Super nice staff! Was working as a vendor for Wilkes during an event and they had an open account for us. Staff knew exactly what we were talking about, and set us up with the breakfast and coffee we needed! Thanks again!

Great customer service although there is a bit of coaching to get my drink just right. Dont let that stop u however. I keep going back and they definitely want to make sure I happy.

This Starbucks is so amazing! Very wonderful employees, and they even put dog bones in my pups “pup cups”! They love them!

The cookies are really great (chocolate chip), the drinks are good, and the breakfast is delicious. They move the lines as fast as they can (but if you show up on the hour in the morning hours like 8, 9, or 10, be prepared for a long line of college students). There are so many friendly people here, and it is a nice place to just sit and do your work while sipping your coffee or eating your food!

Although they are still closed, based off appearance only, the store is clean and crisp and the outside seating area is great in this weather.

This is a great little coffee shop on Wilkes University campus where you can sit and chat, do school work, or just read a book. The selection of teas and coffees and everything in between is excellent, with seasonal drinks being popular with Wilkes students and people from the community alike. I have had a few of their seasonal drinks and every one was delicious. The staff are phenomonal in answering questions and making your drink in a timely manner!

I enjoy Starbucks... the staff is very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is simultaneously bustling and cozy; honestly, I would not come here often due to the price range and I honestly dont believe they make any coffee that could be considered a light roast coffee. In my opinion, even the light roast coffees that Starbucks make are way too strong.

Dunkin is better

Not a coffee drinker but the other drinks are a well selection for me and others. The shop is clean and welcoming. The service is fast and correct, without an aditude. As you may know, there are other stores that employee have a chip on their shoulder. Thks SB, Wilkes Barre.

The seating in here is nicer than in many Starbucks. The staff is cool. My only real complaints is the short hours (closes at 7pm on weekdays, 5:30 on the weekends, and during the summer 2pm every day). Theres also no wifi, but if youre crafty you can get the password to the university wifi, which works fine. I prefer local indie chains, but there are none in Wilkes Barre, so this will have to do.

People give this place a bad rating, but keep in mind, this is a Starbucks on the Wilkes University campus and not a stand-alone Starbucks. Anyway the servers are very kind and they do their best to have fast service.

It has good place to seat and good coffee, but i never visit any Starbucks doesnt have internet Wifi. This the first time for me here! I wont back again.

One of the few Starbucks in the area, solid staff but usually takes forever for the drinks to come out. Drive thru line is always a hot mess.
