I love this place. Shop at this and a few out of state locations for things Id like to get at a better price than other retailers. Got an emergency LED lantern, dc/ac converter, 4 size x lug wrench to use on my camper stabilizers or tire lugs and a few other tools Ive discovered a need for in camping/traveling. Great staff, wheelchair accessible, first floor and easy to spot from roadway.

Good tools, Priced great! Some things dont have the longest shelf life but they have a great return policy and offer alot of items in house! Good customer service also!

Went in with a tool I only used 3 times and it broke, they were happy to put the money towards my current purchase for a different tool. It had been almost 2 months since I bought the original tool. They didnt give me any trouble at all!

Bought a drill broke the next day. I should have learned 6 months ago same thing happened with a router.

Great price but you get what you pay for. The product doesnt last real long. If you need something for a project short term, this is your place for sure.

I could spend all day in this store, and be completely broke at the end of that day. Its true that some of the stuff may be a bit lower on the quality, but does the job, and for the price, you cant beat it. The power tools I have gotten from here have all been great

Harbor freight is perfect for cheap tools especially if they are last minute needs. They do sell some rather low quality options but also offer high quality tools as well.

Good store filled with odds and ends of items you need. While not super top quality items - they are reliable and normally you can find something you dont know you need - but want!

Great place to buy hand tools. Usable at a good price. My problem is losing them not breaking them so if I lose a hammer I just buy another one. Are they high quality as a brand name? No. But who cares.

Good prices but wanted to buy a 6ft ladder and they had 2 sitting there one fully on display and the other one kinda displayed but still wrapped in plastic and they refused to sell either one to me

Inexpensive tools that often surprise with their quality. Are they the best tools on the market? No. But for the price, youll be hard pressed to beat them. Pay the little extra for the replacement plan and youll be even better as if the tool goes bad, you can get a replacement. (Note: hand tools dont need a replacement plan as they come with a lifetime warranty)

They have expanded the store and have alot to look at and get.i can always find what I need at a reasonable price.. staff was great,very helpful and knowledgeable about location of inventory...

They dont require masks during the coronavirus pandemic.

Ive never had a bad experience with this store. Im in my power wheelchair and they even go out of their way to move some things out of my way without me having to ask!

This is an amazing place for service, tools and anything else you need for tinkering around with. Always nice sales, so more bang for your buck. The sales staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. I send everyone I know, when their looking for anything in tools, power tools, tool boxes....just everything to fix it, build it or rip it apart. You will walk out buying something 😃

Store has extensive signage regarding mandatory mask wearing following CDC COVID-19 guidelines but they are not enforcing it. Employees have masks on but very view customers were wearing them. Store needs to enforce their rules to protect everyone.

I had a problem with a saw I bought and returned it. The manager (Patrick) was extremely helpful. He made me feel like he wanted to make things right and made me feel like the people there stand behind what they sell. That can be hard to find nowadays! Thanks Patrick!

Not to impressed cheap stuff.

I love Harbor Freight and shop there often, however, I agree with other reviewers, more staff is needed to keep customer happy. “HF” has great products, however, if you have to stand in line for 15-20 minutes to check out, you may lose the desire to return due to the long wait to leave the store.

I had a $40 order and kept getting sent from register to register by the cashiers. I finally got tired of waiting and left the store without buying any thing. Maybe I will go back and give it one more try if any thing similar happens I will have to find another place to purchase what I need. They either need more cashiers or cashiers that want to service the customers in a timely manner.

Do you need a tool in a hurry to get the job done this is obviously the place for you customer service will direct you with any questions extremely low prices and huge inventory the only reason it doesnt get a five-star is because obviously the quality of tools is not the best but it gets the job done!

This is a local business with lots of tools, outdoor lighting, equipment, tarps, etc. for around the home projects. The manager was very helpful when I needed to exchange a product that I bought that didnt work. There was an easy exchange and the one I got then worked properly.

I actually love going here and browsing the inventory as well as making my needed purchases, because I will see items I didnt think of to use on home projects at prices that dont make me feel bad. The staff are always around but dont hover! Great place for hardware as well as items u didnt realize you needed, good prices, and likable staff! Usually plenty of free parking too!

Worst customer service ever! Couldnt find what I need, walked to front to ask. Male worker leaning over counter talking to cashier told me They can help you over there, turned back to talk. In all fairness to him, when I went put back one item and was leaving (with nothing), he asked what I needed!

Bought a post hole auger here that ended up breaking twice, but they honored the warranty and replaced it no problem.

They have a lot of inexpensive items that surprisingly hold up most of the time. Remember you get what you pay for. That said I have tools from here that have lasted several years. 2 stars because you wait in line longer than you shop. The questions and coupon checking at the check outs slows it all down. They rarely ever have more than 2 registers open.
