Started going across town to avoid this location. If you don’t agree with their personal opinions about products they go on and on and then try to talk you into buying a fat burner. Every time. You could be there for a specific vitamin or an energy drink and they will try to talk you out of it and offer you a fat burner instead.. because that’s the same thing? Vitamin Shoppe has a much more friendly environment and they don’t mock you for your brand of choice. Really weird to have products in your store that your employees try to not sell..

Great place, they didnt have my glizzy pills I usually get but they hooked me up with ultimate forza for maximum glizzy for when I play going medieval with the boys.

I was very pleased when I went into GNC. I actually ended up at the wrong place first went to The Vitamin Store and I ended up at GNC because I put in the wrong address in my GPS. Thats why I keep my hair blond I dont have to be smart. I ended up buying pills there and they were very nice very helpful very nice very understanding.

The girl working in there today was really helpful. I was needing a specific type of preworkout and she was able to go through the differences between the different ones and help me pick the best one for my needs. Also I couldnt find the flavor of protein powder I preferred and she also was able to find it in the store for me. She was friendly, personable, and not too salesy. :)

Got some great advice and staff was very helpful. No pushy sales here just friendly people trying to help.

WAZZZZ UP? Was how I was greeted upon entering the store Ive been to several GNCs owned by this family and I believe that they need to have a better training system for their employees. Their employees also dont listen to what your telling them that youre looking for and they try to push you into products that either they know something about or want to push I always feel like they dont listen to what Im looking for and if they do listen to what Im looking for many times they have answered me by telling me they dont know what Im looking for or much about the product I have given this company much of my time trying to buy products from them I walk out many times without what Im looking for.

Customer service was great, he took the time to help find the product.

Ive gone into this store multiple times after a guy visiting my gym told me great things about their products. He loves going to the store on his side of town, but I have been very unimpressed by this store. Products I have just started, so will update later. The staff at this store seem to be clueless and I dealt with the so called manager. You could tell he hated his job(not sure why someone who does not appear to work out would choose to work here and try to push products he clearly does not use). The products that were pushed were not what I wanted, and despite that I felt like he kept going back to them. I dont like being pushed into a sale

Got an email that said buy one get one half off. Showed up and found out it does not include the pre-work out that I use only store brand. The email didnt include that information.

I enjoy the experience of their staff. They shoot it straight. And tell me sup?

If Theres any stores left.. what can I say they self-destructed by not changing and keeping up with the times..
