I fully recommend Devon Luggage. I had a pretty basic backpack that I used for travel and for school. But the teeth in the zipper started ripping out and had come off of the tracks. Devon Luggage was able to replace it with a new zipper for $25. I was very surprised by the quality and stretch of the zipper and the stitching. They are very personable and inviting with their customer service and I have no complaints.

Ive been a Devon Luggage customer for a couple of decades now. My first purchase was a large hard-sided case, with rollers. It was recommended by the owner as a case that would last...Im still using it today. I also see then for zipper repairs on my coats. Nice people.
