I was ... completely disappointed in my visit to target. Ive came here many times in the past because I thought it was better than others. I guess its declined! Everything was bare! So many isles just nothing in them or 2 things in whole isle. End caps everywhere with absolutely nothing on them. So many products out. Im not sure if its because their shipment after Christmas is running late or what. But when I was asked if I needed help in electronics when I was looking for switch stuff which was almost completely bare. I said wow switch stuff doesnt have much. He replied yeah it was like that even before christmas.. seriously? Thats sad. Definitely not how you make money. Got to have product.
Really nice target. Took the kids shopping for some clothes and the store was really clean as well as the bathrooms. Everything was easy to find and well located. The staff was really pleasant was were available for help if needed unlike some other big stores.

General target store the store is fine. My main issue is anytime I call no one answers. I had called for 20 mins just waiting for someone to pick up. I tried connecting to pharmacy, electronics, and guest services. Not a single person picked up the phone and the store has been open for 30 mins. To me, this is unacceptable for a major business.

What can I say about Target? Or Targé as I like to call it. Fantastic selection and moderately priced goods plus a friendly staff of super committed diverse employees make this store a handsome addition to the Willoughby landscape. I used to shoplift from this store back in the 90s and early 2000s. I stole CDs and cough medicine to get high on.

It was clean. The only issue I had were items placed in clearance but not actually on sale. I understand it happens, however when you see several item of the same thing thats ridiculous and its hard to find someone to help you when you have questions.
Easy to find what I want, especially if I look online first for the correct aisle. Excellent prices. Quality produce. As always, wish there was more organic foods. Has some unique foods at lower pricing. Always find something interesting at this store.

I recently stumbled across this target and i have to say it is a better target than the one i have been going to since i started shopping in target full time, i know i made that sound like a job, but i love target from their clothes to everything. this location is more spacious and more open. a lot of their items are not crammed together in one area and it is easier to browse their items than the other store i go to. i havent had a negative experience in this store yet and hopefully it does not happen

I came in for the G.I. Joe classified figures that are exclusive to Target. You had no inventory. You never seem to. You should have inventory of items you exclusively can sell.
Close by.Target is great for having quick check out lines and I love the self checkouts. Not as much clearance deals as they used to have and shelves have been surprisingly bare with several products.Overall, I love Target and will continue to shop there. Each reusable bag is 5 cents YAY! I love Cartwheel and use it regularly!
I wish EVERY store had workers like LIZ and HANNA. They both were so nice and helpful with helping me find my jacket at another location for exchange yesterday. They went the extra mile by calling around to the surrounding area Targets until they were able to get through. They were so patient and kind that meant a lot I appreciated the help!

The store is usually clean but sometimes they are out of things, especially in the grocery section. They do have some good deals but not to many so the prices arent anything special. Sometimes you have a hard time finding someone in the department where you are at though. But they do have price scanners so that does help.Ive never really had that many issues. Most are easily fixed. One issue I did not like was when Pepsi Clear came back out for awhile. I went there the day it came out and the guy didnt know where it was. So another employee near by said essentially one of the workers took almost all of the Pepsi Clear before they put it out for themselves (paid for of course). I understand when something is limited that you want it badly. But to buy most of it before it goes out is terrible to do.I wouldnt go there for anything in the electronic department since most of it is found cheaper or on sale at other stores. But overall just an average store.
I can go an get whatever i need at Target. I CAN go online an place my order and pick it up in the morning without the long lines.

I ordered for drive up, got there at 2 hours after still no email telling me it was ready. One small item. i went in the store to get it. It didnt take them too long to find it once i found the right person to look for it. It was ready all along. Why did I have to leave my car to go look for it?
Worst Target I have ever been in. Shopped Sunday May 3 to stock up on a few food items since arriving from Florida. I was masked and gloved. No wipes available to clean off shopping basket handles, trash and debris scattered throughout the store on the floor, obviously this is not a big draw for food shopping but I did find everything I needed to tide me over for a while, no staff to remind customers to keep their distance, partition was in place between cashier and customer but no gloves on cashier so she touched every single item that I bought bagged it and put aside for me to put in the basket. I expected less than full shelves but not to see the shelves and total disarray. It just looked like a store that was poorly managed andnot cared for it all, not something Im accustomed to coming from Sarasota Florida way. I started shopping Target at University Town Center with much more regularity than I ever have recently with any Target simply because they show their care and concern for their customers and go out of their way to assist whenever needed. This Willoughby Target falls below even Walmart basic standards. I shall not return here ever. I would rather do without then have to shop here.

Target is one of my favorite l stores to shop at. Granted it is more that Walmart. I like the items they carry. Any minute I get a chance to shop at target I do. All the employees are very good. I know when I lose my mom in target, or need help finding an item. They always do, and theyre very friendly

I have never had a problem at this Target. They have great customer service and management. They know how to handle crowds and are great a directing the lines when it is super busy. Around the holidays they had what looked like a mile-long line but I got through it in about 5 minutes thanks to the employee in charge of directing the line!
Targets Drive Up= Convenience. I have 5 kids. Going shopping with them in tow is such a hassle. This makes life so much easier!

Ran here with my brother in law to get some supplies, the place was in order and the staff was nice and helpful. We spent a great deal of time looking for a few things but other than that it was a typical Target visit. Large parking area with lots of things to do in the area.
Bad experience.This was absolutely NOT faster than if I had picked out the items myself and gone through a register.Employees that were apparently off the clock (wearing coats), standing around drinking Starbucks and eating Doritos and LITERALLY throwing returned merchandise around the Guest Services area.(This entire area was an absolute mess with merchandise on the floor and carts with merchandise everywhere. It was unsightly and potentially hazardous).Multiple employees walked past us while we were waiting and didnt even acknowledge us.Only 1 employee who was doing a very large return instead of pickups who at one point needed managerial assistance for the return and called for help on a 2 way radio, the manager replied You know Im busy in the back right now, I will be up as soon as I can.Yes, the radio was loud enough that we could hear it clearly.The employee was completely confused as to what to do when the manager denied him assistance.I give credit to the customer that was returning items as she stepped aside to allow us access for our pickup upon hearing this.Three registers, one employee who was either not trained enough, or did not have enough authority to be doing the job he was asked to do.We waited far too long to pickup this in store order.How much longer would it have been if we waited outside at order pickup?And on top of all this, the two bags of Lays chips that were part of our order sound and feel like they have been smashed to pieces.Slow service.Messy Guest Services area.Lack of employee customer service attention.Off shift employees hanging around causing a disruption.All of these factors play in to my low rating.If I could give zero stars, I would.I am EXTREMELY upset and disappointed in this service and will not recommend it to others.In fact I will advise friends and family to NOT use it.It is that bad at the Willoughby OH location.
Xavier in grocery is SO helpful and I really appreciate him going above and beyond to give me excellent customer service today. The store is also always clean, well stocked and everyone stops and asks you if you need anything or are looking for something specific. Further, earlier in the week I found a chair on clearance but only could find one on the floor. Another associate looked as well and didnt see a second chair...fast forward to e at the check out, he comes quickly over and said I have been trying to find you because I found you another chair and two more in Mayfield. OUTSTANDING!
Its fast its easy to use your online app for the store savings for a family is great on products that I actually use daily.

I can not stand how the lines at the Willoughby Target are always so so so so so LONG. You are down to TWO (if lucky) cash registers with a Target cashier. The rest of the checkouts are self serve. That is ridiculous. Half the time, someone screws up and you have to wait for a team member to come and help. I am to the point of avoiding your store almost completely. I only go there if I HAVE to. Same with my friends. Get more team members on cash registers. I have put it out there on Facebook too. The comments I receive prove that many people feel the same. Something needs to change.
Terrible, just terrible. 4:47 pm 03-01-2020. A young girl helped us with checkout. We had a coupon for our items. She had question but was obviously very uncomfortable asking for some help. She was very hesitant before using a walkie talkie to call for assistance. A older woman (curvy with glasses) approched to assess the situation. Upon arriving the young girl stated that she was unsure on how to proceed with the submission with our coupon. The woman, who was just standing there before observing all lanes, stated that the girl was doing everything wrong and was very condescending/demeaning towards this young girl.(Rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed. Very Unprofessional) If she is a shift lead, she is creating a very hostile work environment. To make matters even more frustrating, she tried running this girl through the process on how to correctly submit the coupon. By telling her what to do. Even during that she continued to tell the girl that she was still doing the submission wrong. After several attempts of her knowledge there was no success. I wanted to purchase my cat food and litter that were BOTH under the qualification for my coupon. The woman told me my cat food top/lid color was the wrong color and thats why the coupon was rejected. My cat food was in a 30 lbs bag. Then the woman left without another word. No guidance on how we could fix our order to make the coupon actually valid. She was not called for assistance via walkie talkie or verbally, she walked off to go stand elsewhere and do nothing (observe lanes). That is not a leader. I found this woman insensitive to the young girls needs to learn. I watched intently so I could keep my concern for the environment of this facility clear. Hopefully my voice is heard. I know surveys are important and its a key in improving the company. What can be done better to improve service and keep your customers satisfied and coming back. What do I think the Willoughby Ohio Target to improve the customer experience? Empathy and Sensitivity Traning for people manage PEOPLE with lives. That girl probably sits in the parking lot before work and panics and worries about having to possible be in contact with such a mislead, hostile workplace. I do not work for target. Although they have nice things there are too many people standing around. Ive seen many carts filled with items that need to be put back and they just sit there. Also some aisles have serious messes and they need to restock items more often.
Went there to get swim shorts. Online said they had three different pairs in stock, confirmed with an employee that they did. Went to the mens section and there was none anywhere to be found. Asked an employee to where they would be and she said in the back, I said ok well I need some and she says let me go check. Comes back 10 minutes later saying they have none. They had not one single pair of shorts, not swimming nor basketball or work out shorts.

Usually have no problem with self check out, so yay! But the milk goes like hot cakes! Dairy pure brand is literally 2x the price of a target gallon! And I understand people are barbarians when it comes to shoes but when I come early AM on a Saturday its an absolute disaster! Also, Melissa in Infant hardlines is the absolute best! Sent my husband for orajel for my daughter no one actually working there knew what was going on or where to find it. Since I know Melissa personally I texted her and she knew exactly where to send my husband! Love you Melissa!

Came to my car fast. Order was fulfilled fast. And she even put it in my trunk for me.
I purchased a dog food bowl that was labeled with a price sticker and barcode that stated $7.99 and when i got home I took a closer look at my receipt and saw that I was charged $9.99 + Tax. I called Target and spoke with customer service and explained what happened. I was told that I needed to bring the item back with my receipt to get the $2.14 back. I asked if I could just provide the receipt and tag information and if they could just credit my card for the $2.14 and I was told no. I wasnt going to spend double that in fuel to drive back to the store. I feel like customers are being deceived with the pricing. This wasnt a sale price. It was labeled the regular retail price of $7.99 for the item.

I love this target! Staff is friendly. Store is clean. I use the drive up a lot so I don’t have to wait with my kids in line and they have been very fast and come out almost immediately on many of my most recent pickups. Starbucks is a plus when I do shop inside, but there’s always one around the corner with a drive thru if I do a drive up!! The only thing about drive up is any refrigerated, produce, or frozen items are not available for pickup. I hope one day in the future they find a way to add this, then I won’t have to shop anywhere else! Very handy since I have an infant!

The customer service at the location near me is usually abysmal. Today was a prime example of this. The employees appear sloppy in nonuniform clothing. This could be such a nice store but it feels like no one who works there cares.
