OMG!!!!!!I totally had the best experience there these last two weeks! Last week Bill helped me with my mattress purchase! And Today the team members, Ashley, the cashier and manager were over the top amazing, awesome, and so helpful. The best customer service I have had anywhere! Wasnt too busy was clean. Cashier was very nice and friendly. Happened to find some really good finds there today. I like how they had great selection of nice furniture. Many of the big lots on West side dont have much. I found a few pieces I may go back for.

This store moved some aisles around because they added a kids section right up front. 🙂 Changed their register and made one longer check out line like most places have nowadays. Always nice employees.

Nice well stocked store with low prices and clean appearance. Everything is easy to find. Only suggestion is to have more than one cashier at a time. If the line is long or the people in front of you have a lot of stuff, you will be in line for a long, long time. Other than that its a very nice place to shop, especially of you dont want to be bothered with Walmart.

They are so modern now that it is now on my store rotation list.

First time at this location.. was clean, orderly and employees were friendly.

Nobody had recliners,they had them in stock and helped us put in the car.

They have wonderful selections. I found everything I was looking for.

Friendly employee.... Needs to rearrange store like the one in Mentor

Not to bad . Only if the computer didnt go down, When they typed in you phone number. Just a small wait. The pick up orders scanning not ready for pick up. But all in all just great.

Clean nice staff and had things I didnt know I needed LOL! Only reason they didnt get 5 stars is because quite a few isle in the front of the store were empty. Could have been because of changing things around or a massive summer sale anyway not a good look for someone to see immediately walking into a store.

Pretty decent for what it is. The newer layout with food items in the far back is a little bit of a pain, and there seems to be less closeout/clearance items in stock. Sometimes you still strike gold, though. Pretty comparable to Family Dollar for price and selection. Furniture section is always nice, too.

Ehhhhh sound good all the time. Everything I go in, I rarely buy items.

Whenever I visit I am able to find what I came for and more. I would shop here more if the prices for larger items were a bit less. But overall. Its all still greatly my priced. You can find just about everything you need here.

Big lots offers great deals for your average household need. My husband and I were checking out there Christmas display. Since we have had the same color scheme for 6 years, our grandson told us we needed to do something different instead of blue, cream and purple... kids, gotta love the honesty...

Been going here throughout the years the product selection has improved tremendously and is the best big Lots Ive ever been too. The cleanliness and organization has definately stepped up since a year ago. The cashiers have changed some for the better but youve also managed to keep many over the years. Prices depending on what items you need or want are either too high or are very good no in between.

One of my favorite stores. But, it is slowly becoming a furniture outlet. Square footage allocated to household goods slowly decreasing.

Only real complaint is the store is always a mess. Other then that they have some great prices and unique items I dont see anywhere else. We tend to go there alot. The workers are friendly though there are not many if you need help. We did buy a nice couch set from them and it was great, we still have it!

I dont shop here often but Big Lots has stepped up their game. I was in looking for fall decorations for my home.

Staff was much quieter than usual but polite, until we got to thr checkout. Bill was very rude. We shopped for a little under an hour and spent over $100. Threw products into back and mad3 a comment about us returning in the morning to walk around for another hour. Not sure Ill be coming back to this location again. I havent shopped Big Lots! in awhile and it really ruined the mood. Store was a bit of a mess as well but it was Sunday night so not a big deal.

Always have something different for home patios pets household and some groceries
