I have been here many times, normally I get good service but on Aug 26,2020, I met Matt, a young man, I think he is in a bad mood, his attitude was rude and I asked him hope everything is good, he responded so rudely that no one cares if he is not good. Whole transaction was awkward, finally i said I am being nice, you dont have to be rude, he just took my parcel and threw it aside and asked the next customer to come up.

The workers there are decent but they just tried to charge me $5.47 for a 12”x12” box—that’s just insane mark-up. UPS is obviously taking advantage of their patrons. UPS as a company is just horrible; unfortunately, this branch is the one getting the short end.

Jacob is an angel. He will take his time to help with my scanning and printing needs. I highly recommend both their locations (Wildwood and Eureka).Jana at the Eureka location is great too and very pleasant to work with.You guys are doing a great job!Thanks.

Rob and his team at the UPS store in Wildwood, Eureka, and Chesterfield take excellent care of me. I used to go to other stores for my printing and shipping needs before I met Rob. I had an order I needed out quickly and I called Rob and gave him a chance to get a rather complicated order and print job done for me. Without hesitation he asked me to email him my needs and he fulfilled the order right away and did a phenomenal job at a fair price. He and his team have since earned my business and I have been using them over the last several months and I couldnt be happier with the results. The team is very respectful and diligent with all my needs. I get alerts when my jobs are done right away which helps me as a business owner to stay on track. I highly recommend The UPS store in the previously listed locations for any printing and shipping needs. They will make it quick and easy with a fair price. I love having a house account they send me an invoice for once a month for review before the charge comes out unless you choose to pay per order. Give them a shot and I promise you wont be upset with the results.

Very helpful and sympathetic! I was having trouble figuring out how to send a computer to a friend, and they helped me get a sturdier box (not frivolous, later research told me I really did need that), and were so patient with my fumbling. They even called some time after I left saying they looked into it more and found a way to get me an even lower price! I was really impressed with that. Ill keep using this location whenever I need to ship something!

Worked with Jake. I had to print a PDF doc and ship it to a customer in MN. I sent Jake the link and shipping information via e-mail. All I had to do was show up, sign, and pay. I was in and out in 3 minutes. Great customer service!

Rob- the owner- did an unbelievable job in arranging transport of my household boxes for my relocation to Florida. UPS Freight was very efficient and timely with the delivery.Rob picked up the cartons and handled all arrangements for me. He followed up the shipment to ensure everything was rec’d.I highly recommend the UPS Store in Wildwood Missouri.

The team at the Wildwood store has always taken really good care of me over the years. They go out of their way to let me know when I have a package or mail that I might be waiting for. They never mind when I call up their to check my mail box, even when they are busy. The customer service has always been very good. I love Rob, Carol, Matt and Kurt.

Service is always spotty. Some times it’s amazing and other times the people are so rude. Just depends on who is working.

Avoid this location. Been there twice. First time older gentleman kept saying this wasn’t the post office. Second time young kid said didn’t care if I was a customer, he could talk to me as he liked. No customer service skills or knowledge at this location. Use another location. If this is now under new ownership, they aren’t any better.

Matt was very helpful and the process was quick and efficient.

This store is not owned by the UPS franchise despite having their name stamped on the building and on their shirts. They are individually owned meaning you can incur additional fees and be subjected to slightly different policies. After talking with UPS customer service, they told me they have no way to distinguish this on their location services meaning Im required to call each in advance to learn if they are part of the franchise or not.

Normally no problems but last time I went in there the guy seemed very impatient and wouldnt let me use my ups account to ship which is whatever Im sure he was stressed it was just not what I expect from here

Dropped off a small amazon return to the store...no hello, goodbye thanks...no acknowledgement that I was even in the store when he handed me the receipt!

Horrible customer service. We will travel out of our way to employ the services of any other shipping company in the future.
