Very busy at gas pumps and in store but the staff is very fast and efficient. A lot of things to choose from. Including beer, hot and cold made to order food, cold beverages, hot beverages, chips, candy and cigarettes. Clean store, restroom and staff.

I wish whoever is in charge of keeping the outside area of this station clean was doing his/her job a little better - came here a few days ago to use ATM, parked in the spot and immediately noticed a handful of washer head screws scattered all over the ground in the next parking spot. I just recently replaced a tire after getting yet another screw somewhere and I was blaming construction sites or just highways, but apparently you can run over those even at the gas station :-( I collected all I could see and threw them away so that nobody damages a tire on those, but I still hope cleaning crew did a better job...

Gas station area was nice and clean. Had an assortment of snacks and beverages inside. However the items made inhouse was extremely subpar. Took forever for two milkshakes to be made and when we got them they were completely liquid. Through the window I could see they were made and left on the counter forgotten. I can only assume so much of their food items now. Wish there was a wawa nearby!

Nice food options, accepts numerous forms of payments, will go again because my kids enjoy the milkshake machine & I also want to try the food.

Waiting over 40 minutes for food. Still waiting. The supervisor just yelled, Whoever was waiting long for food can have a fountain drink. Thats all I can do for you. Paying $17 for food after working a 12 hour shift and just trying to go home. Theres absolutely no sense of urgency. And the supervisor seems very rude. Terrible experience.

I’ve been to a lot of Sheetz locations. This one is absolutely the worst. Waiting over 30 minutes for an order and still counting. No urgency whatsoever. The crowd is definitely unruly at night, if that’s not your thing, steer clear. This location is nothing like any Sheetz I’ve ever been too. Absolutely terrible.

Very dirty! By the way theres trash all over the store, the womens bathrooms trash was overflowing, with USED WOMENS PRODUCTS! Took 20 mins for a strawberry banana smoothie, that just was strawberry, coffee station not even filled. Drinks and already mto shelves mostly empty. Clean up and stock your shelves!

Horrible at night. We stopped in the early morning hours on a Saturday near the end of a 1300 mile drive home from the midwest. We love Sheetz but knew the moment we arrived for gas this was not a good stop. Every parking spot by the store, and many gas pumps, was taken, close to half of these vehicles had older teens and young 20-somethings hanging out at the vehicles. Music was playing fairly loudly as a number danced by their vehicles and there was a lot of yelling, making us feel very uncomfortable. Garbage was simply overflowing from the cans by the pumps. Having been on low gas for miles, we pumped gas and walked in to use the restrooms because almost everything is closed at this time of night. There were a minimum of 20-25 young people all congregating in the store counters and in the aisles. There were plastic cups on the floor near the self-serve dispensers and large distributer trays laying out where staff had been trying to do their job. The bathroom was not dirty but incredibly unkempt with toilet paper and even a metal TP roll cover on the floor. The few overnight staff looked a bit frazzled but did not seem to be involved in the influx of young people. I cannot imagine how they could keep track of who was purchasing what amongst the crowd.We did not attempt to buy anything as you could not approach the counter and the crowd simply seemed to have claimed ownership of the location for the time being.We completely understand that some will say if no one is committing a crime, they are free to be there. However it isnt a club, it is a place of business, known for being a great stop for travelers. Unfortunately this Sheetz seems as if it may have become a late-night weekend hangout for a local crowd, and my recommendation is that if this may make you uncomfortable, I would find a different location.

Worst food hands down. Ordered a cheese steak. Meat was cold. Cheese wasnt melted. I understand this is sheetz and not a reputable restaurant but come on.

The store is clean, easily accessible, a very wide variety of mto food items and so many drinks to choose from. Theres also snacks, baked goods, coffee, soda, fresh fruit and phone accessories, cigarettes, a public bathroom, handicapped parking, lottery, gas and so much more!. Its a one stop shop! I highly recommend this store

My husband and I just left this location to get the most delicious frozen drinks the have. We are regular customers for Sheetz. We waited 25 minutes for our drinks, my husband addressed the issue to the supervisor China, at least that’s the name I read on her name tag and her response was “Oh Well”. Is that the kind of response from a supervisor to a customer was very rude and didn’t care that we expressed our discomfort with her answer. She just didn’t say it word and moved away from the service area. Is a shame they have such a disrespectful supervisor there.

Ive been coming to this Sheetz for years and would have gladly given it 5 stars before my experience on the night of 1/30/21. We arrived to order food around 1AM. It was busy. When I went to pay I was told food would take 30 minutes to come out. I wasnt in a rush so that was fine. Well it ended up taking about 65-70 minutes to get my food. The food was fine, but that sort of wait in a place like this is crazy. Luckily my friend and I were just relaxing, but anyone stopping here during their lunch break or on their way to work might want to grab something pre-made. I just want to clarify this is one bad experience in almost 20 years so I will give them another chance.

Never had a problem coming here. Always great food and drink options. Bathrooms always very clean and prices very fair. Great place to stop for a quick bite or to fuel up!

This is the worst sheetz I ever went to. I waited 45 minutes probably longer actually for tator tots. The workers masks don’t even cover their noses if u want covid come here.

Order food online since when ever I stop in its a hour or 3 wait for food send my husband to pick up and still was told its an our wait when online it said my order would be ready in 15 min very bad customer service

Very delicious but service is lacking. And no one seems to be enforcing the masks and its bothersome.

Waited 30 minutes for my food. No explanation. No aplogies. They werent busy. Burger was small and soggy and barely had ketchup on it. Wrap barely had mayo on it. Food was not good:(

Holy sheetz I love this place. Every time I am on a road trip I stop here. The made to order food thing is not something that is available in my area. I love the endless options of different items and toppings! I always get friendly service from the employees. The restrooms are always clean, and there is a pretty decent snack and drink selection.

I went to this location about two weeks ago and I gotta say, they have the best customer service. Very customer friendly, very clean and very efficient. One of the women at the register, Zoraida, was especially kind and very helpful. 5 stars for sure!!!!!

Shertz has real good milkshakes, however no matter what time of the day it is and no matter if we r thr only custoners in there or there is also 50 other customers also waiting it ALWAYS seems to take forever there.As much as I enjoy the milkshakes here, they arent worth the at least 15 minute wait to have it made. My best friend drives for uber and hes been saying for years that any time one of his riders ask him to stop at sheets he instant feels his heart drop because he knows he will b sitting in the car for minumin 15 minutes while they r in there

Chelsea was exceptional in assisting us with a large order of sandwiches. She was as cool as a cucumber under pressure. Cool as the other side of the pillow, Jordan game six. 5 stars.

After waiting 20 minutes for food with a very long line behind me I got 1 and 1/2 chicken strips instead of three and my sauce was missing. Didnt realize until I got to where I was going. Prices are you high for that. Never making the mistake of shopping here again.

This Sheetz seems to be slowly getting worse. Food isnt prepared properly and the waits are long. Condiments seem to be applied very lightly in what seems to be a cost-saving manner.Avoid ordering online as well - even when the staff is informed youre there, theyll let your finished order sit on a shelf for 10 minutes before telling you its done.Overall a lackluster experience. Try the one in Plains for a better experience all around. They even know how to make the online order pickup super easy.

Went in for smokes but glad I was not getting gas long line for the only gas register. But they had 2 registers going for all other sales. This state started letting gas stations sell beer so now beer sales are more important then gas sales these companies are so backwards

If you are not going to enforce mask wearing in the store then I can no longer shop there. I was in this morning and had to leave because at least 4 people were not wearing a mask..it is a mandate in PA. I had the virus in March and don’t want it again. So until policy is changed I have to go elsewhere. 2 of the employees wasn’t even covered. Thank you for your time.

They have never messed up my late night snacks, they have faygo, and their security on the weekend is delightful. They are usually super busy though, and sometimes it takes 15 minutes waiting in line just to get gas. I do like getting gas here because they have recycling bins by the pumps.

First, let me start off by saying I am not one to ever write a negative review for anybody, even when I am very dissatisfied. As a manager myself, I know how hard it can be to deal with consistently unhappy groups of customers and some issues they have. Going onward, I went in to this store at around 3:00am, which yes is late, so I understood and accepted waiting 20 minutes for some food. After paying around 25 dollars for food and some drinks, I had finally received my food and proceeded to my truck. Once I got in, I opened the bag, and came across a couple things of food that without a doubt was not mine. I went back in, to explain that they simply must have received the wrong order, which was proven by the other receipt in their bin (the food I received). The supervisor I was speaking to was amongst one of the worst contenders for supervisor of the year, as she literally looked me in the eyes and told me I was wrong multiple times and made me feel like I made a mistake. On top of that, the whole staff seemed to act the same way towards me, after I even said I understand it was late and I wasnt trying to be a pain but they simply just messed up. I was told I had received the correct food, EVEN THOUGH I WAS HOLDING A BAG OF COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FOOD. They were acting like I drove home, cooked the other order, and came back to get some free money. Never in my life have I ever gotten more frustrated due to a lack of proper training, and even near decent customer service. I even had to argue over getting a refund when they obliviously butchered my order, told me I was wrong, and were so unbelievably ignorant. I am beyond let down, and this sheetz will definitely never receive my business again.

Was driving north on Route 81. Stopped off here for some gas, bathroom, and food. Nice location and lots of pumps to choose from. Inside the store is where they shine by offering lots of food and drink options.

STELLAR sandwiches / hoagies for a convenient store. I also recommend the tater tots with a side of boom boom sauce. Skip the wait time by ordering with the app, then driving over to pick it up. Super convenient. 👍🏼

The inconsistency seems to be getting increasingly worse. Its one thing to have different amounts of ingredients and condiments on sandwiches depending on who is working, but Ive recently had my order incorrect twice. I am currently looking at two hotdogs with no onion or chili, despite having paid an extra 80 cents for chili. The trip back is certainly not worth 80 cents, but the uncertainty as to whether Im going to get what I paid for is enough to avoid the convenience of Sheetz moving forward. There are some really great employees here, but the bad ones make it not worth the roll of the dice.

Staff was friendly mostly, the food though was terrible and they messed up my order. I only ordered one sandwich, so that was rather disappointing.

This location is only good for going in, getting something off a shelf, and leaving. Ordering food here, even when not busy, results in long wait times. They have a mobile app, but it doesnt make a difference. Ive shown up both early and late, and while the cashier announces over their headset the online order is paid for, there have been two instances where it was never called or brought up to the cashier counter, so I left as leg pain makes waiting longer than 15 minutes agony.They recently started selling alcohol here too, which as a non-drinker, would have just preferred the original walk-in soda cave. The other annoyance that this creates is that the separate registers (state mandated, so not their choice) for gas/alcohol. There have been times where I come through as they are doing close of business on the gas registers. In order to get gas, they have to load money to a gift card, which I then effectively pay for the gas a 2nd time at the pump. Not the worst inconvenience, but adds to an already existing pile.

Ordered a buyer with extra bacon on a pretzel bun. Got two pieces of bacon on a regular bun cold mozzarella sticks and the cheese the burger was melted. Also got a quesadilla with sour cream and the sour cream was liquid. Definitely not coming back to this place.

I ordered a burger snack wrap and a sub sandwich and the both we absolutely disgusting !! The burger tasted like plastic and the sub sandwich had pink stuff on the bread ! It was a waste of money and a waste of food! If you don’t want to do your job then why work ?

I am not from the area, and i am just a little UPSET because there IS NO SIGN posted that wine can not be purchase after 11pm. Given how todays society needs to see proof, i am giving the store a one star because i didnt see a sign about no wine after 11pm

Love Sheetz, the only thing that they need to work on is barring people who ask for money relentlessly. We have this problem in Salisbury, North Carolina as well. I’m really shocked to have driven all this way only to have this experience again. Sheetz is the only place that this happens to me, I never have this problem at any other gas station. Very disappointed.

Its fast food. Nothing special but super important when everything else is closed overnight. They cant even fry food without burning it. There are 14 year olds at McDonalds that have a better grasp of what to do when the fryer beeps. They have online ordering through the app but ignored the order and acted like I must be standing there for my health, despite already paying at the register. The only thing worse than burnt food is burnt food thats also cold. Bottom line, sheetz may be a franchise that is better at other locations, but this one is awful. Dont come here. Theres one not too far by the casino and another in Dallas. No issues there yet.

This place is like a necessary evil. The gas is probably cheaper that almost all other places around and coffee is really cheap and half decent but prices on almost everything else is crazy.

I go to this location out of convenience. Ive had some bad experiences here. Lines all the time in the morning. Worse off, there is a particular employee who never wears gloves. I think they actually made her a manager now. Pathetic. Wear gloves when handling my food.

Love going to this sheetz. lines for food are a bit long sometimes but worth it. The staff is very friendly and the store is very inviting. New sitting area with wi-fi is a plus.The manager Cathy does a great job, as does her staff. Definitely recommend.

Every time I go there, they dont do the order correctly. They never put enough meat there or they miss an ingredient. And you call and they say theyll make you another one. I shouldnt have to drive home and all the way back just to get an order correct. Lost the business from me.
