Went with a friend but has a good selection in their humidor. Several tobacco pipes that are very interesting to look at. No cigarette snuffers though.

Great locally-owned liquor store with over 3,000 wines and an abundance of beer and spirit options as well. They offer great customer service to all patrons. I will continue to shop here for my beer instead of giving the box stores my money. Shop local!

A great place to get your alcohol needs in Wichita. Gotta knock off a star because I purchased an old 6 pack of Sweetwater 420 from them. Best sold by March 2021. Purchased mid July 2021.

This place has a knowledgeable staff, able to help you find whatever you need quickly. They also have a massive selection of liquor, everything from cheap to not cheap. They also have this membership thing which helps you save. Overall Ive been here several times, and everytime has been great. 10/10; I would return, and recomend.

Jacobs has one of the largest selections in town! They also offer an amazing customer loyalty program.

The only problem I have with this place is its TOO MUCH SELECTION.Every where else I shop they have too little selection.If you come here, it helps to know what you are looking for so you dont get stuck wasting time shopping. Its not a get-in-get-out kinda store unless you know zactly what you want and can fight the distraction of all the purty displays.They almost always have what I want so I keep coming back.

Real nice place to buy your alcoholic beverages and additionally they have a smoke shop in the store which is quite convenient and which also stocks great products and have excellent products.

I have been a patron of this store for the past 4 years. This had been my first choice when it comes to stores until today. I will no longer shop at this location! In the 4 years I have rarely walked out spending less than $60.Today as I walked to the back I spotted some wine in the center isle; a rosé. There were 3 bottles arranged with a price label on one of them for $14. I decided to buy it and reserve it for a special occasion. After shopping and walking the center isle back to the register, I double checked the price again. Yep, label left on the 3rd bottle. While at the checkout the bottle rang up at $20. I explained the price on the bottle said $13.99 (to be exact.) He sent for a price check. 2 guys decended to the table housing the rosé wines. I stepped into direct sight of the table, saw the guy take the tag off, read it, and put it on another bottle. He brought the bottle I got and then another bottle with the tag on it and told me that this bottle (now holding the tag on it) was sitting next to the bottle I had selected. I replied that the tag was on the bottle I chose and I had double checked it. I explained there were 3 sitting on the table and the 3rd bottle had the tag on it. He then replied If the bottle had been mislabeled, we would honor the price but since it was on the bottle next to it, we cant.I chose not to get the bottle of wine.After finishing checkout, I walked back to see the 2 remaining bottles sitting there, neither one wearing a tag.Upon exiting I spoke to the manager explaining what had happened and that her employee lied to me. She just simply said Sorry.It is one thing to just simply say Im sorry, the wine was mislabeled and the price for this on is $19.99. That would have been fine. Unethicaland dishonest practices have cost them my business. Anyone who lies to your face and any manager who supports that DOES NOT DESERVE MY BUSINESS!At least the man in the Hawaiian shirt watching the Olympics at the wine counter still has his job.

This is my go to place for liquor/wine/spirits. I love the rewards program and the variety of their selection. The staff is always willing to order that special item that Im looking for.

There is always plenty of help in the store but funny when you actually make eye contact with someone they scatter. Most recently was looking for a $70 plus bottle of scotch, couldnt find but feel bad for having to ask for help seems like everyone is always so busy.

I went there looking for a specific beer, and even though they didnt have it, I was more than impressed with the knowledge on the subject the workers there had. Its a bit of a drive for me to get there, but their customer service is good enough that it will be my exclusive liquor store from now on.

If theres a liquor store in town that Id drive out of my way for, its Jacob Liquor Exchange. I love craft beer (specifically sours and goses) and they have a fantastic selection along with tons of help to pick the right beer for the occasion.
