It was a great experience. So helpfull the staff. Plenty sale items. Ive been in at least 8 true religion outlets none had more sales than this one

I wanted to purchase the new style TR jeans a different style. Sales rep wasnt enthusiastic in helping me can from around the counter one time, really a bummer she just lost a sale.🤔

Visited the store around 1pm today to exchange my jeans. The minute I walked in the door with my teen- no greetings, no smiles, pure awkwardness! I had to open up my mouth to speak and ask for help with my exchange, Lexi the sales associate was no help! She looked confused and couldn’t tell me where to locate the exact jean, and didn’t attempt to show anything else to compare! After looking around myself and finding something- I went to try on- again, no help! Checking out was also a nightmare! Lexi - is paying attention to everything else, conversations, other sales associates, yet, no eye contact or conversation regarding transaction at check out! True Religion- I love your store and merchandise, but - fire your staff & start over! People spend a lot of money at your store the least you can do is have people who enjoy working and interacting with customers! Disgusting! My teen does a better job!!!

Horrible customer service- Lexi the sales associate was of no help and had to navigate the store ourselves. Also, experienced an extremely slow checkout/exchange administered by, once again, Lexi. Extremely disappointing.

I am plus sized and I was happy there are jeans in there i could fit !

My wife bought things here so i guess they carry desirable items.

I loved this store! The brand is a bit expensive. They have a variety selection of womens kids and mens clothing.

The sales mean/women werent pushy and allowed me to shop in peace!

Employees were knowledgeable about the clothing and made my return as pleasant as possible.
