It was recommended to me to take my car here because my check engine light was on. I scheduled an appointment for a review along with an oil change. When I spoke to someone at the shop when I dropped it off I told them “it’s possible it’s my O2 sensor”. They called me the next day and told me that they completed my oil change and told me other things that was needed on the vehicle, but told me that the reason my check engine light was on was because I was missing my gas cap. I asked them if they were able to order it for me. Anthony said he would have to call around but would call me back with the amount. He called me back about 15 minutes later and told me “they had one in the shop” and was just going to give me that. Great! Thank you. That was a Thursday and that Monday the check engine light was back on. I had someone else look at it and discovered the gas cap that was provided was WAY too big for my car (looked more like a truck cap). I had to order my own. Upon waiting for the new gas cap, I get the pictured light. Never seen this light, ever. I’ve tightened it until I receive the new one. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

The shop manager Anthony and his staff are excellent. Having an honest mechanic in your corner is essential to getting the most out of your vehicle. Anthony took care of an issue left over from an ex good year employee. He didnt have to tell me anything about the issue, he could have just performed the work I asked for. Instead he brought the problem to my attention, then went above and beyond to make it right. I recommend his shop to anyone looking for good, honest and friendly service.

I had to make an unplanned visit to the Levitt Pkwy shop in Willingboro. One of the original GY Assurance tires on my 2017 Honda needed replacement. With pleasant and professional service, Anthony agreed it was just 1 tire that needed help. The job was promptly done well within 1 hour. Theres a 3 year warranty on just that tire, but it was a much more affordable option from my Honda dealer. Check out this local business for great service! Thank you again, Anthony.

Had an 07 suburban that had a bad evap canister .. I knew this was the problem as I have a computer diagnostic scanner .. I told them what I wanted fixed and they said they would contact me later in the day .. they called me 6 hours later and said they couldn’t access the canister because my spare tire was stuck . They then told me to take it to a dealer and said that I had to pay an $80 diagnostic fee .. I told them I wouldn’t pay a diagnostic fee for a problem that I told them I diagnosed on my own the first place .. so the guy said I wasn’t welcome to bring my truck there again .. so I took it to fire stone and they said they had no idea why they couldn’t remove the spare tire to get access to the canister .. and Firestone fixed it with no problem .. Goodyear’s right now suck

Great, fast, friendly service ! Had some major repairs done in late Dec. 2015While my car was there they had inspected my tires for free, and patched one nail hole no charge ! Then they worked out out a deal for new tires for me. I appreciate the extra time they took with me on that, saved me a lot of headache in the long run!!!

Been going here for a few years and never really have any issues. Once in a while there is some miscommunication between what I what fixed but they never have an issues correcting it (even if the mistake was on my side 😣). Staff is nice and quality appears to be good. The only reason for the perfect score is the prices can be a little higher compared to others. (But the do have deals at times which help offset the costs)

The service was very good. I came without an appointment my tire was wobbly and the steering wheel was shaking. I thought I needed an alignment but all I needed was a new tire. They got me in fairly quickly and back on the road.

Good customer services; labor service could be better. Got wheel alignment, air was added to tires, tires were not balanced each tire different.

Rony and his crew do outstanding work! They deal fairly and honestly with their customers! I highly recommend them!!!

Brought my GTI in to get an alignment and wheels balanced. They scratched all 4 of my rims in a circular pattern. Also they didnt scrape the old weights off to rebalance the wheel, who knows if they even checked them at all. Each rim costs $350 to replace. Thanks Goodyear.

This is the second time we had a problem with this service center. A simple tire rotation turned into a fiasco when the mechanic cross threaded my lug nut. They had to send for a part to make the repair. The first tire rotation, the mechanic said he rotated the tires and never did plus after which they balanced the tire improperly. Nothing more needs to be said

Rip-off and dishonesty. They were going to make us buy four tires instead of repairing our flat tire.First, they judged that the flat is not repairable without even looking inside it (another place that we went later looked inside and figured that the tire was indeed repairable).And then they wanted to sell us four tires instead of one, because they didnt carry the exact model of tire that we had. But the worst part is they didnt tell us that, instead they made it look as if we needed to buy four tires anyways.
