The volunteers are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They are very cheerful. I got exactly what I wanted at the price I needed. I cant recommend it enough. 5 star rating

Hey locals, is there a reason were donating furniture, kitchen goods, videos to this place instead of the local Goodwill where items will be sold at a reasonable used item price and help employ those less fortunate, i.e., some who have been homeless, without cars, or degrees? The Goodwill store has almost nothing worth buying ...literally broken items. But this place is full of small household, healthy used items ... that this Habitat Restore prices seemingly to fund Habitat by taking advantage of everyone and specifically outpricing the disadvantaged population with unbelievable prices. As long as we keep buying and donating household items like kitchen goods and furniture here, instead of Goodwill, and places that help the poor, the price gouging and poverty cycle will continue. Our choices can make a difference, even if they are small. BTW, neither Habitat Restore nor Goodwill is a local brand. Both are national chain stores. They both provide a relevant service to the needy BUT only if we the donors and customers decide to choose wisely can they serve as intended.

Wide selection. Many pieces of furniture. Prices vary between reasonable and high. $500 seems high for a used couch.Worth a trip to see what’s available.Organization is interesting. Where else are you gonna see snow tires next to the China cups?

Prices here are laughable, the 2-star rating is only because Habitat for Humanity is a good organization

Quite a large store considering what it is. Many categories of items. Plenty of volunteer workers walking around ready to help. Large parking area too. I will be a repeat customer.

ReStore is pure awesome. They have a huge and constantly shifting collection of Stuff. I say stuff because it is hard to quantify the sheer breadth of their inventory. From Dinner tables, to Couches, to Bags, to Doors, and so much more. Its an adventure to go and look for diamonds in the rough. The Prices are great, the staff is wonderful and best of all it all benefits a wonderful charity.

I have been donating household items such as furniture, appliances etc for many years to ReStore. They offer a wonderful service for anyone needing to donate items. They will pick up at your home and their drivers are always on time, professional and polite. Always! I am so glad that ReStore is in our community helping people recycle goods so that they stay out of our landfills.

We bought a Frigidaire Gallery Stove....with a guarantee that the stove was tested. I had a professional come out to install the stove and told us that there was NO WAY THIS APPLIANCE WAS EVER TESTED....to boot....for buyer protection...NO STOVE should be sold without burner caps....it is a fire hazard....we learned by buying! Please...please...please....consider buying from a place that really does test these appliances!

This place is fairly decent sized. Compared to other thrifty-Type stores in the area, I personally feel as though they have a better selection. What’s even better is the pricing. I got a nice ten gallon aquarium from them recently for $5, and even found a stand that matched perfectly for $3. It makes the 3rd tank I’ve purchased here. The folks who work and volunteer there are very friendly! Go and check them out because you’re bound to leave with something you just gotta have! Or many things in my case...

The only thing I dont like about this place is I never leave empty handed. I have always found the staff helpful with either dropping stuff off or carrying things to my car! A really great resource for the community and far better than goodwill!!!!

I am always amazed at what you can find at the ReStore. The people are friendly, good prices which make it an enjoyable experience. If you are looking for items to fill an apartment, dorm or home you may find just what your looking for here. The merchandise varies all the time, so I stop by when ever I am in the area to see what is new.

I try to visit ReStore at least once a week. Stuff goes in and out really fast - especially good stuff (NEVER sleep on it - I lost a 4 drawer filing cabinet and a bowling ball by thinking about it overnight)! I have purchased: two desks, a toddler bed, a cedar chest (solid cedar!), a bookcase, kitchen tools, garden tools, woodworking tools, board games, and a lot of books. They seem to have a bit of everything: from books, to tables, to sofas, to sewing machines, toilets, tiles, dryers, printers, china, coffee makers, bikes, golf clubs, wood stoves, the list goes on and on... Im always finding something that I cant live without at a price I cant pass up. And knowing that the money goes to Habitat for Humanity - and all those kind people working there are volunteers - and they are always happy to have your gently used items - is really awesome. The money stays in Vermont to help Vermonters. The stuff stays out of landfills. Its a win all the way around.

Really cool finds, both household and construction! Prices are great, and proceeds directly benefit the community. Stock changes daily, so check it out often.

Meh, I realize that buying from here is worth a mentionable cause but the prices they charge are retail—if not—higher than if bought brand new in store. Re-evaluate your business model, folks

There prices are out of control. They ask more than the items are worth. They sell junk thats worth nothing for high prices. Like I thought they were supposed to help people but this place is real scummy someone better do something or I will
