GM, Meg Griffiths and Salesman Jae Park were amazing. They were profession, helpful and easy to work with. My husband and I purchased a 22 Palisade and it came with A LOT of technical/electronic options. Which was exciting, yet a little intimidating at the same time. Jae was amazing at walking us through each detail of the vehicle. His knowledge and patience was so appreciated. Easily was the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had!

The Sales Division may be great. But the Service Dept. is THE WORST!!! They are always unavailable to perform needed services, have no customer service etiquette, and dont help customers to resolve their issues. On top of that, the last time I had service performed they lost my keys, blamed it on me, incurred 2 extra days (for a 1 day job) without my vehicle, never offered an apology for the inconvenience or error (they found my keys), and was not even offered a discount for their error. Previously purchased 2 cars from Sussman. Never again! Youve lost a repeat customer. Buyer beware: go where you and your money are appreciated. Not Sussman Hyundai.

First time shopping at a Sussman location and possibly my last... I purchased a used 2018 Hyundai Sonata in early June. At the time of purchase, I knew that tires were needed but they were not willing put them on. The sad part is after a month tires were desperately needed and after another month a full 2 sets of brakes were needed. I have purchased several used cars before and never have I needed a full set of tires or a full set of brakes 1-2 months after the vehicle was purchased. The car otherwise seems like a good purchase. However, taking care of their customers upfront does not seem to be their strong suit.

Had to bring my car for a check up due to recall. Made an appointment, was seen two weeks later in under an hour. Service was quick and courteous. The AC in the waiting room was nice. Was on my way before I knew it. Very busy service, I know theyre short staffed right now, but they did great. So just plan appointments ahead of time and youll be golden.

Service department needs a lot of work with both professionalism and organization. I came in with my new sonata because the engine light turned on. They scanned it knew there was a problem but turned my light off and told me if it comes on again to come back in. Highly don’t recommend this place.

Do NOT buy a car from this dealship. My Hyundai Tucson was purchased in 2015 and is still under 50,000 miles. Ive had issues for the past year with my oil burning very quickly- something the service department said is an on-going situation, after MANY visits (at least 5) we THOUGHT the issue was fixed until our car broke down in the PA Turnpike leaving us stranded. We had it towed to the dealer where we were told its not THEIR problem, its OUR problem. They cant look at the car till DECEMBER and wont give us a rental car- wouldnt help find another dealer to look at the car. Not only are we still under warranty BUT we bought the EXTENDED warranty and they will NOT HELP US! Ive NEVER experienced such AWFUL service. Once again, DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE! I had to give at least one start but they dont even deserve 1 star.

I came in explaining that my car would start at random times when it chose not to, I explained that I had a power train warranty, and immediately the guy on the phone caught an attitude explaining to me that the issue may not be the warranty, I said yes I understand that Im just saying, and they charged me 175 for a Knock sensor update? And they completed a recall ( supposedly because now my car still doesnt want to start except now Im stranded in front of someone house because my car doesnt want to start after this Hyundai dealership told me my Hyundai was fine and charged 175, and no my car WONT START NO matter how much a press the gas pedal. Dont know if I can trust coming back here again this is ridiculous.

Disappointed with the service department here. My family has been coming to this dealership for years but I will never buy a Hyundai again nor will I bring a car for service here. In the past month my Elantra has sporadically stalled out on major highways. I can slam on the gas all I want and I don’t move. I originally brought it to a mechanic who found metal shavings covering the sensors which was believed to be from the engine. He advised that the problem with car was either electronic or engine related and that I bring it to the dealership for specialized review. Hyundai looked at the car and advised nothing was wrong with it, we asked that they look further into it as it’s becoming a safety concern to drive. After a week with no feedback we called they advised we “needed to get the car off their lot” and that there was nothing wrong and it’s not their problem. I don’t believe they looked into this car at all, and I believe if we hadn’t called they likely would’ve forgotten that the car was there. Really thankful that Fred Beans in langhorne took our concern seriously. Should have gone to them originally. But I strongly suggest if you have a serious problem with your car that needs to be evaluated you take your car to a dealership other than sussmans.

What a pleasant experience! From the moment we sat down with our salesperson Charles we knew this was a dealership we wanted to do business with. Charles was extremely knowledgeable and he worked with us to match the car to our needs.We ultimately leased a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles to ensure our safety. Charles took the time to go over all the features and controls of the vehicle to make sure we understood how everything worked. He even followed up a few days later to see if we had any questions. Rob,the Sales Manager and Jay, our sales associate made sure our purchase of a new Sonata went as quick and painless as possible.From initial phone contact through taking possession, every effort was made by the staff to make us understand the process, present our options and get us into what we wanted for a price and loan amount that we were comfortable with and expected.The vehicle was ready for for us to inspect and drive when we got there. Since we were doing a trade, we gave them our vehicle to inspect so we could have the basis for our trade value negotiation started by the time we completed our test drive. There was no pressure WHATSOEVER. Simply took our info, went over the pertinent features we were looking for and tossed us the keys. It was great ! My wife and I explored all the facets of the car. Being able to discover the features we knew about, and some we didnt, was a great experience because we werent pressed for time or forced to go on a designated route accompanied by a salesperson with an agenda.The paperwork, while always an arduous task, went as expected. We knew our credit range, expected loan terms, down payment and had a trade value we expected. Rob worked with us to get the deal where we felt we needed to be without being pushy. Since the F & I guy was out for the evening, Rob did all of our finance paperwork as well finalizing the deal terms. Of course, all the warranties, coverages and extras were presented as required but not pushed.All in, this was probably the easiest, most courteous and FASTEST new car deal Ive ever done !

Good Dealership. Bought a used 2015 Tucson. Had some issues with it and they loaned me a car until it was repaired. Replaced new AC unit, replaced digital fuel meter, replaced key fob with new one and installed new car battery. Didnt pay anything extra for this!! Now thats what I call service! They were very accommodating! Sal in their service department is the best and good salespeople too!! They had my car for a week and loaned me a new Hyundai car which was nice!! Id buy a car again from Sussman!! They didnt leave me in the dust!! :)

I really had a bad experience. I came into Sussman for an oil change and when my car was returned the Hood release lever was broke. When I brought this to the attention of the person in Service their respond was What do you expect us to do, fix it for free? I was appalled. It wasnt broke when I brought it in and the person in service that broke it should have manned up. I will no longer give my business to Sussman and its really a shame because Ive been a loyal customer here for 5 years. They just lost a customer.

My wife and I really appreciated the laid back approach at Sussman Hyundai. Charles, Nick and the rest of the team never pressured us to make any decisions on the vehicle. Never bothered us after stopping in with pesky phone calls in an attempt to make a sale like other dealerships. I scheduled my annual state inspection online with ease. Upon examination of my vehicle, there were few repairs required and they would need to keep my vehicle overnight. I was offered a loaner vehicle to help with my ride home and to work the next day. I was driven to the rental center and the nice woman there set me up with a very nice 2019 Kona. It was a treat to drive it and I didnt have to make any special arrangements for transport for me or my son the following day. I returned the rental at the service center and was checked out quickly. Im sure I could have gotten the work done elsewhere at a cheaper price but this was such a smooth process, I dont mind keeping a company like that in business.

Extremely professional and courteous. Ive brought my car here twice for service, so far. They discuss pricing upfront, and theres never any hidden fees/up-charges. I usually take my car to a family mechanic, but when I came to Sussman for the first time, they noticed I had 7 (!!) recalls on my car, and fixed everything in less than a day. Im very impressed by their customer service, and will be back.

Always easy to schedule service as needed. If they dont show an opening on the web application I would call them directly and they can usually fit me in to accommodate my schedule. The staff at Sussman looked for other comparable cars in that price range and payment range for me. Wow, talk about great service. I went tin thinking I would need to replace a computer in my Mazda 3 for hundreds of dollars. I spoke with the folks at the service center, they made a few calls, and found that my warranty covered the costs for repairs. I was very lucky, but even more lucky that the folks here did their diligence. They even had the part in stock, and fixed my car that day, in under an hour.Seriously great service, would recommend to anyone!

I took my car in for an oil/filter change and tire rotation which I was told would take about an hour. I also needed my car inspected in May. At that time they offered to quickly do inspection. All together it took a little over an hour. The waiting area is comfortable and they have a LEGO table which was great for my 3 year old. They were great. I would go back!

Ive had the car for less than 2 days, but so far I love the car which is why I bought it.The buying experience was very stressful. I was told to set aside a half-hour/45 minutes for the process. I was there for 3 hours.While signing the loan papers, the finance person tried to sell me several products. That is not the time to try to sell something. My mind was focused on learning the car, and signing papers. I did not want to think about adding things which were previously unknown to me.I was also communicating with my insurance company to determine what kind of insurance I wanted on a new car (I had stopped paying for collision on my 14 year old car I was selling).The music in the show room was distracting as I was trying to focus on the conversation with the insurance company.My salesperson - Gary - was very pleasant. Rob, the manager was attentive before the day of the purchase, but clearly had a lot going on that day.Additionally, and not the fault of the dealership - there were tornado warnings, flooding, etc. while I was at the dealership finalizing the purchase. Very stressful from start to finish.

I had my Hyundai looked at by another dealership for noises coming from under my car. They said everything is fine. It was not. It was getting worse. I called the Sussman Service department. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and kind. I took it in the next day and the atmosphere was relaxed but very professional. I was driven to the train so I could get to work. I was called a few hours later. The found the problem and fixed it. There was no charge and they checked my batteries and tires. Each person I encountered was very curteous. I would recommend Sussman Hyundai to anyone looking for excellent service and customer serviceDebbie Thompson

Came back to get my car inspected and Sal Cannella helped me be out above and beyond. I bought my first car here before college by Jae Park and helped me out tremendously but when I came for my car inspection I did not know I was suppose to renew my car registration and Sal took care of that for me and made sure I wasn’t feeling uncomfortable that I goofed up. Excellent customer service 10/10

For the first time, I had an actual positive experience buying a car. I don’t typically buy a brand new car. This time I wanted exactly that. Through Matt Yildiran I got a fair price and a great interest rate, all in just a few hours on a 2019 Mazda 6. Matt was knowledgeable and helpful, and I appreciate the overall effort made by he and the dealership.

Hi my name is Tamarra Martin, I totally forgot about my oil change so I called Sussman Hyundai at Willow Grove on October 2nd in the afternoon and made an appointment and I was able to get in there the very next day. Every experience I have had so far with this location has been such a comfortableAnd relaxing visit.. everyone is courteous and respectful, polite and professional.. I especially appreciate them always trying to get me out in a timely fashion!! Thanks to Steve the manager in the service department and all his staff members... I recommend if you have a Hyundai/Genesis to go to this location you’ll feel right at home!! 👍🏽🥰

What a great experience!My sales person Jae Park was outstanding. He knew all about Hyundai vehicles and was able to answer all of my question I had quickly and with a smite. The real key for us making a deal with Sussman Hyundai was that they were willing to work with us no high pressure non-sense you get from other places. The bottom line is Sussman Hyundai was quick, understanding, and friendly and my family bought three great cars so far!
