Alicia is amazing! We booked her and her assistant for our bridal party. I was able to show her exactly what I wanted and she went above and beyond to make sure it looked beautiful! I went in for a style hair trial about a month before and a clean blow out the day before. Products held very nicely. She also showed my maid of honor how to properly take out my veil. Super easy to work with and worth every penny!

Alicia is the absolute best. She always understands exactly what I am looking for. Every time I leave, I feel like a whole new person! The salon is so clean and everyone is very friendly! I am already looking forward to my next appointment!

I am so glad I was referred to Alicia. This is the first time in my life I had a hair stylist that could give me the cut I wanted and make me look amazing! She has done some incredible colors in my hair and is very thoughtful in helping me achieve my desired look. I came to Texture because of its extraordinarily high reviews. When I parked in the parking lot, I did a double-take at the building and wondered if I was at the right place. Not much to look at from the outside. I walked through the door and was floored by how nice it looks on the inside! Beautiful decor, nice music but not too loud, and SUPER friendly staff. I was comfortable from the get-go. Amanda was my hair stylist and she was incredibly friendly from the start as well. It had been about a year since my last hair cut, and I showed her a picture of what my last cut looked like and asked her to replicate it. She asked questions to make sure she understood what I wanted, then got started immediately. She not only got me the style I asked for, but she made it better! Her confidence built trust in me, her kindness made me feel welcome, and her perfection is bringing me back! And it was SO affordable! I was expecting a big bill, but it was less than half! I will absolutely be returning to Amanda and recommending her to everyone I know. Thank you, Amanda!

Cant say Ive been here personally, but my girlfriend LOVES this place. To the point where shes willing to drive from Cincinnati to get her hair done! (Okay, we have family in Cleveland, but she purposely schedules her hair appointments for when were coming back home)

First time it was a five star for sure. The second time a four, the same stylist I had before did not understand what style I was looking for but said she did (nicest girl). It’s been hard to manage since, however I would have still gone back if this hadn’t occurred.After my cut I approached the front desk and stayed appropriately away . I waited a min or so . She looks up and says are you waiting to speak to me? Umm how about May I HELP YOU? I said yes she said what did need to know. I asked her if they did acrylic nails she said yes what did want to know about them ( my exposure time was an issue for me anyway so now I’m spending more time with somebody who didn’t really care on way or another ) every question then answer was a struggle. I took the appt and got to thinking I’ll cancel it as It just wasn’t a good feeling. I went to my nail appt. First of all I thought the appt woman said it would be 38.00 for full set of nails (talking through masks makes it hard to understand anyone. )I was shocked at the cost and the nail tech ( she was very nice) said no it’s $56.00 and I didn’t charge you an extra 10.00 for ? I didn’t know what she said. My fault, I looked at prices on line later that day and I should have double checked. While my nails look okay there are some slight issue with them like some bubbling . The worst is I have three open cuts on my hand from the file opening my skin. I felt the first and remarked it’s cut and bleeding a little do you have something to put on it . She only had alcohol . I declined as that would have hurt more.Every time I use my fingers to do any sort of work I’m reminded not to do that and it’s hampered my activity this week.I’ve had my nails professionally done for over 30 years and have never paid that price for nails . It’s not something I would be back for again. The salon seems very on top of the procedures for Covid and most people are super nice it’s seems I’ll have to move on to somewhere else that’s all.

This is a wonderful salon. Ive booked haircuts with Mary and Amanda, and theyve both done an excellent job. Holly is a terrific nail technician. The entire staff is warm and friendly, and its the kind of place that makes you feel right at home.

Mary is an artist, a genius. She has given me great haircuts every time I have been in there, and I have been going to her since 2004. She is a professional who knows what she is doing, gives good guidance and direction, can be trusted to just make me look great even if I dont know exactly what I want, and when I do know, she makes it happen, and shes fun to visit with to boot-- I spend the whole time laughing and having a great time-- its like visiting a friend and getting this bonus of having a great haircut at the end of it. Shes even done color for me, and her skill with that knocked my socks off-- Im getting so many compliments on it, and its all down to Marys skill and creativity! The prices are super reasonable, the service is great, and the location is delightfully bright and cheerful. I love everything about Texture but most especially my stylist, Mary.

I love my stylist Mary, I would follow her wherever she goes but I am lucky that she works at Texture because I love the salon and the whole staff as well! Its a bonus to be in a great atmosphere where its super clean, pretty and relaxing!! The owner is so friendly and engaging as well so it really feels good to patronize such a nice establishment.Most importantly, I love my color and cut every single time!!!

Mary is awesome and very easy to work with, and she provides a great color and cut that Im happy with every time! My whole family goes to her and shes the only person I will allow to cut my sons hair, other than his grandmother, because she understands his hair texture and thickness.

Ive been seeing Shari, the owner, for 10 years now. LOVE HER! Ive had other stylists help out too, and everyone is great. I am always happy with the end result, and I do some crazy stuff to my hair:)

Texture hair studio is a hidden gem in Downtown Willoughby. I have been going for several years now and all of the stylists, manicurists and massage therapist are wonderful. The atmosphere is positive, light and fun. Mary is my hair goddess, she makes sure I feel beautiful and blonde! Joelene is professional, detail oriented and makes my nails feel refreshed! All the staff are gracious, outgoing and delightful to speak with. I highly recommend Texture for the full salon experience💅👱
