If youre going to be closed on the weekends at least update your times online. Or better yet not be closed on a weekend, weekday maybe but not the weekend.

Drove an hour to get here at 11, which is when they opened per their own website. Walked up and sign in the door says they open at 11:30. Half an hour, no big deal. Now its noon and Im leaving the line, as did about another dozen people because they still have yet to open the store. If youre going to charge $150-$200 for a pair of glasses, at least open on time to take my money.

The lady working in the store the day I was there was very helpful and informative.

Absolutely dispise this store. Google or their website doesn’t give off the right store hours and the store says they’re open until 5 on the door, went at 4 and they weren’t open

What can I say..Outlet is open till 7pm.Came in for a few days vacation & went to the Oakley store..Only to find out they decided to close at 4pm on a Wed!!!!Well, Im a Huge Advocate & Buyer of Oakley Clothes & Accessories & I was IRRATE!!..MAKING UP UR OWN HRS??If you cant stay open the same Hrs. as the Outlet itself..CLOSE THE LOCATION!!I Will NEVER shop at this location again.I was just at the Orlando location 2 days earlier, No problems.. Ill spend my $$ elsewhere.

Drove over 1 hour specifically to get some oakleys today and the website says they are open until 7pm. I get there and they have a sign that says they close at 3:30PM on a Monday. Super frustrating 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Waited in line for over 20 minutes past opening time and they still werent open! Only 2 customers allowed in at a time. The prices were paying youd think they would at least open on time! Incredibly disappointed. Will NOT be supporting a business that doesnt value customer service!

I went in to replace my very first pair of sunglasses. I was greeted immediately but then quickly pushed to the clearance case and was asked if I found a pair every few minutes or so. Im not sure if the associate released how rude and pushy he came off.
