’m pretty sure they talk about us behind our back!

After countless hours spent getting quotes from other stores for my kitchen I finally listened to my mom and we went to Cabinets To Go. I made an appointment with Shawn Ellis and went in that day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable (as well were the others working there that day). They have a limited selection on styles and colors which can be a good thing if you are having a hard time deciding or bad if you are extra particular. He helped me design my kitchen with humor and patience. He even stayed past the end of his shift. We finally got to that happy place but I wanted to bring my husband in to double check and finalize everything. Shawn made sure to be there when we came back. Im glad I did because we made some changes that I am very excited about and we sealed the deal. Shawn gave us a great price we couldnt pass up! Thanks Shawn! ;) The kitchen is not in yet but I really believe it will be worth the savings being this is not my Forever home. You do need to pick the cabinets up from the store and assemble the cabinets but we watched some YouTube videos and they also showed us how in the store. So just be mindful of that!

What a wonderful experience I had ordering cabinets from cabinets to go and Dillon Tung. Initially I spoke with Dillon over the phone and he instantly provided me a quote after I told him what I needed. Prior to ordering we wanted to stop in the showroom to be certain. We showed up at their showroom in Willow Grove and saw what we needed immediately. Dillon also suggested that we could purchase our cabinets with a no interest credit card and I was instantly approved. Our cabinets came in the following week! Fortunately my husband was able to install them in one day. I would highly recommend Cabinets to Go to anyone looking for beautiful and inexpensive cabinetry.

Limited selections without a lot of interest in learning what customers needs. If you want to take a look of different styles and figure out the best choice, this is not a place to check out.

I worked with Kris on putting together our kitchen, and I am very happy with the cabinets. She was very helpful with suggestions and throughout the process. Even when we had an issue returning an item, she was very helpful and made sure everything was resolved. I was a bit hesitant with the fact that the cabinets werent assembled, but everything turned out great, and I would absolutely go with them again. The cabinets are good quality and arrived in great shape.

If I could give this company a zero I would. Do not trust a word this company says. They have an F rating with the better business bureau as a company for a reason! They damaged our cabinets, damaged our table, our plumbing, and more. They told us the installers were fully insured under the company and yet when we complained and demanded the other half ofour deposit back they ignored us! The installers are part-timers who work for them as a side gig, not polished professionals. I contacted the corporate office to let them know how horrible we were treated and no one returned our call despite multiple promises someone would be in touch. They could care less about you or I as a customer. Lots of better options out there. We found them to late. Beware..youve been warned!!

This all started before the quarintine and the entire experience has been great. Thank u Dillion Tung our Rep and CTG Customer Service. We will refer again n again. Installing cabinets as we speak and everything is going great. Happy with the color and materials. Maybe a little more instructions inside the boxes for the layman. My husband is a carpenter by trade so its easy for him to figure things out. But I can see someone who isnt ...having to do some research that could be solved with just some instruction in the box. Otherwise all perfect! Thank u

I went to meet with the store manager on February 23rd and my kitchen wasnt completed until June 10th. Actually the store did not even finish the job because I had to order an extra handle on my own because it got delivered to the wrong address. I tried getting another one from the store but it was like pulling teeth. I would think hard before choosing this location only because the customer service in the beginning was good but then then dramatically dropped. The manager was screening calls becasue I called from my cell no answer but I called from my work phone and he picked up right away. I gave 2 stars because the kitchen did turn out nice but it was a struggle. I wish I did more research before going with this company. I also called the corporate office and it was pointless. All they did was call the store and Ben of course never reached out again.

My husband and I went into Cabinets To Go with absolutely no knowledge as to what we were doing. All we had were pictures and hope! Apparently that was all Tiarah Estep and Shawn Ellis needed. Both of them gave us their expertise, patience, and creativity when trying to plan our kitchen remodel. They even stayed after hours to be sure all of our questions were answered and no stone was left unturned. If youre not sure where to go, then come to this store for the exceptional customer service alone.

My review of Cabinets to Go as a company and the service at Willow Grove:Customer service - I give them 3.5-4 stars at the Willow Grove location. Ive recently sent emails regarding the extra materials ordered and a shelf that was not fully painted and I still havent heard back from them (4 days later). They accommodated me after I received poor service from another location. The store manager offered me additional items at a discounted price which I appreciated. Overall I think the sales team is very helpful, I think the finance team really needs to get on the same page with the designers in the local store. I had a difficult time getting the finance department to honor the 36 month free financing. *Not the stores faultQuality of Cabinets - I give them 2 stars : You get what you pay for. I spent $3000. These are by no means top quality, at best they are on par with Ikea craftmanship. My cabinets came with a lot of scratches in the paint and that dinky paint marker doesnt do much at hiding them. They DO NOT take 4 minutes to assemble. Putting a door in the cam lock yeah that takes seconds, the rest of the cabinet still needs to be assembled, and the instructions are horrible. The drawer slides dont always function properly (at least mine dont). We are just now finding out that the pre-drilled holes do not necessarily align correctly and the screws used in the European hinges are of poor quality. They strip very easily. I am pleased with the color, thats about it.Granite - I know choosing granite is tricky because whats in the store is the nicest cut. When I went to pick out my granite there was a huge black line running through the whole slab. *Not the stores fault - I went and bought the same granite elsewhere for a much cheaper price ($35 sqft.) then what CTG charged.
