We stopped in to exchange shoes that we bought in Florida. On duty manager Jamie was extremely helpful and treated us as though we were old friends! She made our shopping experience fun as she found us the right shoes in the right size! Excellent customer service from Jamie and the entire Converse team!

My daughter loves converse the outlet usually has good discounted prices. Stock is usually whats new and the rest is whatever they have in your size when you go. My daughter usually walks out with two or three pair so I guess if you like converse you will definitely find something here you like for a good price.

At first the store seemed chaotic. We were looking for something in particular. Everything was stacked sort of warehouse style. Eventually we found what we wanted. The woman at the register was fun, conversational, and energetic... but not irritatingly so. You know what I mean. 😉 Would be so much easier if someone was working the floor to help you find things.

This outlet store is worth the time. Prices were good, selection was great, and layout was orderly and easy to browse. The shelves are a bit tight, which can make browsing a little bit challenging, but its worth navigating around for the bargains. The two young adults in our party came away with shoes that brightened their day, and with a Buy One Get One deal, they got a bargain.

The guy who was working was super helpful when I came in 9/28 around 6 or 7pmI absolutely love both pairs and so happy I just got both!

Manager Cinthia was so warm, honest, and helpful. I hate shoe shopping because of sales pressure and the trying on repetition but it was a pretty good experience because of her aid and patience.
