I like it here. We trust these guys. Some of the prices are a little steep, for changing an air filter, for example--- if you know how to do it, do that before going. If not, google it. Thats overpriced. Theyre booked pretty solid, lately, so be sure to make an appointment a week in advance. Honestly, they are such great guys, the interactions make getting anything done on our cars not so bad.
I am very disappointed in the service that we received at AAA in Willow Grove. My husband went out to start our car to go to work and it was having a hard time turning over. We called AAA they sent someone out to check the battery. He came out very nice guy checked the battery said it was bad. The check engine light the traction control light and a lighting bolt symbol was on the dashboard so the car was towed to AAA by another nice gentleman. Everything going good we knew they were backed up so they probably werent going to get to it that day. Next afternoon no phone call from them still we called they said it was with the technician now. hours later still no word back. Called them back they told us all this stuff that was wrong but never but in the battery. the following day battery was put in was told it was driving rough. We took it home and was fine driving home no lights on. Having it checked out by a someone we trust. My main problem with AAA in willow grove is there customer service. The lack of communication is the problem they way they talk to some one who doesnt know about car is not very professional. Tom who we talked to really needs to work on his customer service skill. I do not feel comfortable taking any car to them. The only reason it went to them is we get a battery with our membership which may or may not be renewed for next year.
I have been a member of AAA roadside assistance plan for 29 years. 80% of my roadside dealings have been good. In approximately the last ten years they have overhauled their phone system to where I think it is stress free, for roadside assistance. They have kept me notified of the status of my case. I dont have any other dealings with them.
My first visit and boy was I impressed! Store has a great layout. Lots of services are offered at this location and each has their own dedicated desk/seating area. Also they have great vending machines AND a small play room for children!
The one star is for Scott the agent that helped me with my membership. The car repair shop is terrible . I had my car towed to this location on Monday Oct.4 around 1 pm .I call them on Wednesday morning because I had not heard anything about my vehicle. I got a rude unprofessional one named chris.Hes telling me they are trying to order parts for my car which they are having trouble getting. How are you ordering parts when you have yet to tell me the diagnosis?? His reason was he did not get my paper work until late the night before Soo what time did you call around for parts..9pm?? He kept telling me different stories.I will use the towing (not there of course) I wouldnt take a bicycle with a flat tire for them to repair.Worst experience at a car repair shop!
This is the first time Ive used their services. They had a lot of options for travelers and anyone needing information. Their. Staff is friendly and helpful. They were well staffed. I will probably stop by more often when I travel.

These people are fantastic! In the midst of this heatwave, and a a full bay of mercy cars, they fit me in and got my new battery installed in one day!! They were polite, mind and full of good humor.
Brought my wife and my application for international drivers licenses and was in and out in 20 minutes. They were very helpful and efficient.

AAA office was very knowledge with automobile tags and title. Appointment are available which is what I did but I did notice there was a minimal wait time for walk-ins so appts are not really necessary.
Waste your time in this place, towed the car here on advice of AAA phone service yesterday. Today the receptionist didnt check-in the car neither made a quote (he didnt want to waste his time, he said) because the car insurance wasnt awarded yet ( it is close in the weekend) and maybe it has a preferred car shop, he said. I dont know why the service advised me for towing the car there if after, is the car insurance that decide where I have to fix it. Two people was in lane before me and no one, other me was checked in. Everyone come out the shop with the own car issue unsolved and really upset. In my opinion go in another place and tow your car in a different carshop, for instance now I have to tow again the car.
The guy greeting you was pleasant and helpful. The travel agent kinda ignored me. She was on phone but didnt even acknowledge me. Even turned her back to me
These guys are amazing. They inspected a used car that I was looking to buy and probably saved me over $1000. I did not meet the mechanic who serviced the car, but to him: Thank you! I did, however, talk with Jeff, who was knowledgeable, candid, and helpful. This was a great experience!
Great service, prices are fair. Employees are nice, friendly. Honest!! One employee in particular named Bob, awesome mechanic! Knows his job, trust worthy, wouldnt have anyone else touch my car, unless Bob said so!

The drop box door was open and we discovered that the drop box wasnt a box at all, instead, the keys just fall on the floor. It was someone in the building and we and other customers told him that the door was open, his response, I am in here, that didnt make us feel secure about the safety of our car keys!
There is something dysfunctional about this aaa site. While at the site for title Tranfer service I requested a new ID because my wallet had been stolen. That was a month ago, no card yet. They convinced me to be interviewed for an auto insurance quote, nothing. Because of a title problem I had to obtain a new title, which arrived promptly. When I returned to Willow Grove for the transfer they said they didn’t do transfers any longer and seemed to think that was humorous. I go to Warrington now for this kind of service.
I waited in line for more than a few minutes at the Welcome Center but the wait was worth it. I came to AAA Willow Grove for tags, title and registration services. I met with Dan who explained everything in an efficient, pleasant and thorough manner. He was terrific.I also needed a state inspection but auto service was booked. Jeff, the car care asst. manager, personally delivered his card to me so I could make an appointment. That was really nice.I highly recommend AAA Willow Grove.

I can’t praise the work of AAA willow grove enough. We’ve been taking our cars here for a few years now and they’ve been really good to us. Discount rates for AAA members, and they always have deals and coupons on maintenance. And their customer service is phenomenal. I especially thank Juan and Tom and their tech mechanics. They’ve been so good to us!
I called them asking for a quick fix to a nail in my tire. It was difficult to get them on the phone on Saturday, and when I did, they said I would have to leave it, with no idea when they could get to it. I went elsewhere.
Ive been a member for quite a few years nd for the first time was very disappointed on my service
I needed a new battery. Called AAA roadside assistance, guy came out within 30 mins and was very pleasant to deal with. I told the operator prior to the guy coming out that I had a hybrid car but it wasnt the hybrid battery that needed replacement, just the battery under the hood. Unfortunately the roadside assistance guy didnt have the right tools to replace the battery with him. He suggested I go to the AAA in Willow Grove and theyd replace it for me quickly. He gave me a jump and I drove to Willow Grove for a replacement. The service counter at Willow Grove looked at my make and model in their computer system and because they didnt have a suggested battery listed for my car they refused to do the work. They said they have no idea what type of battery to use... didnt bother taking a look under my hood or anything. I then had to drive right over to the dealership. They had a generic 12 V battery... thats all it needed. Its a real shame that I pay monthly for a service that I couldnt rely on because the service desk couldnt look further than what their computer screen told them.

Have had to call upon AAA twice, and both times went perfectly. Both gentleman I remember dealing with were knowledgeable and helped me learn more about what was wrong and led to my calling. Even during the current pandemic.

I trust the mechanics here as much as I trust pepboys to do an engine swap. Its a starting place for new mechanics, and they sell as much BS as the dealerships do. However every other service here is fantastic. Registration, title, insurance, roadside, and travel.
Usually good experience except dealing with Manager Olga Dejesus. She is quiet indifferent to customer service. I had a very challenging experience on 9/12/18, when I asked her as a manger to take a quick look at my car only 10 feet away from her. My request was to look at the diagnostic sign on my car when all on a sudden Engine check light came on with tire sign. I always make appointment before I take my car to AAA. This was a situation where I needed a quick opinion from AAA before driving around since Engine check light came on. I was not asking for diagnostic code check or repair right away. Just being a customer for a long time asked a simple favor. Finally she agreed to come out and confirm it was a tire sign. I took it to another place, they filled some air and didnt even charge anything for looking at my issue. I had been taking my cars to Willow grove car care center for over 4 years and spent thousands of dollars there. Most of the managers that I dealt with are courteous and value customer care deeply. Im disappointed that AAA choose to elevate Olga to her place of responsibility being so arrogant and not understanding that she is a role model for the employees under her watch.

, I have always been a member of Triple A but I didnt realize that they had an automotive service center it was suggested by the Triple A employee that I try automotive service center on Moreland Road so I had my car towed there and it was one of the best things that Ive ever done they were courteous and friendly I found out that they have many services at that location they go the miles to save you money they have discounts search for ways to decrease the dollar amount on your services if they can.. if you have a rental car you can drop it off there well I know for sure Enterprise OK the Enterprise will pick it up from them and thats getting out you having to drop the rental car off at the Enterprise and then have Enterprise drop you off at your car and it saves time and best of all Ive got my car back and its driving great no problems no weird noises and Ive got a great warranty on the job that they did I am now told my son about it were going to try to get all our work done there now we dont have to guess about where to go

Its a great place for the traveler. From tour books to travel accessories and travel agents,passport photos to notaries.We used to have our cars serviced here when they first opened. I feel management wants quantity over quality. Mechanics there really work under unrealistic appointment schedules.
Great service, had them look over a vehicle befor I bought it to know if I need to give it back to the dealership or purchase it. This is actually the second time I had them inspect vehicles and they are good.
Called at 5.30pm and asked if they can recharge a battery and how much will it cost. I explained a AAA technian had just tested my battery and said it was good but needed to be recharged. I told him the make, model, and year of my car. He told me I needed to bring the car in, leave it all day, and they would test the battery. He then told me AAA does not carry a battery for my vehicle despite my car having a AAA battery in it. When I pushed he double checked and admitted that they do have batteries for my vehicle. He had ignored both my wife and I telling him the model year. He still refused to give a price for battery charging and was extremely rude. When I asked for a manager he claimed to be the manager today. If he represents the quality of staff left to manage by AAA I wouldnt let them wash my windshield much less open the hood of my car. I will never do business with these people and advise everyone else to stay away.
Ive been in here a few times on the travel side, not the garage side.Sometimes the wait is a little long, but thats more because theyre popular than understaffed. I see plenty of people working and no one is just sitting around doing nothing. They take their time to help you and answer questions. I love that you can go in and get free guides and maps (if youre a member) for planning vacations.Update (April 2018): I finally decided to use their garage and I never will again. I went in to get my freon and a charge for my AC. When they called to tell me it was done they said that it wasnt fixed and that there was a larger problem of a leak. They didnt have the part available but I told them not to do anything anyway. They still charged me the originally quoted rate. Most garages will charge an inspection fee if they cant fix it but AAA charged me the same rate as if they fixed the problem.Then when I was driving home, the wiper fluid light was on. Why would they have emptied my wiper fluid if the problem was the AC? I called and they played dumb. I know it was them though because I hadnt touched the wiper fluid all day so the timing of the light coming on in the late afternoon. They said i could come back and theyd top it off as a courtesy but I was almost home and it would have cost more in gas than wiper fluid to return.I will still remain a loyal AAA member and use their other services which I have loved for years but I will never again trust their garage to do anything.
Serious note, they went above and beyond. I had my car towed here for a battery replacement. The driver that came out couldnt get the bracket, that holds my battery in place, off. So I thought itd be best that a AAA shop could do it with wherewithal. They told me my bracket & bolt was frozen. They replaced the entire thing. Got the new battery swapped. They called me 20min before closing and Im 25min away, no big deal. They only charged me for battery replacement and associated costs with that.....what they didnt mention was that they fixed my tire as well!!! I had a donut on and was going to take my tire to where I got it because its under warranty. I pulled over to get some gas and looked at my tired to my surprise. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Very appreciative.

I used to come here often; today was the last time. I came in with a vehicle that we inherited about a year ago. At that time I came here and they did brakes, rotors, etc and warrantied out the battery because it was failing.This week the battery was failing again, so I brought it in. I was helped by a young girl with dark hair. I explained the situation, and that the replacement battery failed within a year. She explained back that I shouldnt have received a warranty battery at all because I didnt purchase the battery originally; the fact that it was their product inside the time and INHERITED FROM A FAMILY MEMBER WHO PASSED didnt seem to register with her. She refused initially to look up the work order to see if it might be within the time from the original warranty because we wouldnt have that in there.After badgering her, she opened up the old, dinosaur system and found that the tech DID put the date code in for the original. She noted that it would still be covered as a pro-rated price; when I asked what that price would be she said Well, again, you arent the person who has the warranty anyway, so it would just be full price plus fees.It would have clearly killed her to say something more friendly, like let me see what I can do or anything acknowledging that AAA might have some responsibility for a battery that died within one year. Instead, she slung blame at the people who helped me last time for good customer service, and utterly alienated me from doing business at this establishment again.

Been going to this aaa service dept for a year now. After each visit I did not call to complain. I have been in the dealership auto service dept business for 20 years and didnt want to be one of those customers to complain after each visit. Maybe I should have. Now I reached my limit. Last month had to go back to get a headlight bulb replaced under part warranty. Only to find when I got home the hood was not fully closed. them wondering why people kept flashing the lights at me. the head light bulb replace not bright .looks like not all the bulbs were not replaced. something as simple as headlight bulb cant even be done with care. its an inconvenience to keep coming back for techs that dont take the time or check their work and the car is being returned in the same condition it was given to them.

I’ve taken my car here for the past year and finally had three strikes you’re out for me!They’ve cut corners, like leaving out an air filter (that I then had to drive back for and wait), lost my hub cap locks (which meant them ordering a new one). I just had an oil change three weeks ago and figured they couldn’t mess that up. Ah, if only they really topped off fluids, because I was totally out of wiper fluid.
Be it a member or not you gonna spend some money here definitely on the high end

This is the worst place to get work done on your car, oil changes suck, cost too much, take too long and don’t even do half the things needed to be complete. Bought two special order tires, cost me 500 dollars. Because the guy said the tire was too worn to remove a nail. So I buy two because 500 dollars was all I could afford. Said he’d put them on the front of the car. Whelp he lied. Left got a flat because the nail was still in the front drivers side. Then guess what’s worse took the Ford Fusion to the dealer less than a month later. They fixed the warranty covered issue. They checked the car over said all four tires were poor and needed to be replaced. They apparently put someone’s old, used tires onto my ex’s car. So my ex showed me the paperwork put it in the car and called AAA they said bring the paperwork over and wanted to say the dealership lied. My ex lives in Delaware it was my AAA card and my money, she never was given her money back never wanted to fight this. We were out 500 for two tires that were apparently someone else’s used tires. NEVER get repairs done here!!!!!!!! I’m mad I have to even give them one star it should be negative stars as an option.

5/6/16, came in for oil change. Richard Santiago and his crew got me in and out in an hour. Nice . Drew, who did the write up, DID NOT explain the details work done on the car. Should I assume the tires has been rotated? Or courtesy check actually performed?
My experience at AAA was very pleasant, everyone was prompt, but most importantly friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend.
I am a AAA Plus member and I went here only to be greeted with some BS about how I made my temporary registration on my computer. I dont know if they just didnt feel like dealing with me or if they just dont know what there doing, either way I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. take it from a AAA Plus member.

We went to this office for assistance with a cruise and after waiting for 20 minutes we were asked to leave because both agents were busy and told that we would receive a call from an agent. Three days later we still have not received a call and I am unable to get anyone on the phone.
GREAT AND VERY HELPFUL
Took my vehicle to this location and informed them of what was wrong with the car. I had a 5pm appointment they took the car and put it on the lift to act as if they were actually checking for a problem. A hour later I was told that they cant find anything wrong with the vehicle and maybe I should take it to a nissan dealership because they would probably know more then AAAs mechanics in regards to what might be wrong with the car. It was close to closing time for them and im almost 100% sure thats why I was told that but my thing is why even schedule me for a 5pm appointment if they were so concerned about getting off work at closing time ? SMH ! Very disappointed !
